I went into Stevens to have some work done on a Stihl chainsaw and a couple parts for two other saws the gentleman in the back new exactly what I wanted change filters spark plug tweak the saws unbelievably cheap very knowledgeable highly recommend I attempted to go to John Deere the parts man didn't know anything about what I needed also went to rural King cuz I need to get help I highly Stevens store was loaded with helpful people tons of different product

Can I just tell you that this little hardware store really comes through. Our furnace quit and they had both capacitors for less than $20. HVAC company wanted $200 to come out on weekend. I will still have the HVAC company come check it out tomorrow just to be sure. But not only did Stevens have what we needed but the employees there are amazingly nice and helpful. So try to shop local and support them when you have a need. I am so grateful. Thanks Stevens Hardware.

Have never been treated like that as a customer in my life. My experience was with Charlie!!!!! He yelled at me for asked to return a cord to a electric stove that I had just purchased the day before.i will never return to this store again I will drive to Washington Courthouse for business
