Bob is the best Tractor manager the company has. He works hard to take care of the customers, even when it's not his fault. The tractor welds keep breaking and he keeps getting in contact with the support team and getting parts to replace the broken ones. Thank you Bob

Spent 30 minutes finding a pair of Justin’s work boots today. Went to the register and didn’t ring up 20 percent off. Like the more then 50 signs said. When I asked why I was told because I didn’t read the fine print. Sale ended yesterday. Very rude. As she started to cover her b..t and ripping signs down. Could have just apologize for the mistake and gave the 20 percent off. Didn’t handle it well and I will tell as many people as I can

Very rude cashiers that will hold up a line while they chit chat with their friends, and let people they know cut in line. Even when things go smoothly, the employees here are just hateful. Between that and how overpriced they are, I don't think I'll ever be going back.

My husband was almost bitten by a mouse when reaching into a pile of dog beds. When told about it an employee said oh we know. Then they told us some manager wanted it done humanly so instead they have an infestation of mice. Absolutely disgusting. I won't be stepping foot inside again.

I am disappointed with Rural king. They are always out of stock of everything I go in to buy. Diamond cat food is non-existent and been this way since the holidays. Always lots of empty shelves. Now I am having a hard time getting bags of whole corn and chicken pellets for my chickens. Seems they don't get deliveries on a regular basis. They tell me what comes in on truck is what they get. They can't order anything in. Sounds a bit crazy to me.

Do not waste your money on their bulk Kentucky bluegrass. It's worthless. Bought lbs of this and none of it sprouted. Manager stated today there are no guarantees. Going to Ebberts in Troy. Their grass seed always comes up!!

This is an awesome Rural King. Enjoy walking around in there. They have so many items you wouldn't even expect. Nice shirts, jeans, and even seasonings etc. Just a cool place to go.Found me some nice tshirts for only $5.99...This place has beautiful home decor as well...Check it out and enjoy you some free popcorn while you shop!! :)

I can find most anything I need in this store and the prices are reasonable. The only problem I've ever had was with some Jean's I purchased there. I believe they were under the Rural King brand name, and I bought 3 pair, and 2 of them came apart at the seams after 1 or 2 washings. The 3rd pair still had all the tags on them when I returned them. I had no problem getting a refund, so that part was good.

I thought the store was really clean. It had a nice display of silver jewelry and a great one of hanging crystals. When I was going to check out with a bottle of name brand water, the cashier suggested the store brand instead. I was able to get three bottles of water for less than the price of the first bottle that I was going to buy. Great employee!

This was my first time in a Rural King, so I was just browsing and not looking for anything in particular. They have a very wide selection of products and the prices looked good. The employees were very friendly. The name kind of says it all. They have everything you need for a rural lifestyle.

I love taking my dog here, they always give her treats and pets! The prices of the products are really great too! Their large box of tortilla chips for around $4 is probably my favorite and most frequent buy. This is a great place to take kids! They can pet the rabbits and little chicks, get cute clothes and floats. Everyone loves the free popcorn and friendly staff!!!

July 2020 update! This location just keeps going down hill! Tired of the uneducated people that work here! Is it really so hard to put prices on the items you sale? What a amazing concept! It's also now $4.99 a pound for bulk screws! No longer a deal. Guess they felt the need to increase the price by almost $2 a pound! Honestly, aside from two employees the rest are not very friendly or welcoming.*This is my closest location. I go in once a week. So this is a real review from a repeat Customer. I like Rural King stores. However this location has several problems that have yet to get taken care of. It will be weeks to sometimes a month or more to get some feed in stock. Several of the cashiers are rude and should not be dealing with people directly and some can not keep a good pace so long wait times in check out. A lot of workers just have no knowledge of farm life or anything so it's hard to get actual help if you have a question. Overall it's one of the better ones. At least it's pretty clean store. Huber heights location is always a mess. This location could be great with some changes!

Don't ever go to Greenville Ohio that store is one of the rudest judgemental stores I've been to and would not ever go again my bf has tattoos and I wear a bandana and hat I lost my hair due to. Cancer first step in the door you could hear them talking about us calling us thieves followed us everywhere we went in the store the story goes on but Greenville Ohio and Rural King 2 places I wouldn't visit again

Sign on the door says masks are required but you look around, see 5 different people walk in without one, including some employees wearing them ineffectively with no enforcement. Help is usually not around when needed but when they are there they are pretty helpful. Good prices.

I love that they have a little bit of EVERYTHING!! Whether you want guns or gummy bears or anything for the farm in between, you’re gonna find it here. And I love the smell of the fresh popcorn when I walk in. Fair prices, helpful employees make you want to shop here again.
