Had to get baseball cupcakes and Pokemon cup cakes for my son's birthday. Erin from deli/bakery waited on us and did an amazing job writing on his cupcakes cake and then wished him a sincere birthday too. Thanks so much Erin

Staying with friends in the area and had forgotten some things. This Wal-Mart floor plan was the opposite of any Walmart I've been in, so I felt lost. I saw a staff member in the food section and asked direction to Hair Spray and he helped me with a smile. Very sweet.Store was very clean and organized, which really surprised me.

I have a second job at one of the stores in the plaza across from this Walmart. Twice now I have stopped in a panic (once was for a recent grocery pickup I was unavoidably late for while it was snowing, and I thought my order would be cancelled. The second time was today 1/27/24) & both times all employees were super friendly and helpful. Very kind people working here! I have an hour commute one way, and today I stopped at their Auto Center because my tire pressure light came on halfway through my trip. If you have never been stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire, it is definitely an "experience".The gentleman who saw me at the Auto Center today was very welcoming, despite me showing up frazzled. I believe his name was Tanner and he made me feel like we've known each other for years. Even though they were packed (and I didn't have an appointment, AND it was a Saturday, to boot), he still took a few minutes to help me. He was efficient and polite during our conversation, offering a couple of suggestions for me in the future. All of the employees there were also personable, despite being so busy. I was pleasantly surprised to find they do NOT make you feel like you are bothering them. It was a case of, "Yes, I am extremely busy, but you need help and it won't take long."Whenever I am in this area for work, I will definitely stop here if I need anything. Thank you Tanner and team! 💯 Now if the rest of us can figure out how to effectively navigate the parking lot and pedestrians together, we'll all be winners. 😅

If I could you wouldn't have even gotten 1 star. I ordered today Tuesday April 30th at 5:05pm and was supposed to be delivered between 9-10 pm. I received a text saying my order was delayed. I waited until 10:30pm and called store phone rang for 4 minutes then someone picked up and hung up without saying a word. So I dialed again same thing but this time it rang for 5 minutes picked up and hung up on me. Dialed again same thing after 5 minutes picked up and hung up on me. Well the 5th time some young lady answered and was rude I asked where my order was and she put me on hold. Came back wanted my name. I told her they wanted me to cancel or pick up order tomorrow. I don't drive because of medical reasons. So can't pick up order. She went round and round with me. Manager got on phone and told me delivery driver didn't show up. That's not customers fault. I spent almost $175 because I try to only order a couple times a month. Well Manager hangs up on me. Wouldn't tell me his name or woman that answered phone. Wouldn't tell me her name either. Still saying 2 hour delay on order. Well corporate should return my Walmart plus fee, order price and my groceries. And should never be charged for Walmart plus fee for the rest of my life. 3rd time myself and my husband has had problems with this store. I would shop elsewhere but can't get anywhere else because like I said I can't drive because of medical problems and my husband passed away back in 2022. NOT Trans friendly. I had a picture taken by an employee named Richard. All I did was use the men's bathroom and pushed the door open wide for him seeing he had a cane. He stood there and took a picture of me while I waited for my friend to come out.Truly disgusting and I feel humiliated. I didn't do anything to him.

Convenience in one large store. However, not always the lowest prices around. Associates are not trained in guest service, and never offer help. The stores are often out of stock of common items.

This Walmart in Greenville, Ohio is one of my favorites to shop in. They're friendly and have more items than my local Walmart. I live in Albany, Indiana and I'd drive the extra miles to shop here rather than drive to Muncie, Indiana or Winchester, Indiana to shop.

Great Walmart. Overnight parking for semi allowed. Very few cars at this location. Tobacco free Walmart. Amazing customer service and clean store. 5 stars because of overnight parking allowed for the big rigs. Thank you in advance. Keep up the amazing work.

I was in the makeup aisle and I was holding a lip gloss and one of the workers took it from my hands and accused me of putting the lip gloss on my face and I did not even open the lip gloss.

Got my oil changed Saturday. They forgot to change my air filter that I requested. They also did not put my skid plate back on properly, so now it's dragging. The manager didn't seem to really want to look into this or fix it. I would go elsewhere for services.

The employees here have gone out of their way to help me. I'm currently undergoing chemo for terminal cancer, and I am very weak. From helping me to understand how to use the electronic carts to helping me get things to checking me out to retrieving my cart, they have always volunteered their help.

Today was good not busy.. most of my visits people customers are in paths. Stop and talk ,in the way... but today's visit was nice , temp85o and store was. Cool ..makes it easier for me to breathe.

The only reason I go in is to pay my spectrum bill otherwise I go elsewhere hateful employees was there the other day and employees were out smoking I was sitting in the vehicle waiting on someone one of them got up and yelled real loud at me I now boycott Walmart without shoppers the employees don't get paid indirectly we pay their salaries it's the only legal way I can get back at them. i won't be back its the last time I'll be treated poorly be the employees at Walmart was the last store in town I go to for the same reason I'll go to a different town they won't have me to kick around anymore.

They had one check lane open and the rest were self checkout. There were 8 carts in line waiting to be checked out. Employees were very helpful and kind which eased some of the customers attitudes. Lines at the self check out lanes were also long waits. Hope you're in no hurry!

Hire some help. We just wanted to make a return. The guy in front of us wanted to pay 12 bills. 12 of them... No second line opened up.I went back to lawn and garden and got everyone folding chairs. We got hungry, we ordered pizza. We became a community.. As a community we grew..We shrank, we elected our own government.I mean come on! Open another line.Most people gave up and left.That should be Wal-Mart's logo. "You'll probably give up and leave."My Google app says it best, "choose another place."

Sometimes very busy and even some of the employees are uncertain of where some items might be. The employees tend to be nice but most don't seem welcoming. Sad that they've shut down a lot of cashier positions and put in more self check outs.

This Walmart is the worst. I called and complained about a drunken employee hollering and cursing and pouring liquor in his coffee cup and Nothing was done at all. It took 5 calls before even getting a manager on the phone. Employees are rude and get away with it. Don't bother complaining to a manager go straight to Corporate if you want any results. They need to fire all managers and hire new ones that aren't related/friends with horrible employees.
