There wa some miscommunication between the prescribing Dr. and the pharmacy. Dr. Called in and Pharmacy filled all before they closed at 1:30pm. Thankful they were able to fill so quickly so we were able to make it to our 2pm appointment. Thank you!

My rating is just for the pharmacy staff. These people are understaffed and are treated horribly yet im always treated well and serviced promptly. CVS you must do better for these pharmacy associates!! Staff better, pay better or limit hours so they are stretched so thin. This isn't a line of work that should have stressed out, tired and over tasked employees.

I got a vaccination at this location this morning. The Pharmacist was SO gentle, funny and pleasant, I didn’t feel a thing. Check in was easy, picked up a script while I was there. Quick, easy, efficient. Great experience!

We have been using this CVS location for years and here the past 6 months things have been terrible. Place order for refills and takes several days for them to fill them, surgeons office calls in new prescriptions and promised to me same day by 545pm, it wasn't ready at 1130 that same evening. This has been a bad ongoing issue. My boyfriend has Medicaid and they kept trying to charge us instead of billing through Medicaid. Finally after a few months they got it right. I don't have many options where I can get my prescriptions filled at due to my insurance out of the 3 I can use this is the closest to my home. Service just needs to get better.

We have been using this pharmacy for 10 years and things have gone for the worst. They have plenty of staff but still have wait for longer than the wait time mentioned by pharmacy team. Plus now the staff has been rude. Sad that we a planing to change!!

I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years and today I'm done. I had medications refilled that were supposed to be done by 6 pm the day before. I went in at 11 am the next morning and they were still not filled. I was told that they were 5 days behind in filling prescriptions but if I wanted to wait 15 minutes they would fill it. Explain to me that logic. We can't fill prescriptions but if you come in we'll get it done in 15 minutes?? Seriously? My husband went to pick up the meds at 6 pm and the sign on the front door said you can't pick up prescriptions inside but had to wait in line for the drive thru with the line around the building. I'm writing this at 6:53 pm and he just now was pulling up to the window for pick up. This is awful service and ridiculous. Save yourself the headache, don't use this CVS.

Rude staff! Have no concern in assisting its customers when THEY mess up! On 9/26, my doc sent prescriptions to be filled. CVS had a delay in getting all prescriptions filled until 9/29. On CVS app, made payment and selected home delivery. I have called the pharmacy twice. Both times, rude staff. Still no meds! On today's call I was told, "the mailman didn't pick anything up yesterday." Asked if there woukd be pick up today, "I don't know." THIS was the manager!!! @CVS....stop offering delivery (and have customers pay for it) when you can't follow thru! P.S...teach your staff some customer service skills!

Never keep your payment on file for the minuet clinic here. I was billed more than double what i should have been - ($30.00 copay turned into a $64.00 claim). This is abusive - patients beware!

Horrible slow service. Clerk “forgot” to expedite when I came in to have my prescription filled as I was waiting. So a 10 minute wait that was quoted turned into 45 minutes. This prescription was called in early in the morning.

Have been a customer here for years. However, now taking my business else where. The management and customer support has been terrible over the past year. I have had the same prescription needing refilled every 2 weeks, but they somehow consistently manage to mess it up or make it a nightmare to refill. The automated phone line and website are awful. They're either inefficient or do not work. The customer support is nonexistent. I picked up a prescription 1 day and was told my insurance was deactivated the next day when trying to pick up another, which is completely false. You would think they would work with the insurance company on a solution, but nope! My insurance company told me they tried to work with them with no success. Even they told me switching pharmacies would correct the issue. One of the staff even got rude with me recently just for seeking support on the issue. Final straw for me. I'm out!👎

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They never have any medications in stocks. It takes them days to complete an order. They will tell you when your prescription will be ready and you go in to pick it up and, of course, it's not ready. I've never had anything sent to this pharmacy that gets filled in a reasonable amount of time. I try very hard NOT to use this pharmacy.

I am a frequent customer here and I understand others frustration with the wait times but I don't think it's the pharmacy or retail side fault. They have been pretty understaffed since the start of the pandemic like many other retail institutions and I know it's easy to overlook when you yourself have had a long day and just want to get your prescription and get out of there but I try to remember that they have lots of others to fill and other customers to help.When it's my turn to be helped everyone is always upbeat and friendly. I want to give a shout out to the young lady with the green hair working the drive through she is always very personable and does not rush you when it's your turn. Very friendly and seems to genuinely care.Despite the somewhat lengthy wait times I still highly recommend.

If I could give them a negative star I would. They never have any prescriptions available same day and you wait on hold for 15 mins and it drops the call. I will never use a cvs as long as I live. I would rather die of not having medicine than give cvs another penny.

I took my business to another pharmacy. Since kroger will not participate in express scripts as of the new year, I called this CVS to transfer my families prescriptions. I was told I would need to call all of the individual doctors for all 5 of us and have new prescriptions called in otherwise it would be too much work for them to type everything in. Since several of us see specialists as well as family doctors this was not going to work. I called Meijer, they took the time to make profiles for everyone in my family over the phone and will be calling kroger to transfer everything for me. Thanks Meijer for your professionalism. You lost customers CVS.

