Have homeless people hanging around.All kind of trash outside in front of the store.The employees are so rude.Employees are out front of the store smoking weed and Vaping…Do you know, walked in the store and they’re in this there was an employee in the store vaping. then there is only one register open with four employees. The other employees are just standing around doing absolutely nothing.

Light skin with red hair and nose ring being rude for no reason ask for my receipt which she threw in the trash telling me she can’t print another one. Vaping on the job! Should I keep going?Trying to give a customer a receipt from the trash very unprofessional.

Female employee laying on the floor behind the register with her shirt up above her stomach. Male employee at the register so distracted he forgot to bag all of my items so I had to go back. I wasn't even offered a receipt. I really don't expect much from this place but this was ridiculous.

Unlike other Family Dollar locations, this location seems much more like a calm, clean and well organized Family Dollar store. The staff at this location appear to be hand picked and far exceed the other locations in this vicinity and beyond. Irs an excellent location to visit and definitely my favorite Family Dollar.

This was by far the best Family Dollar I've ever been in!! The store was spotless, floors swept! All item was put nicely on the shelves where they are supposed to be. Customer service was amazing as well. She helped me & answered my questions with a friendly smile!!! I am willing to drive by 5 other Family Dollars to go to this one!!!

The staff is very rude and disorganized. I was in the store looking for something specific. It wasn't there so I left. On my out of the store the security thing beeped as myself and 2 other customers were leaving. We all stopped for a few seconds in between the 2 double doors. No one came and we proceeded out. About 4 or 5 mins later, while loading my 2 mo old niece in the van, A short girl with long dark hair and tattoos comes out screaming... I need to check your bag. I complied by dumping my purse out in the middle of the parking lot. And when nothing was in there. She got rude and crappy with me saying I was banned from her store! Instead of apologizing for the mistake.Family Dollar has lost a loyal paying customer!

Went here to add money to my cash app card. Did so with no problem. Must have app so they can scan barcode to add money. Found a couple pair of Levi's jeans for only $9.00!! I'll be back for sure to see what other deals I can find!

This was my first shopping experience at the new Family Dollar although the store was very clean when I walked in to cashiers later finding out that they are managers not one of them greeted me I'm shopping I had to use the restroom and noticed there was no public restroom however being pregnant you can't hold it walked up to the ladies politely asked if I could use the restroom the store manager look down and scuffed at me said I'll do it this one time as a courtesy I walked into the restroom there is. Blood on the toilet seat and as I'm using the restroom I hear them saying yeah she's still in there I don't know what she's doing so I walked out both both of the ladies are gone did my shopping $43 total I should scan two pair of shoes that I wanted originally priced at $5 sale tags said $3.05 she scanned them it rang up $5 I said Oak scuse me ma'am there was a sale sticker on that she scuffed at me being the assistant manager named Jackie walked all the way back to the sticker brought it all the way back up and thought it was necessary to call the store manager over a 1.95 difference after totaling $43 worth of merchandise the store manager would not let her price modify so I took my items out of my cart something back on the register and I did not check out there I would never be back to this Family Dollar store again I was completely appalled by the store manager and assistant manager Jackie's lack of customer service strongly believe that they should either be disciplined or retrained call corporate to let them know what happened sat on hold for 40 minutes and then was hung up on I will never shop at another Family Dollar and as a store manager in retail I would definitely not tolerate that type of lack of customer service in my store and still at this point I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the store manager and the assistant manager Jackie were to me!

Been to this store 3 times.. the floor is always cluttered and was told today to leave my bookbag up front. I was in my work uniform and shopping with my child. It was not a standard book bag but a vera mini bag i use as a purse.

A nice clean brand new Family Dollar. A great little grocery store for quick shopping trips. The staff is friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. Perfect place to stop and grab the essentials when you are in a hurry.

I walked into Family Dollar to grab one thing at 8:49pm. (They don’t close until 9:00pm). Two ladies were “working.” One of the ladies yelled at me as soon as I walked threw the door, “WE CLOSE SOON SO HURRY UP!” Surprised with how she spoke to me I said, “Excuse me, I am just grabbing one thing I still have 10 minutes, correct?” The lady gave me rude look and said, “Yeah we’re trying to go home tonight.” I walked away from the lady and grabbed my one item. At 8:52pm I was checking out at the register when another person walked in. The other lady who was “working” screamed at him, “WE’RE CLOSING IN 2 MINUTES SO HURRY UP!” I was shaking I was so angry. I cannot believe that these people work in customer service. This is not the first time I have experienced rude staff here. But this was the one that got me angry enough to write a review.

A half-off nearly expired dozen of eggs is $1.95. Do yourself a favor and get your groceries from one of the nearby Kroger's or Aldi's where you can get fresh eggs for $0.95. The only thing I've found worth buying here is the $1 drain unclogger. You'll probably need to buy 2 but that's still cheaper than buying name brand.

I went to the new store just to get pillows and I wore a check out and the manager did not know how to do it .that so sad .I am so happy I had cash with me . I think you trade to do checks .😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤.
