Person that I communicated with was very nice, Mike, not so much. I made an appointment online for my son to get a vaccine. We arrived and were told that it should not have done that because they were out of stock. Tried to schedule another time and ran both of my insurances, Blue Cross Blue Shield for Federal Employees and ChampVA. They do not have a contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield for Federal Employees and ChampVA does not take off much. Why is it so hard and expensive for the child of a Disabled Veteran to get an inoculation? One that is required for them to go to school. I have serious reservations about a place that does not contract with the insurance that government employees get. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

Walgreens always treats me like they care about my health and business. The pharmacist Mike knows my name. Walmart pharmacy treated me disrespectful and acted as if my business didn't matter. That's why I now use Walgreens for all my medicine and medical stuff. Thanks Walgreens for great service and for caring.

I was a longgg time customer of wal*mart pharmacy in Greenville, but after long waits and repeatedly rude customer service we took our business to Walgreens. BEST decision I ever made. They are not only fast, but so absolutely kind. Never ever once are snippy or rude. I just took my scripts in this morning after being in the ER last night & the pharmacist had me wait maybe 5min while he filled my 2 scripts. When I thanked him he even mentioned how no-one wants to wait when they're sick. Amen! It's the little things for this very busy wife & mom that matters. THANK YOU!Update: I want to add that i am again so thankful for switching to Walgreens here in Greenville & Leaving Walmart. The pharmacist from Walgreens just called and checked on me because i had to start a new medication. he said they do that for all customers! isn't that so awesome?! never heard of a pharmacy doing that. I actually really appreciated it!

Walgreens always goes beyond my expectations. They are fast and the pharmacist Mark B. is always super friendly. I used to use CVS but after years of rude treatment I switched to Walgreens and I am so happy I did.

Always super friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is very helpful and accommodating in refilling things even at 5 minutes to closing! You just don't find that kind of service as a rule anymore.

The pharmacy is very poorly ran . Prescription are seldom done on time . Pharmacy staff say there always correct and customer is wrong . Mark is not always nice or correct. Nobody is correct 100 % . Get real.i see my negative review will not be shown.

Everything is perfect although the pharmacist Mark B always has an excuse as to why they don’t fill my medications as if it were my physicians fault even though I had been attached on the two way call when my physician called it in and then he comes up with an excuse as if he never got it
