Pathetic is the only thing you need to know here! Mid-afternoon on a weekend only veggie pizza available? Are you serious? Is this L.A.? Excuses of course that have become just a script all these places use now. Tell me if you heard it before I'm the only one working, everyone else called off, our ovens are broken etc. Same excuse always while prices just keep going up along with the wages of these dumb kids that have zero common sense go up also. It's truly amazing!

I want to personally say the employees at the Greenville location working the evening shift deserve a raise. I won't say names as the 2 gentleman know who they are went above and beyond without hesitation. I hope they see this review and know they are appreciated and their kindness did not go unnoticed.

This brand definitely keeps losing my business. They just keep taking away the only things that I buy from here.Now you remove kombucha from your lineup and that's literally the last thing I got from your store.Guess Casey's losses another good customer.

The pizza was cold when we picked it up (on time), the store was dirty, and employees were rude. Having worked at beer barrel for years making pizza, I'd like to say I know pizza should be made. Poor yeast died for nothing....

If I could give 1/8 of a star I would! Only has 2 good employees the manager is a joke customer service sucks! I use to go in often but after watching the employees and manager handling food products with gloves on and touching everything else what good was the gloves? Gross ! Greenville location is just bad!

I want to say I was in the Greenville Casey’s as I go in all the time. Everyone knows you are the manager you brag about it every time I am in the store. The new Manger is loud, bossy, and just not a customer person, in my opinion. As I have heard her many times degrade Casey’s employees, she meant her match Saturday. As normal, this manager was yelling at the cook, telling him to calm down. It’s a job. The part about this is when I go in this cook is the only one I see doing anything. He is always busy. As she continued to put him down loud enough so the whole store could hear her, she proceeded to tell him what he is doing wrong and how it was her way. Well, hats off to that cook. He took all he could and told her off. I will respect that cook to take a stand. It’s hard enough for these places to get help let alone a manager that has no management skills. 0 STARS to this store manager.

We ordered a supreme pizza the special for 13.99. So my husband arrives to pick up. They said we ordered flat bread (which have no Idea what flat bread pizza is), we said no we ordered a supreme, they said the flatbread is 2.00 more. So instead of offering us the pizza for 13.99 they wanted 15.99 for there mistake. Husband left, no pizza, and know type of customer service what so ever. Horrible experience for a new place in our small community!

The person behind the counter was NOTvery nice...seemed to not like their job..Asked a question about an item they sell normally.. wouldn't go there unless it were for gasoline,in the Desert and no stations around for the next 150 miles..

Go in use restroom no wet floor sign till i make sure it is ok to use then so much bleach used my shorts are discolored where they touched the floor pizza was ok but was mis shappen

This store has online ordering for food you can't receive. My coworkers have wasted their breaks going there to pick up food that the employees cannot make, so we get left high and dry due to someone not wanting to take the time to do their job and train the night employee. This shows signs of piss poor management.

Cashier 12/22/21 7:10 this morning was terrible. Took her 15 minutes to count change back after she entered the wrong cash amount I gave her.

They never have window cleaning solution by the pumps. Other than that they store is usually clean. I stop by quite often on my way home and I always need to clean my windows and I never can because they don't have any solution in the buckets. It's annoying especially since they got new squeegees.
