We are from Grove City but moved away. We were in the area today and needed something so we stopped by. I was very surprised at how much this location has went down. I walked out of there saying, is this really Grove City now? The employees wear whatever they want, boxes and carts of stock sitting everywhere, merchandise thrown anywhere and in the middle of floors, the carpet at the doors probably hasn't been vacuumed in months, an employees child was in there sitting on a box stabbing at it with a knife.

Place is filled with expired foods and juices. I wouldn't trust anything here if it has to be ingested. I know family dollar isn't the best, but I figured there would be SOME quality control. Will never shop here for food or drink again.

This store is close to my new job. And I usually go to Dollar General. But I stopped by here and loved it. It was stocked well. The crafts section is awesome. House decor, cleaning supplies, food, snacks, holiday decor, medicine, Tissues, everything you need for an affordable price! I went in to buy Milk, Bread and Pop.. and walked out buying more than I planned!

Prices are not often the same at check out as on the shelfs, so you get charged more.Management is often on their phones during work hours n in front of customers.Much negativity n negative talk between employees while store goes unstocked n boxes sitting in aisles.

Had everything I came for, and was clean and stocked. Cashier was extremely friendly. Has always been the BEST Family Dollar around.

Work in the area so, stop in frequently on my lunch break. Store is always clean and well organized However, why such a lack of registers open? Two weeks ago an employee was sitting/half laying on the ground behind the register carrying on a conversation with thee only cashier (not very eye friendly on a professional level in my opinion). Then just yesterday there were FOUR employees behind the counter yet just ONE register going! This location just always seems to have a line yet also seem staffed at the same time. I don't understand the lack of prioritizing!

Came in to buy a few things. Had to use restroom. Men's & women's both "out of order". I left without purchasing anything. Stop lying to people because you're too lazy to clean. Watched an employee unlock the door and go in also.

Went in to this location to get a few things and when me and my fiance walk up to the line up area, we were next in line and were waiting to be asked to walk up but he seemed to not care that we were in line. Talk about disrespect! He cared more about his movie than the customer, that is just horrendous!! We will take our business to another location. You lost us as customers, wish there was a 0 star option!!!

It is your standard Family Dollar store. The staff keeps this one pretty organized and clean. There is usually a wait to check out but recently due to the pandemic there are not many customers there when I stop in. You can generally find what you are looking for. Prices are as expected.

Poor customer service! The cashier was too busy texting & more engaged in her phone to where she didn’t take the sensor off of my curtains so now i have to come back just get the sensor removed! THANKS A LOT!

If I could give a zero I would. This place is a joke of an establishment, terrible customer service. Unorganized management staffing model. Line wrapped around the store. Being in the financial industry I really don’t know how they are staying afloat. High turnover rate, unprofessional, they clearly don’t know how to time manage or create a smart staffing model. This establishment is a joke. I will not be shopping here anymore.

On southwest Blvd in grove City, OhI shopped on 2/20/2019 @ 2:30.That store is filthy...No items that I needed wernt availableNo prices for clearance items but a few.The manager we needed her to void an item. Took her 10mins. To come up front. The employee attempted to call her. But, it went to voicemail. No training for the employee was obvious. No one offered to help me out with my stuff after just having foot surgery!! Then to top it off. I bought a candy bar that was white and stale !!!(milky way) shouldn't be hard as a rock. Last but not least will never shop at Family Dollar. Will return to Dollar General. Need to take tips from their storeThanks,Disappointed Customer !! 😟😱

I have shopped the Grove City Family Dollar for many years and have always enjoyed doing business with them. Unfortunately since there have remodeled the staff have became increasingly unpleasant. Unwilling to assist customers and even down right rude when asked the simplest questions. Customer service is core to a good store and for that reason I will no longer shop at this Family Dollar.

This store even with new setup is just a garbage dump. They hired nast staff with no respect! Help or even pretending to be working. This Girl Ceecee is straight out of trailer 🗑 and thenewtsll blond guy totally lazy and slow who embrace cusyomerabuse with Ceecee. The corporate office #doesn't work and our of my hard earned money. Family dollar is just trash.

Many of the shelves were bare and I only saw one girl stocking. The cashier was sitting on the window ledge on her phone when we entered the store. Once there were customers ready to check out she did get them done. I was last person in line. Once done with me she went back to the ledge phone in hand.
