My husband and I rent cars nearly every week from the Greenville location. Dan Z is always incredibly helpful and accommodates our requests however he can. Not only are his cars clean, in excellent shape, and well-maintained... he does everything he can to accommodate the type of car we need. Because Greenville is such a small area, he cannot control the particular cars that are available each week... but he always ensures that we have the best option. He communicates well about pick-up and drop-off times and has always fixed any problems that have arisen. If car rentals must be part of our weekly routine, we are glad that routine also includes Dan at Enterprise!

They did not have my car avaiable. We reserved 9 weeks in advance! We called a week before to confirm. On the day of at about 11:30am they told us they did not have a van but a Traverse. We said that would be okay. When we arrived within the hour the agent told us that they could only give us a Ford Escape that seats 4 passengers. The Traverse was no where to be found! The agent called Firestone and was told it was already picked up. The agent had no clue what was going on and dofus in the back just sat there and starred at us. Good thing we had other options! Thanks for delaying our trip, Enterprise. This branch sucks.

I got charged for 10 days on a rental because these incompetent people (Dan) Left my rental sitting at Dave Knapp Ford instead of picking it up like he was supposed to do. Luckily the enterprise I rented it from in TN refunded my money. I do not recommend this place.

We made online, last minute Sunday night changes to our reservation. The Greenville location is closed on Sundays. Monday morning I was called to be informed they may not have the type of car we need. The agent worked hard all day to locate a car and by 4:30 that afternoon I was picking it up. He was diligent and kept me informed every step. I appreciated his wonderful customer service efforts! We love that it’s a local shop, easy to get to and cheaper than the airports!

Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. The morning we were to go on vacation they called 1 hour before our pick up time and said they wouldn't have the car until 2 hours after our scheduled time. When we went to pick it up there wasn't anyone there and we had to wait for about another 30 minutes. Our leaving time for vacation ended up being postponed for about 3 hrs total. The car we received was a new car with around 2000 miles on it. It also had dents and a scratches all around it. We were absolutely not impressed with the service or the car.

Used insurance to rent a vehicle there, was told the cost would be covered at 100%. Returned the vehicle received the message that everything was fine, waited a few weeks for my 50.00 deposit to be returned. Called and asked about it then the stories started. First story you should have your deposit next week. Second story insurance didn’t cover the taxes so the deposit was used to cover the difference, told them that was not my fault I would have rented a cheaper vehicle if my insurance did not cover it. Was told I would get my deposit back just wait another week. Another 3 weeks go by I call back again Story three the vehicle was returned a day late, I was told I could return it that evening after they closed as long as it was there in the morning when they opened. This place is very shady I would not trust them.

*** BUYER BEWARE*** I returned a car to this location TWICE due to mechanical issues and smelling like an ash tray. They will not refund any deposits and blame the mishaps on the customer. The manager FRANK is extremely passive aggressive, belittled, raised his voice at me and told me I had to stand in the rain and cold while he took another Customer home. I will never support a business who treats veterans like dirt. I’m would highly suggest choosing another business if you expect to receive a decent car that works and doesn’t smell like cigarettes.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. I totally recommend this company for all car rental needs. I enjoyed driving my rental car and the people I delt with we're nice. I had a 100% Great experience 5 stars all the way. O and I got my whole deposit back. No bogus fees or fake damage reports. Honest people.

Greenville office is one of the wrost enterprise offices I have been to. Scheduled a car 2 days before I went there. When I went the for pick up I had to wait 1 hour before anyone showed up than they didn't have my car they offered me a 3 row van and also bad customer service.

We went very often through the Greenville office and never an issue wouldnt use any other location. However since New manager Brock has been their things went south. Not to mention the corporate office still hasn't return our phone call. This is after calling 2 times to them pertaining an issue that wasnt our fault. We've spent thousands of dollars yearly, when I told Brock we wouldnt return he didnt care. Very disrespectful and lied to our face. Not sure the corporate office is any better at this point. This isnt the end of my fight though.

Awesome customer service! A few hiccups but Andrew was the one who helped out my husband and I, he was very nice and apologetic and made up for it. Highly recommend!

Last minute being informed that a major credit card needs to be used if renting full size truck. No where on website does it inform you of that info. Debit card is not accepted if renting full size truck. Had to downsize to full size car.

Struggled with getting us a vehicle when we needed it and not particularly the type that I like to drive but hoping next time we are in need of their services it will be better. Richmond, Indiana seems to be better than Greenville, Ohio.

Hidden fees and rates they don't tell u about .. unlimited miles and for the day 100$ but they don't tell u there is a deposit of 400$ .. not good business
