I would have given 5 stars or honestly not rated at all but it’s what happened at checkout that forced me to leave a review. The employee forced me to checkout at a particular self service station however she did all the scanning. Initially I thought, maybe they’re trying to crack down on shoplifting. However, I noticed she quickly rated the shopping experience at the highest # when prompted then asked me to pay. I asked why I couldn’t rate the store myself. She said she was under management orders to do it and was told it’s to provide a faster service. (I was the only one checking out). Overall the store was clean and I was greeted when I arrived. Them rating themselves took away from the experience. Please stop doing that.

I recently visited the Five & Below store in Grove City, and I must say, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. Their positive energy set the tone for a fantastic shopping experience.The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Not only were they knowledgeable about their products, but they were also incredibly helpful in suggesting items I hadn't even considered. Their patience and willingness to answer my questions made me feel valued as a customer.

I think this will be the last time I shop at this location. Staff is always very rude and disrespectful. Today, my husband I were shopping for the first time in months without our kids. We took a little longer than I thought, but hey, we didn’t have the kids. Didn’t get greeted by the 3 employees standing at the door when we first came in, but upon us checking out a cashier had to stand not even a foot next to my husband to check out, and indirectly accused us of stealing. Will NOT be going back.

This is such a cute kids store with a lot of cool snacks and kids clothing as well as adult clothing! The employees were very kind and helpful, they scanned my items out so i could get out quicker

I like this five below. The only thing that I don’t care so much for is going to the self check out and the workers wanting to scan my items for me now. I believe this is something new that they have to do. Which I politely decline bc I can do it myself. But with doing it myself I do not need you standing behind me while I scan. Watching me like a hawk. I’m not a thief so I don’t want to feel like i’m being watched as if I am one.

Just the worst. Dads are in here giving each other knowing looks, because it is sheer torture. These folks are selling garbage to children for five bucks a pop, except for the garbage that is more than five dollars. Want some books you don't want? Want some games you won't play? Some off brand squish mellows that your kids will completely ignore once they get home? This is the place for you.

Went shopping here yesterday and it was a little crazy but the workers were so helpful. They scanned and bagged everything and kept the line moving.

They have pretty cool stuff for great prices! Cheap clothes,toys, room decor, skin care, personal hygiene, art supplies, electronics and accessories,candy,chips, pet supplies etc. Their workers don't really bug you and the store is only packed on holiday's. And even with it being cheap it's all great quality!

bought a C type charger from there just to use at work & it didn’t work straight out of the package so i put it back in the package & took it back the next day wouldn’t exchange it out cause i didn’t have the receipt i could understand if i wanted my money back but i only wanted to exchange it

I just want to know, what time does five below close this evening, on Saturday? Because the door says 9:30 p.m., the website says 9:30 p.m., everyone else in the store believed it was 9:30 p.m., but here we are, we have 18-year-old employees snatching things out of our cart and won't let us scan our own items telling us it is imperative that we leave right now because they're closing at 9:00 p.m. . Not 9:30, 9:00. I understand, at 18 years of age I also wasn't very far along when it came to treating people properly, but that's no excuse for snatching items from someone's cart and essentially escorting them to the front a half hour before they are supposed to close. As a biracial man in Grove city, I get bad looks anyways; I don't like going into a store that usually makes my kids pretty happy and being escorted and followed the whole time anyways because it was half hour before they close. To this one, not going back I think. I hate it though, because my kids actually liked this one.

this place has treated me with kindness and respect, especially this young woman named Divine, she was so kind and helpful, I was dealing with depression and anxiety but she cured my depression by showing me there is still good in the world because of how nice she was, one other thing is that she takes her job seriously. She is very organized and when it comes to helping customers find something, shes the person you want to go to. Divine deserves a raise.

Great experience. Stocked shelves, great variety, would have gotten 5 stars, but I felt check out experience lacked luster. Cashiers could be more active in the member checkout process. I purched over $100 worth of stuff and had a lot of larger decor pieces. Didn't offer any larger bags, etc. I had to ask her for them. After she finished her text message of course!

Lots of selection from snacks to beauty supplies. I was able to put together great goodie bags and decorate for my teenage daughter's birthday party without going broke. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful when we could not find something.

This store is amazing. The prices are great even though there not $5.00 and under any more. The slightly higher prices help get a bigger selection of things. This store is completely self checkout now which is okay with me. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for some good deals at amazing prices!!!!!!!!!

First time here to this particular location store was very stocked a lot of interesting items my issue was a staff member rudely walked in front of us in the main isle way didn't even say excuse me but no biggie. Overall recommend this location.

Could not return with out a receipt even just for store credit. I was told the store policy changed. I called 3 other five belows in the area just to double check. No other five below in the Columbus area has this policy. Terrible customer service.

Note to selfTry not to go in on a Saturday everybody and their brothers are in there. But overall had a wide broad selection to choose from at a reasonable price. And not on Mondays either. Shelves were partially bare.

This five and below is horrible. My daughter had returned an item and received her refund. However, she had another item she got at a different location, which they did not carry. The young lady checking her out wouldn't give her back the item that they did not carry. So my daughter said give it nack to me or give me a refund. It took the manager to tell the girl to give it back. And still didn't want to. Finally she gave it back smh. We decided we will not go back to this location. They are not trained well and rude.

It was my first time at this store & I really liked it. Very helpful staff. Shelves are fully stocked, neat & clean. The self checkout was hands-down better than any other I've used in other stores; it's fast, it scans on the 1st try (unless you keep holding the items upside down like I kept doing 🙄) and it wasn't so sensitive as to keep squawling, "Place items in the bagging area!y" LOL. It's a nice little store.

It was the cleanest store of this kind. Well organized and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Cash Out stations were sanitary and easy to use. It was a great experience in such a cool store with loads of options to choose from and some I didn’t know I needed or wanted.

Took my daughter here for her birthday bc she loves all the cute little things I'd heard that they had. Well, $100+ later, I would say it's a good place to visit if you have kids, especially girls, bc they have a little bit of everything. My daughter loves to draw & paint & she found so many great things to paint with like brushes, paint & paper. For everything we bought, I would've easily paid double+ at any another store for all the calligraphy pens & all the neat things she loves. Now they do have alot of things that are really cheaply made, but there's also lots of things worth the money. Very cool store. Much bigger to than I thought it would be for sure. Very clean & or together nicely. They also have a huge selection of cute t-shirts with lots of cute things on them. If you have kids, I would definitely check it out. They don't have actual registers, there's only self check outs, which was actually very easy to use. Even with alot of different items. There was a girl there that watches over the registers & she was very helpful to us since it was our very first time in the store & using thier self checkouts. She explained how to do everything & its actually pretty self explanatory, but I did appreciate all her help. We will definitely be back in sure.

Employees are very nice! And everything was well stocked only issue I had when coming here during grand opening was parking way to crowded really no social distancing I also purchase a Little variety mirror that was pink for my daughter got home open it the mirror was cracked but couldn’t find my receipt so I didn’t bother to try to take it back was very disappointed Don’t think I’ll be back to this location
