Like all O'Reilly Auto Part Stores the staff is knowledgeable and also available to help check out that pesky check engine light. Or put on those windshield wipers, or check your battery. Stop in and check out their selection or have them diagnose a problem.

I went to get my headlight bulb replaced. The guy working installed a new one for me, only for it to not work. He told me I probably had faulty wiring. I then took it somewhere else for an electric diagnostic only to find out the wiring was fine, but the guy replaced the bulb wrong. So I wasted all that money on a diagnostic check just because this guy didn't know what he was talking about. Absolutely ridiculous.

Overall the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Most parts are in stock from my experience. If not, they can generally get them in within a day or so and sometimes even later that same day.

If you know what your doing I'm sure this store will be fine but since it has opened I have strayed from autozone 4 times to visit this store out of convenience and the only positive expierence I have had is when I was in and out for a gas can. I might be very unlucky in the associates I have purchased from but from my expierence the staff have been adequate cashiers with little to no knowledge of the products. I fix my cars with products from these places to save a buck and am not highly knowledgeable so I rely on knowledgeable staff. My latest visit I went in inquiring about the product fixaflat asking the cashier if he has opinions about the product and others like it. He recommends one that luckily I noticed said it was not compatible with pressure sensors. Ultimately I walk out with fixaflat that says it is good with sensors. Upon getting home and reading the instructions I realize this product is only meant as a very temporary fix when I was clear with the cashier that I meant it to be a permanent fix for a very very slow leak that takes about a week between reairings. It's my fault for not reading the can thuroughly and it was barely more than 10 dollars so I'm not upset. The store seems just as well stocked and to have similar reasonable prices but all things the same I will choose the store with more knowledgeable staff.
