I really like this store they have a great variety of stuff the prices are maybe a Teensy bit more than a Kroger but they always have good sales on various things. The staff are very friendly, and I appreciate that they make accommodations for people who are developmentally delayed to feel comfortable working there.Also I've almost never had a problem getting through the line fairly quickly which is different than all the other grocery stores around for the most part...

We received prompt and friendly service at the bakery.The cake we ordered looks great and if it’s anything like previous cakes I already know it will taste delicious.

Have shopped here a few times now only thing I can complain about is I don't care for it that you have to pay for shopping bags and you cannot check out without having a Giant eagle card but overall a great selection of items including local items They have really good pot pies and have a good deli and bakery area.

Company claims they are offering jobs that will be careers however they are lied to, their hours are cut in half not to mention they have managers that belittleAnd demean their subordinates without repercussion some of which these employees have special needs which Giant eagle is supposedly a promoter of hiring special needs individuals. But once hired they treat them like garbage. This company should be erased from existence.

Closes doors early..... Everyday.If you don't want to stay open until the posted hours.... Change the posted hours... It's getting ridiculous honestly.Worst location in the area. Go elsewhere if your even 15 mins from closing... It will be locked.

Pretty big grocery store and it has a liquor store in it! Very clean and what prices I did notice seemed competitive. They even had a nice little Gluten Free section in the freezers too. One stop shopping for sure with a Starbucks in the parking lot.

On the upside , Giant Eagle is clean, well maintained, and usually has what I am looking for. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The downside is that the prices are much higher than Aldi. So we get the bulk of what we need at Aldi's. Sorry, Giant Eagle.

The only reason to go to this store is the meat department. They're the only ones that were clean, organized and helpful. The lead was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find what I needed since the rest of the store was nowhere to be found. When I asked to speak to the manager he never showed up. I won't be going back sincethe manager can't even be bothered to actually provide customer service and CUSTOMERS are the only reason your incredibly overpriced store is still even running.

I dearly love this Giant Eagle. They have al gave us excellent service care , and have always picked out the freshest food. The take the time to bag your items so the bag won't break and not heavy. The pickup staff are always very pleasant, and courteous. 💯

I mean.....how about some signage! Big ol' words on the outside telling you there's a liquor store but not a sign to be seen inside telling you where. Surely it's by the beer cooler, right?!? Nope. Definitely in the front? Nope. Back by the seafood and bakery?!?!? BINGO!Good news is that once you complete the scavenger hunt and find what you're looking for, they have a good selection. And the staff was super nice!

I wrote up my experience at this store a few days ago. I also wrote up what my "shopping experience" was like at Giant Eagle in Grove City. Other than venting, I am certain these yahoos don't give a toss what anyone thinks, if they did, they would hire differently and stop acting as though they do such a great job. They don't. The employee group are largely indifferent, snarky, HATE being asked a question, they rarely proactively engage, i.e. "did you find everything you needed?"....and act surprised when you tell them honestly why they suck. They don't care, it's obvious they don't. I've been there three times. There will never be a fourth. Walmart does a better job than this overpriced, snarky, small town grocery store. All the housewives who are local may have a different experience, but if you don't get out much, it's easy to get fooled.

Debbie at the customer service desk has endless patience and is fabulous at multi tasking. She helped me out, when she didn’t have too and took customers in between. I overheard her speaking to other associates; she was kind and genuine. Shout out to Debbie!!! Thank you for your help!!

Where do you get your people from? I came to the store around 730 am. NOT ONE PERSON ASKED IF I FOUND WHAT I NEEDED, SAID GOOD MORNING, STOCK PEOPLE BLOCKED AILSES DISCOURAGING CUSTOMERS from approaching them and God forbid, ask a question. Your service desk acts as though you're bothering them by asking a question or if you needed a clarification....in short, your service standards are awful and your people have a snarky, don't bother me attitude. Why would I ever come back?

Every time I try to use the Western Union service ..they always tell me..Sorry the system just went down.. you can try Kroger’s .. other times when I’m trying to get their attention for the service. They won’t even address me..Or act like they don’t see me..This has occurred several times within this year. This really bothers me and it’s sickens me. I won’t be returning to this giant eagle.. And I will go to Kroger‘s.

Not a great floor plan. Plus the bakery had ZERO people who could legibly write happy birthday on a cake. Literally unreadable. Prices on everything are substantially higher than Meijer and Kroger. The only reason I went in was to buy a cake and a fresh chicken pot pie for a friend who loves those specific items from Giant Eagle.
