The lady that checked me out was rude and over charged me for my items. She acted like I was below her and wasn't friendly at all to me or my son. These type of people should not be allowed to interact with customers when they do NOT have any people skills. It only takes a min or two to be check someone out and be NICE. Clearly they need get new employees

Craziest place I've ever seen..have texted my family member two or three times his medicines ready..I've told them twice he's not on that medicine anymore..,.they just dont get it...what should I do..write them a letter.... geesh!!!

The retail staff are always nice. The pharmacist and staff in the pharmacy are never very friendly or helpful when checking out, and when there’s a problem with my prescription they don’t take the time to help me. They act like it’s my problem and I need to deal with it.

I will NEVER go back to this Rite Aid. I think it's illegal to cuss out customer's, as the pharmacist sure did! The lady at the front should be fired for antagonizing along with the pharmacy staff. I got cussed out for saying I wasn't returning to the pharmacy. I've used it for a couple years and felt worse EVERYTIME I left. I also had an anxiety attack and was crying. Shame on everyone that works there and watched. I will be taking action, I'm the 3rd person in the last month that the pharmacist flipped out on. How is this legal?

Rude, made ya feel like you weren't good enough to be in there store.... Also I used there WU there quit often if needed and sometimes I wasn't able to get to the store until bout 7, well they close the store at that time at 8 so there was no reason they shouldn't have had any cash to pay the customer thru Western Union. Got denied a few times more than enough that I should have been treated with a little bit more respect. I think that rite aid sucks!!!
