try to go to this location again unfortunately because I was in the area I feel like every time I come in there it’s something new things really need to be written because word-of-mouth made up rules just don’t fly. I had 10 items to try on told me, I could only take three there’s nowhere to put my items so someone could have put them back and I am with child so it would have been too much work to try on items and potentially get locked out of the fitting room ring the doorbell again also, all their items have sensors on them I feel like they think every black person steals they don’t even try to accommodate they don’t have Customer skills at all. I will not be back at this location.

I really love this store so far since I have been going here . Only problem Is the customers they bring they dog into the store and they pooped on the floor also it was a elder lady coughing freely without a mask and no one told her could she please wear a mask or please leave the store.

I went in with the intent to try out some new iron options on the simulator, however after few practice swings with a club similar to one I already own, the older golf pro Sean decided he didn’t like some things in my swing, proceeded to give me a free golf lesson (which I’m fine with learning new swing tips), but then told me to go home and practice, and shut down the simulator after being there for over an hour without even getting to swing the clubs I came in to try initially! I’m not new to golf and I’m no professional either, but I’ll be sure to go elsewhere in the future to demo clubs.

Had a good experience here. Found some stuff listed below Amazon and Walmart pricing. Found a sale price for a cooler we liked and they honored the price match. Very thankful for the manager behind me checking out to help out the new cashier.A few employees did ask if we needed help while looking around, everything was super chill. Will definitely shop here again.

Plenty of item selection to choose from. Clothing items are organized nicely, so it's easy to find your size. Staff is friendly and prompt.I had to ask an employee for a small bandaid and she went above and beyond what I expected. She came back with several bandaids of multiple sizes and a little alcohol wipe.

used to visit this location a lot during the summer when there was a male manager of color very friendly very nice. It seems the store is full of women now that I have been in there twice I have felt profiled I noticed they treat me differently from any other customer in there who is not of color and they make me uncomfortable walking by watching me like can I shop in peace

Sat at the register for 5 minutes while 2 employees looked for a buy one get one free sign. Not sure what it was hard to find. There were 3 of them on an end cap. I finally just gave up and told the cashier to forget it and remove the $5 item. Gave 2 stars because the cashier was polite. Would have been much easier to just believe the customer over a $5 item and not make me and the 3 customers behind me wait.

Recently shopped here for an item they had listed as in stock, however there was no sign of it on the sales floor. Despite that confusion, the staff was friendly and helpful. They communicated my concerns and eventually brought it out from the back. Wasn't fully certain what was going on at one point but was later informed why the delay. The store was very clean and tidy.Good visit overall.

Prices were pretty good for a pair of thermals. Hopefully they work out well. I visited a few other retail places that day and this place was a lot cleaner than the rest. Everything was mostly in order and the staff was helpful navigating the store. Definitely recommend this place compared to REI, which can be super expensive, but they're not the same type of store either.

I ordered the new adrenaline 21 online but the associate that did the picking selected the wrong size (I ordered 7.5d but recieved the left as 7.5b and the right as the 7.5d) so now I have to go to the store and exchange them. Then when I went to exchange my shoes for the correct pair the shoe department employees did not want to help me. Their response was these may not have come from our stock and totally indifferent to helping me. I can safely say that I will not shop at this store ever again.

Kris & Mike made the visit right. Despite the mix up, they listened, empathize, came up with a solution and apologized. It's rare in this environment to meet such caring and over the top customer service. Will be making a longer drive because of them, highly recommend this location.

I realize it's soon after the holidays and with covid delays inventory can be slim however, this store did not have 1 single pair of womens snow/ski pants. Unfortunately I am not a one-size-fits-all woman and must try clothes on- especially an expensive purchase for an item I haven't worn in 30 years. Also, when I entered the store, maybe 6, 7 employees were gathered near the front- maybe having a staff meeting or something but not 1 said hello, welcomed me, or greeted me in any way. In fact, I walked around the store for over 30 minutes before I was acknowledged including by employees who walked past me. Finally a young lady asked if I was finding everything okay. When I mentioned snow pants she directed me over to the mens racks. (Thanks, but a mens 3X, 4X is not right for a woman who wears a S/M). When it was time for me to find a fitting room there wasn't an employee in sight for maybe 10 minutes. Definitely not the best customer service experience I've had.

Went in looking for swimcaps, and was taken to the correct area, by an associate, just going by.Found what I was looking for, plus going to try some ear plugs.Would have loved to get a pair of DSG water shoes, but 11 is their largest size, and they were a bit tight.Was treated correctly, as I was presenting female.

Less than one star, called ask for a cast net fishing department said I had to get it online. Got online said they had 10. Call back ask for the guy in fishing to look he came back said no they had none. Drove up there it was 10 on the Shelf. Ask to speak to a manager as soon as she seen my make America great hat she had an attitude in my opinion that is discrimination will never shop there again

I stopped in the golf department, While on vacation last year looking for a new driver. I highly recommend you see Sean Warren, the golf pro there. I walked around in circles, shoe department, for 15 minutes without being approached by a sales associate so we kept moving. Fishing rod & reel selection is worse than Walmart, only cheap stuff, no St. Croix, G-loomis, or shimano products. Junk.

I will order from Amazon from now on and let others know. I went to buy running gear. There was a price clearly marked over the sports bras.that under armor bras were $13.97. I went to the register to pay and they rung up at 34.99 each, then cashier called for price check and i had to walk back and show the employee where I picked them up and she saw the price marked at $13.97. Then I went back to checkout and the cashier was on her ear bud listening and then told me that was an inventory price marked. I left. I will never go back. They are appropriately named as far as im concerned. I can get all my running gear on amazon.

Why bother pretending to be product experts when you have no one who knows anything about a bike? You offer bike services and can't even provide anyone with any ability to assist with questions. I learned more from Google than from they guy in the store who said he could help. And he didn't go get the other guy he said knew more. $1000 worth of bike sales lost because he couldn't even say he didn't know what he was doing and just trying to make stuff up.

I have shopped this location several times over the years. The store is well organized and clean. There's a good selection of Blue Jackets gear and other local teams at the front of the store. I found the selection of actual supporting goods to be somewhat limited, most of the store is clothing. There is absolutely no selection of hockey gear.

Clean, friendly. Just what you would expect from this chain. The chain as a whole is over priced, by a lot. My stationary bike was 700 discounted to 450, then they took 100 more off. 350 good price? Nope. Same as Amazon's everyday price for this item
