We had a whole house install in 09/21. It has been a nightmare since. The installers had helped themselves to our refrigerator for the alcohol. Though I have been told they have been fired since. We have had repair men come out several times on the same planks in our kitchen. They come fix it and it separates again. We paid a lot of money for this and it has been nothing less than a disappointment. The repair men they send out are stoned or hungover. I reached out again this past December and I did receive a reply but nothing after. I let it go but every time I look at my floor I get upset. So I reached out this month, March and no answers because they do not care that this has been an issue since it was installed. One repair man, the only normal one that ever came said that my floor should be ripped out and reinstalled. Just the kitchen area of course as that’s the only issue we are having. I just want it fixed but they throw some glue down and are done. The lack of customer service to make it right from this company is ridiculous. Just beware who you purchase from. I was referred to this company and would not ever suggest them to anyone as they do not stand behind their word. I was more them patient and understanding while waiting for techs because some is a diabetic or someone named Ed, has to take his sister or mother to cancer treatment. As a customer I feel I was extremely understanding with everything and appointments. I do not recommend this company. Look elsewhere.

I'd like to share what a fabulous experience I had with Carpet One. I had them install new carpet and new vinyl plank flooring. The installers did a great job moving all my furniture, they worked quickly and cleanly and were very professional. Matthew Lashley, my sales rep was so helpful and patient. I am so pleased with the result - it's absolutely beautiful!

Carpet One replaced the carpet in all of my bedrooms almost a year ago and I couldn't be happier. The staff was very knowledgable about the product and the process. The customer service was top notch. The quality of the carpet is amazing (still looks brand new a year later) and the installation was painless. Our installers had a great sense of humor, hard workers, very clean, and fast. I have no complaints about this company and when I decide to replace the rest of the flooring in my house, I will be calling Carpet One. I always highly recommend them whenever someone talks about replacing their flooring.

They did a fantastic job! 👏🏼The whole process took only 12 days.I called, and a gentleman named Guy came out to measure two of our homes.He brought a couple sample pieces too for us to look at.We choose Bliss because it's a great product.They got us scheduled very quick and they did both homes in one day.We had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be using them in the future. ♡

I'm a little late on my review but this place is great and esey too deal with they gave me tons of options and great price carpet price and install unbeatable and my installation had over 500 square foot of carpet done in one day over 600 in lvp done a few days after check them out

Tried to give this company my business for a second time and they REFUSED to work with me. Guy is the sales rep that came out to give quote (which took over and hour for 5 rooms because he sketched each room). I had to call him back days later because I never received quote. The quote he gave us for 5 rooms and about 2000 sq ft was over $10,000. My husband asked if the price was negotiable because other companies quoted less. Guy said he didn’t want to deal with it since we had another company and he would “bow out” of the project. We asked to speak with a manager, the co owner Ed called back and reiterated what Guy said and said he’s decided he doesn’t want to do business with us. All because we wanted to negotiate the price. Wow, this is not the way to do business at all!

This company is treating us horribly. They do not communicate, they make you call them and ask when installation is going to happen. Then it's excuse after excuse. We may call the deal off altogether. And we are not people who are impatient or lack the ability to be understanding. All we ask for is to be updated and they can't even do that. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company.

I just had my entire 1st floor done with vinyl planks and I can't be more pleased with them. Matt was so helpful finding the right color. I had shopped 3 other places 1st and he helped me find the perfect color as I did not want to replace my doors. The installers were top notch and kind. Would hire them all again. Thank you Carpet One, I should have come there first.

POOR SERVICE, POOR QUALITY!!Had ceramic flooring installed in our master bathroom. From the start it was a an unfortunate experience. The final price was well over the quote I was given. It seemed the job was rushed and communication was poor.Sadly we noticed a leak after the only 120 day warranty period. Personaly with ceramic tile it's hard to see a small leak until it becomes a big one. Tried to contact them hoping to get it looked at and addressed if it was due to their thrid party installers, they waste my whole day waiting for a call I was told would be the following morning. Then was givinn excuses for why they are poorly managing this location. Only having one person handle scheduling and clients even though I spoke with 3 other people that do nothing I guess. Didn't even get to speak Teri (the lady "in charge") over the phone or in person about my situation just some excuses over email. Definitely do no recommend getting anything done with them or probably anyone that contracts out their work because no one takes responsibility anymore.

This company was top notch when it comes to professionalism and technical knowledge of products. They worked directly with my adjuster for a house insurance claim to streamline the process. The entire experience was pleasurable which helped ease my stress of the house being torn apart. The installation was quick, professional, and no details were overlooked. I would highly recommend Carpet One, and plan to use them again for future projects.