Sometimes there's a line, but the line moves quickly. I've never been waiting more than 15 minutes. Great place to get your meds filled.

The store has the absolute worst automated phone system I’ve ever experienced. And the pharmacy computer system is just as bad. 100% of the time I try to refill a px, I’m told there are no refills left. EVERY single time, I have to speak to someone in the pharmacy only to tell me that there’s a glitch in the system and it doesn’t catch refills. So getting anything filled there is an absolute nightmare and I have to wait on hold for someone to speak to. If I show up, they are always slammed. I can imagine that they are already understaffed, and having a terrible phone and computer system just makes it that much worse. Those poor employees. CVS do better!

My Doctor ordered me a Dexcom blood sugar monitor, I received my Dexcom kit from CVS London Groveport Rd and took it home, I was missing the Transmitter, the Dexcom meter won't do anything without the Transmitter, I called CVS and spoke to them about the Transmitter, they said my Doctor didn't give a script for it, If my Doctor ordered me a new Dexcom kit shouldn't it have a Transmitter with it? That's like ordering a Cell Phone and the company won't give you a battery. They said it was Doctors fault and hung up on me.

I took my Mom to the Minute Clinic. Check-in was a little funky, but the doctor did a great job! I honestly was not expecting that level of service from them, but she was fantastic, as was the pharmacy staff. My husband gets his scrips here and has always had good service. I have shopped here many times over the years and it's always a good experience. The store is well stocked and workers are professional and great at what they do. Keep it up, guys, you are doing great!

Worst pharmacy in Central Ohio. Took over two weeks, two calls and one face to face visit to transfer our prescriptions. That being said my scrip was not ready a day later because they were “too busy” the day prior. To top it off the worker at the window had the nerve to tell me it would be a twenty minute wait and to pull back around the drive through after waiting twenty minutes to begin with. This was their error and this type of customer service is unacceptable in my opinion. I am seriously considering driving to another pharmacy 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this place. Management should be ashamed as I can see form the other reviews this type of thing is common practice here.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at a CVS pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate, not to mention the very obvious lack of professionalism. They blatantly judge customers based on appearance and/or prescription details. After dropping a prescription off five days ago, calling in to confirm pickup of my prescription 4 days ago, showing up to get my prescription 3 days ago I am once again at the pharmacy for the fifth time this week and they still say they won’t have my prescription ready for a few more hours! Seriously! Should have been filled and ready for pickup days ago! Last time I will ever depend On CVS pharmacy due to pharmacy staff incompetence!!

I wouldn’t recommend going to the pharmacy here. It took me THREE phone calls and two visits to get my prescriptions transferred here and still have continued to have issues. I understand they are busy, as WE ALL are, however a little kindness goes a long way in customer service. They are busy, I’m busy, most everyone I know is busy but the attitude of some of the pharmacy staff makes me feel as though my time is less important and that I’m inconveniencing them by trying to pick up medication.

Mom called in to see if our insurance would cover there as it didn’t before , they told us it would so when we went in to check , the lady told us it was on hold. The lady in the back then proceeded to tell us very rudely that we knew it wasn’t covered here and she talked to the father and when we told her we called earlier and she said yeah only some of that insurance is covered. Wouldn’t even give 1 star with how rude she was.

As far as chain pharmacies go, this is an acceptable establishment. There is usually plenty of employees behind the pharmacy counter, but if you walk in with a prescription and choose to wait, 45 minutes is a little long. I do like that you are able to get a flu shot here, it's convenient to skip the doctor's office.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst Pharmacy Ever! The entire staff hate their jobs! Customer service is atrocious. You're an inconvenience when you need anything! Kate the Tech is absolutely nasty and has no business being face to face with customers. Dave the Pharmacist is about as helpful as a ROCK... They're all clueless and treat you like dirt. I would rate 0 stars if it was an option!

I totally understand that a lot of people are sick right now as the pharmacy tech informed me when she told me that they were out of my medication that I just got prescribed. I waited for over an hour and a half and when I went into the pharmacy to check on my prescription that is when I found out that they were out of my prescription I don’t understand why they could not have sent me a text message saying that they were out of my medication they send me a text message when my prescription has been filled so why can’t they sent me a message saying that they do not have the medication there. So I called the CVS on stringtown rd where they sent my prescription because they had the medication there And the pharmacy tech told me that she could expedite the prescription so I could come and get it right away thank you to the CVS on Stringtown Road

The staff is friendly enough; however, the line for the drive-thru is long, and the second lane never works. The parking lot is in disrepair. The lines are horribly drawn (if visible at all) and there are potholes everywhere. In addition, labels and prices aren't on the shelves in many areas and no self-service price check is available. If you want to price check something, you have to wait in the checkout line first. Very inconvenient.

Called to make appointment for minute clinic and Covid testing. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I heard the girl tell the manager or someone above her in power I was waiting as if he was to take the call. He said yeah I know and then there was a click and music came on as I waited only a short time before hanging up. Inefficient!
