The staff was very friendly. Even gave suggestions and talked about experiences with items I was working on. When I came back for a second time, I had the same interaction. Very talkative employees and friendly. I found the items I wanted and was checked out quickly and even told about a coupon to make sure I used it on my purchase.

Item said it was $10.00 when i went to check out she said it means $10.00 off. She said she had the same problem yesterday. If there is a problem with the way you advertise maybe you should make it more clear.

Haven't been in this store in YEARS! I believe since it use to be called ODD LOTS! And I have been missing out. The place was super clean and had some amazing stuff and DEALS! Who doesn't like deals! And now they have a card for you to use and get points to save even more money! I believe I will become a regular to Big Lots after stopping just to grab Toilet Paper real quick. Of course I left with more than that.

Big Lots has become just another store to post a price and then not honor it at the checkout. Always check your receipt and have store correct the price or return it.

I like going to Big Lot's & have purchased many quality items from them @ good prices! I like the fact that they started selling furniture & it's nice, a little pricey! I do run into this store because it's convenient & I often pick up other items that I didn't intend to buy 🤣

It's an older Big Lots but it still has a useful selection of furniture and household items! Sometimes the checkout can be a little long.

I hadn't been to this location in a while but I can see they recently tried to do some remodeling and redesign of the layout which looked fairly decent. Product selection on a lot of good items was sporadic and I feel things could have been a bit more logically organized but they also have some items I've found out difficult to find other places so I was happy about that.The cashiers where friendly despite being very short staffed so that was very nice to see. Overall good experience and I will return to this location again.

It is your typical closeout bargain store. You never quite know what you will find as much of their inventory changes. The quiet gentleman who rang me out looked less than enthused to be there but he was more polite than the other young lady running the cash register. I am sure their staff is quite tired this time of year.

It's a real shame. It used to be an adventure to go to Big Lots/Odd Lots. They always had something new and different to find. You never knew what closeout or overrun merchandise they had found to purchase and sell at a great discount. Unfortunately, now all their stores carry pretty much the same merchandise all the time. Mostly cheap products at cheap prices, and moderate products at moderate prices. There doesn't seem to be much to differentiate them from everyone else anymore. A large portion of their store space is dedicated to cheap furniture at cheap prices. Most of their in store and online advertising appears to be geared toward this, too. I suppose that's wonderful if you are looking for assemble yourself furniture like most of the big box and outlet stores sell. Personally, I miss the adventure of the deeply discounted random finds. I have to go to the few other stores in town that still operate that way. Bottom line, a great place for consistent, predictable low price inventory at each location each day. However, do watch for their clearance sales where you can still find a great bargain.

Great store. Always different and very good prices. Watch their sales on line and weekly printed papersEx: purchased a Bluetooth earpiece for cell phone, a few years ago for $15. Saw same model at Best Buy for $50.Also has food...always check expiring date, otherwise good prices.Staff is friendly and helpful.

Keith the team lead isn’t customer friendly even over the phone and face to face. I was very polite and I’m telling you he was like pleasant like a pit bull. Bc he never thank me for my business. Or even greet me. He def need to work on his customer service.

Big Lots is not what it used to be. They have a lot of great merch but the prices are way to high. Many items are higher than any other store I've been in. The employees don't seem well informed either. Sorry but I doubt I will be going back. And I Used To Work There!

Saturday June 29th my mom and I went into this location to get some supplies for our pool such as pool noodles, floats etc. A worker not sure of his name but he was bald and wore glasses, was standing in the middle of an aisle I politely said “ excuse me” he then turned and hit my cart into the box beside me and said “ well excuse me” in a smart tone while shaking his head... I’m not one to get loud in public places but he was way out of character by telling me to “ watch out because he was looking for something for a customer” which is fine, but to be rude to a fellow CUSTOMER is wrong and for that reason I will not be returning.

One of the better discount stores in the area now loaded with food pantry items. Everything for the home is here if you need anything at all you can usually find it at Big Lots!
