We love Authorized Services. It was a Friday at noon and our refrigerator completely quit cooling. Melissa worked to find a technician who could help us out before the weekend. Kevin arrived and cleaned a drain in the back of the fridge. He diagnosed the problem and presented our options. After resetting the circuit breaker it seemed to start working well. We appreciated everyone's efforts and honesty.

Called and they came out the same day…the technician knew what the issue was with our refrigerator, offered solutions and was able to provide a quote! When done Kevin, the tech moved everything back in place! He was kind knowledgeable and had a sense of humor:)This company did a great job!!!

Within 5 minutes of David asking a few questions and looking at the dishwasher and under the sink and seeing a new garbage disposal, the pulled off the drain hose and found a plug left in the disposal. After removing the plug, he ran the dishwasher and everything was working great. 15 minutes and he was out the door. David was very congenial and great about explaining what was going on. Tim was my technician today and he was awesome! My dishwasher wasn't working and he arrived on time, was very professional AND knowledgeable. He not only fixed my dishwasher, but showed me how to properly use the settings. Made my day much better! Thanks again Tim!

Kevin and Melissa, the scheduler, were very accommodating. Kevin was able to work me into his schedule so I didn't have to wait 2 more days without the use of my refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He even helped me level my refrigerator that had been unlevel since delivery 8 months earlier. I would highly recommend Kevin and Associated Service Appliance repair service.

They were great. We had warranty work done and they communicated well regarding when they were going to get here, were professional in doing the work, and overall repairs were done right. Can't comment on cost as all was covered under warranty.

Ron was exceptional. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator within 5 minutes, ordered the necessary part, and returned upon receiving the part. The repair was quick, and Ron answered all of my questions. If you need repairs for your refrigerator, Ron is who you need to provide the service. Period!

They came out to look at my washer that was making a loud noise and not doing the rinse and spin cycles. After they left, the washer did not make a noise anymore, however the spin cycle still didn't work.Additionally the tech communicated nothing to my wife (I was at work) about what they did.They are coming back out, thanks to my home warranty, and I will update my review accordingly after the follow-up.FOLLOW-UP: After talking with the technician during the second visit, he told me what he did the first time and why the washer was broke again. He did the best he could, was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, and providing the recommendation to replace the washer to my home warranty.

Needed service on our 5 year old refrigerator because it was cool but not cold and frost had built up on the inside. The tech came out and was there for 2 minutes and said it could not be repaired. He wrote it off as a loss. Since our home was under warranty (which he knew), we could get a new fridge. However the warranty company only covered half the cost of a comparable fridge so we paid $1500 out of pocket.The best part is I sold my dysfunctional fridge to a friend. He took it home, plugged it in and IT WORKED PERFECTLY. The frost just needed time to melt. Had the technician actually cared about his job, we could still have the same appliance and not have been out $1500. So I'm giving Authorized Service ONE STAR for utter laziness!!!!

Tim came to work on a part in my dryer that broke off. He was very friendly and got my dryer fixed in just minutes. He called on his way and was at my door in the time he said he would be there. When we had issues with our dishwasher under Lowes warranty we were given options to choose for a repair company. Most of them had bad reviews with the exception of Authorized Service so that is who we chose. Communication was great through text for scheduling updates and we received a call from the tech when they were on their way. Tech was professional, resolved our issue quickly, and passed the being liked by our dog test (he's a judge of good character) . The experience was awesome and we got a business card in case we have any other appliance needs in the future. Thanks!

Shawn (aka Hutch)) quickly and correctly diagnosed the source of the intermittent water leak from our refrigerator. He had the perfect tools to correct the problem while explaining what he was doing. As a bonus, he shared his expertise about the quality of various appliances now being produced. The refrigerator runs like a new one and we learned a few things. A total positive experience at a fair price.

No real complaints about the service as everyone was extremely professional. My issue stems from the being told the parts would not be in until the 20th. However, also seeing updates from my Home Warranty Company that they were in on the 14th. Wires were either crossed or misrepresented. The tech was awesome though so still giving 5 stars for that.
