The absolutely friendliest TSC I’ve ever been to. And the most organized and clean as well. This store has its act together. I have a closer TSC to my house but, I would rather go a little further to the Greenville, Oh. store for these very reasons.

The help was fantastic and they didn't hesitate on answering my daughter's questions she had on taking care of her baby chicks that are getting ready to hatch. They took their time in pricing the things she will be needing and didn't act like she was being a bother like another store treated her.

Went there instead of rural king( which is literally right beside it) to by a truck toolbox. Found the one I wanted and proceeded to check out. While scanning thr box, we found a softball size dent on the box. Cashier said they didn't have anymore in stock. Didn't offer any scratch and dent price. Then had me take it clear to the back and put it back on the shelf! Piss poor customer service. I spend 5-10k with tsc a year and a member of the neighbors club. Absolutely pathetic. Putting damaged goods back on the shelf.

Went in to look around for some feed and a few things for the yard they had exactly what we were looking for the people were very generous very helpful very knowledgeable they'll be seeing me again I understand they give a tax break for people with a rent or a farm so if anybody is interested they could be some help

Not one person offered to help me. I looked all over and C ouldnt find what I wanted. Only one girl at register, paging for extra help. Line of customers..no one came up to open another line. So I left.

Love this store. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the selection of items is great! The store is always nice and clean. It's my go to place for all my farm/animal supplies.

Stop in today to buy propane tank $40.00 higher than other places one cashier .Try to find help no help to be found since old manager left store going down hill.
