I don't always keep my receipts especially to places that have my info in theirs system but this store managed to make me feel like I was a inconvenience for not having it plus they wanted to act like they wasn't going to warranty out my Sawzall when I needed to exchange it because the Sawzall I was exchanging didn't work anymore.....why else would I be exchanging it for??? And why am I paying almost $30 for a warranty if you can't exchange broken tools?
