Terrible service with burnt small portions of food not to mention they gave me the ice cream in a cup that leaked all over me and my truck. They should know to serve it double cupped. Maybe he didn’t because I am a Gator fan and the little boy who made the ice cream was talking trash to me about Florida State?Pretty petty if you ask me, rude and unprofessional.If you want to make it right, refund my card. I live over a thousand miles away

I’ve ordered here a couple times a month for a while now but this evening, a young man in a Cincinnati Bengals’ hoodie went above and beyond. Often, if you order at the drive-thru, the person in front of you will have ordered three meals and you have to wait for your sundae. But tonight, he asked me if I’d come inside so I wouldn’t have to wait because the car in front of me ordered a lot of food. While these seems like a small gesture, I truly appreciated it. He also apologized if it was an inconvenience, which it wasn’t. Definitely redeemed some of my faith in the younger work force of today. Thanks!

It's a little old but surprisingly the help and food are great. We ate at a restaurant the night before and the burger was dry and a little burnt. At Dairy King they were wonderful, favorable and juicy. Fries are hit and crispy. We stop there every time we are in Greenville. Our great grand daughter plays in the softball tournaments there. We will be back in a few weeks and will be stopping by. ✋️

Absolutely the worst experience from any restaurant that we've been to in Greenville. Twice now our family has ordered $20 or more and been treated like we don't exist. I don't know if it just the drive thru but the first time we came through we were handed an ice cream and told "thanks" as the window shut on us. We hadn't even paid yet. The second time was nearly the same. We pulled up after ordering and 5 mins later a young lady opened the window and asked WHY we were sitting there. After paying for several meals another young lady handed us a fry and plain hotdog and closed the window. We had to get their attention to which we were met with a less than happy young lady who reluctantly gave us what we had asked for 20 mins before. Don't recommend the service. Seems like the kids who work don't want to be there and don't want you to be there.

Very quick and positive service. The girls working had great attitudes and all the food was fresh, made to order and very decently priced. Will go to the Dairy King over the Queen every time. Great work and good job to the staff. A great place to also support a small family hometown business.

Ordered a peanut butter milkshake but received a chocolate one. My wife ordered ice cream in a cone but was served it in a bowl..... The girl wasn't paying attention. While the ice cream was good and chocolate shake was ok it wasn't what we ordered but didn't feel like going back through 🤦🏻‍♀️

It was good. Authentic non chain diner experience. Highschool kids running the joint, and doing a fine job at it. I wasn't sure what all the items on the menu were. I asked about the difference between the smashburger and a regular burger. The kid described the smashburger as something with egg and bacon. That wasn't what I was expecting, so I just said what I wanted. A burger (not a cheeseburger) with lettuce tomato, and pickles if they have it. The kid asked about onion, and I said yes please, if you have it. Staff was friendly. Service was great. Food was as expected. They don't have any special sauce or anything. I enjoyed my burger with ketchup and mustard. It was good. Nothing to rave about, but good. I liked the fries. I like peanut butter, and the peanut butter shake did not disappoint. The medium size seemed like it should have been a large. I got the medium, and thought the small would have suited me better. I liked it. I wouldn't go far out of my way to eat there again, but I certainly would eat there again.

The banana milkshake they made me was very good. Even made it with real bananas per my request. The air vents were very dirty in the location, but that's besides the point. Would come again for some ice cream.

Friendly owner, Delicious ice cream, serves good food that any fast food restaurant serves. Many options Drive thru, walk in, dine in, outdoor bench.He is opening up his dining area for an Ice Cream Social for my Great Aunts 100th Birthday. I did not ask anything of business he just offered. What a grand gesture for a business owner to honor his customers as guests. Thank You Dairy KingBusiness did not follow thru as offered. 🙃

I feel like this Dairy King is underrated! Excellent deals and delicious food! Quick and friendly service, wonderful pricing, and convenient location! If you want a nostalgic trip to your childhood of having ice cream on a hot day with some simple, yet delicious food, come here! I highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a great experience here. My daughter just came from getting some tests done at the hospital, so she was sore and grumpy. They treated us great here. We ordered a kids meal, but we changed a lot of things. They worked with us great. The food came out fast and hot. They kept her ice cream until she was done with her food. They checked on us multiple times. The French fries were wonderful.We certainly can't wait to come back!

I absolutely love supporting local business! this place is a gem and has something for everybody in my family. When we first moved to Greenville last year, we were desperately trying to find a place that had ice cream sandwiches for my son's birthday in January. They went out of their way to make him feel special for his first birthday away from old friends. we also recently tried their Phillies and chicken chunks and everyone loved them. We come here for every special family night and celebration that we can and have never been disappointed.

Normally they do well & the ice cream is good. Today they got our order wrong, & instead of listening to us, they kept bringing us random ice creams. After they brought us the wrong thing the 3rd time, we reluctantly took the vanilla soft serve instead of the hand dipped strawberry we ordered. Then the rude girl never appologized, instead slammed the window shut. I don't know if we will ever return.
