In town at an Airbnb and stopped in to pick up a few items. It's a large store though I don't think its considered a Kroger Marketplace. It seems tight in this Kroger as you can barely have 2 people in an aisle at a time. Variety is limited and with COVID19 there are a lot of items out of stock. Staff didn't seem very customer focused and not very happy. Makes me miss the friendly employees back home. Prices were also slightly higher than back at home. Not overly impressed. EDIT AUGUST 2022. Seems like they have improved since our visit almost 2 years ago. Shelves were pretty well stocked and employees seemed a bit more friendly. Store also seemed cleaner and maybe? updated. Nice job.

Absolutely will avoid this place solely on the parking situation, it is absolute mayhem on certain days. Also the store itself is kinda small so it tends to make things feel a little bit more cramped. I will say that there is usually a great selection and have good prices.

Went to the starbucks about 6PM on 11/16 to redeem my birthday reward. I advised Vonda that I had one and would be using that. I also ordered 3 cake pops as well, expecting to pay for those. When I went to pay, I pulled up the reward for her to scan she then asked if I wanted to use my "gift card" because I still had a balance. I said yes very surprised that my birthday reward covered all of the items. Today I went to another location and ordered a beverage, when I went to pay I noticed that my stars balance was very depleted. Upon reviewing my order history I see that Vonda used 400 stars for my order. I've never had a clerk refer to my rewards balance as a gift card before. I have contacted Starbucks directly to see if they can assist in recovering my rewards

In general, I feel that Kroger has gone from a quality grocery store to a mediocre store over the last few years. The produce has gone downhill. The cleanliness is lacking at many locations, and the prices are not as competitive as they used to be. This location specifically feels dirty. Many of the carts need maintenance or replaced. It seems more and more often, items are not in stock. And the parking lot is too small. My family has taken about 60% of our grocery shopping to other grocery stores.

Worst kroger I've ever been to. There are never any baggers and the day time manager doesn't care he's too busy wearing the same Hawaiian shirt ,talking like a stoner,I complain about having to bag my own groceries every time I go there and his only response is sorry dude. What a joke.

VERY RUDE STAFF!! Came into kroger around 10:45 and one of the managers did not let us through and locked the door. She said that she has to clock her employees out at 10:53 and we weren’t allowed to come in to grab a couple of things. Very disappointed by the costumer service

This is for Kroger in Grove City(Hoover,Rd)The Deli is open from 8-9PM. Today I went to the Deli counter at 6:35 PM. Signs were posted on the counter that it was closed. I spoke to an employee that was behind the counter. She said they didn't have anybody to work. I have a good idea for the future. Pay your workers a living wage so they can take care of their families. That would be a great incentive to attract workers willing to come in on Friday nights.

I got on here to leave a review and I’m not surprised someone else has had the same experience with Tara. Extremely poor customer service. Me and my fiancé went in to get a few items and she saw there was a bogo sale for an item, clearly labeled and not an expired sale. During cash out the sale was not honored and we noticed as leaving the store. Went back in for a refund or at least get the sale’s price corrected. And we ended up speaking to Tara was very rude when asked about the sale and if we could get a refund and refused to help us. Stating we would have to come back tomorrow, because she just closed the guest care service desk. There was a sign behind her clearly labeled that the desks closes at 9pm. It was 7 o’clock when this incident happened. Overall very rude and a lack of help as if she didn’t want to be bothered with it.

Kroger Stringtown Rd Pharmacy does not pick up the phone. It took me hours to call and request a prescription. When I finally got a hold of someone the girl was rude and unprofessional.

Tara was so rude and disrespectful. The management team of store treats their employees so poorly. This store has gone down hill over the years but the disrespect not only myself and other guests and employees have received from Tara is ridiculous. Management needs to take a good look at how display their store and employees because over the past year I’ve see so much turn over and that’s speaks volumes. Putting people in positions, they should not be in the first place, and not acknowledging good employees. Instead of getting rid of actual problematic employees, they give them the slap on the wrist or a promotion while other employees who deserve the praise, get disrespected. This store is a joke.

I came in here to this Kroger's on December 1st around 10pm at night i was checking my stuff out at the self checkout the machine was too have a employee come too help me with the self checkout I waited awhile and nobody came to help i went too get a employee too help me and there was no employee too be found its like nobody was running the store

Terrible experience today, after so many years, of never having a bad experience in this town, but it seems that the kroguer on North High Street got cancer, Grove City is going backwards, hallways full of boxes and huge cars that hinder, and pay a god nightmare

Update: This is still a great place to shop. Overall good prices compared to the competition. And the deal maker is great service, from the cashier to the bagger, to customer service. Another really great perk is the gas perks.

Fake service dog in a cart, totally disgusting and was barking at my service dog in training, manager Austin I think was his name, asked them the two questions and didn’t kick them out however stayed by me as the guy was in check out. Glad he wanted to learn about service animals, but disturbed that he didn’t kick them out

I had a bad interaction experience with one of the fuel station attendants name Austin. I visited this Kroger to get some gas on my way back home today. I went to pay for my gas at the cashier register. While waiting at the register, I saw Austin through the window writing on a clipboard. I figured he would see someone standing in line and attend to them but he just continued to write as if no one was standing waiting for him to assist. I was aware the he saw me waiting because he looked over and continued to write. I was the only person in line it wasn’t until there was someone else in line that he came over to assisted with me.

I don't know what's wrong with this Krogers PA system but for twenty minutes it announced that they had calls waiting, making an announcement every 30 seconds. This was the most overstimulating Kroger I've ever had the displeasure of being in, it is not disability friendly.(Google also reported slow business time and it was anything but, completely packed with people on a Friday at 11am.)

Definitely do not recommend using Pick up services because the last consecutive 4 times I have placed a pick up order they have delayed it hours or even a day. I have sat and waited for my order for over 30 minutes in a pick up spot just for them to call and tell me they did not pick my order. This is an ongoing issue and a waste of my time.

I lost my phone in the store last week and VICTORIA WAS AMAZING!! She helped me find it made sure I was okay I got upset because it's my work phone and I didn't have everything backed up SHE WAS A LIFE SAVER!!! She needs a raise she was the nicest person and a hard worker she was helping close the store collecting carts helping ppl check out LAST MINUTE MIND YOU she was very very professional she's definitely goes over & beyond!! THANL YOU SO MUCH VICTORIA AGAIN & to the gentlemen who was working with her they're both fantastic and it was closing so to go over & beyond at the end of your shift really shows just how dedicated she is to helping others!

Bagels are TINY from bakery and they went cheap and use tape instead of bread ties so once you open you cannot use again, have to find another container.

Sliding downhill quickly. Fix the computer system and the registers. Wow just fix them. Checked out self check out. Couldn't use cash. The attendant tried paying different prices. Received 3 different prices for same items 3 times. Wow do better #kroger
