I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help with anything, and was told that they would appreciate it if we practiced good social distancing. I take personal precautions anyway but it was a refreshing way for it to be stated, a suggestion rather than a command. All the employees I saw had face coverings and the store seemed clean and tidy. It was one of the best visits I've had to any store recently.

Great place to get propane tanks refilled. No longer do you lose out on the propane you didn't use if you exchange a tank, now you can just pay for what you need to fill it up. The employees have always been friendly every time I have come to this location. Good selection of hard to find parts to be able to fix just about anything non electric.

Tractor supply has always in the past been a great place to shop but recently in Bowling Green Ohio I'm not sure what changed it's almost as if they don't want you as a customer I ask about price matching got a huge run around I ask about a product they told me to wait until they were done with what they would doing in to my surprise that was stocking a shelf I did not wait I left went to a competitor who does price match in actually treated me like a customer listen to what I said talk to me about the product that was interested in made me feel good about spending money could not get that from tractor supply sadly I may find a new place to shop when looking for products that they have I will give them a second chance but I will not go out of my way to go there,,, ,24 May 2022 on my way home I just needed a $3 retaining pin for my tractor he did not see the price for it and the book asked if I would go get the SKU number I told him no so instead of calling for help to get the SKU number he started taking care of other customers just left me in the dark standing there when they opened a second cash register I went to it and they did not want to take care of me because I had nothing in my hands although without trying to buy was sitting on the counter beside him not a good place

It's what you expect from Tractor Supply. Lots of support items to run a mini Farm or take care of your pets and cowboy needs. They have tools and supplies and feed for just about every domestic animal you can think of. The new manager is friendly and the staff is nice and helpful.Will go there again.

Very helpful! We had an emergency tire situation on a trailer we were hauling. It was a late Saturday afternoon, and they were tbe only place open for miles! Had a great selection of tires. Don't know what we would have done without them!

The store team was really helpful. I ordered an item from the online store and picked up the item at this store. Store team is good.👍 Beware of ordering items online they triple charged me for the item and said I need to handle it with my bank. Thanks for the letting fix your screw up TSC Online Store. 👎

Tractor Supply Company is a misnomer for this place now. Of course they carry tractor parts & accessories but they have expanded over the years to include pet & livestock feed & accessories, clothing, indoor & outdoor decorations, clothing & seasonal toys. During my last trip there, my daughter called with her order when I was only a few miles away. When I arrived, it was nearly complete & it was a rather large order with things from different parts of the store. Since there were people in line at the checkout, they opened another register, looked up my daughter's rewards card number & called for someone to help me load, since it was pouring rain, without me asking them to do any of it. The man who unloaded was very nice & not upset at all to be outside in such awful weather. I have always gotten wonderful service &, if they don't have what you need in the store, they will help you find it online.

Yes, I was along for the ride and the consultation(ha ha). I looked for quality, heavy, durable, ladies jeans for myself. I had gotten a pair her years back (3+/-). I believe they were Schmidt's. TSC no longer carries ladies jeans. There were three, four, maybe five pairs leftovers maybe on clearance. I wasn't sure if the sizes present would work for me, so when my friend was finished with his transaction, I left with him. I did not look around much past the right hand corner as one enters the store, so I can't evaluate much more. They did have the larger boot scraper. I'm not sure if they were quite as friendly as in the past.

Clean and organized store. Had a good selection of styles and sizes in women's steel toed boots. I found some that worked out great, and the staff was friendly.

Our farm needed feed but my husband was unable to go with me to lift the bags, so I called ahead and told them what I needed and when I would be in. When I arrived the cart with my feed was sitting at the check out of. They then loaded the bags in the back of our truck. Thank you so much.

Rude management and extremely poor customer service.Taking our business elsewhere.Its ashame that this store is so mismanaged.Its a convenient location for our ranch but to be treated poorly it's worth the extra drive to go anyplace else.

I needed some 3/8 inch hex bolts, nuts and washers 2 take care of a repair project I was working on. I checked on line prices for one of the "big stores " since I had to stop there and return some unneeded items. I t would have cost me over ten bucks for what I needed. So, I drove the few extra miles to go to TSC picked out the bolts, nuts and washers that I needed from they're bulk bins. Final cost of the items I needed at TSC 1.58 plus tax, in and out and back of my car in less than 5 minutes.

I visit this place at least twice maybe more a week usually have everything I need little higher priced but the convenience is worth it I buy all my chicken feed and my pig feed here at tractor supply

Called the bg store looking for a Particular part, I was told they had it in stock, drove 15 miles to the store , got there and was told they did not have it and never did , I explained the situation and got a snotty " sorry" . no one there knows anything about inventory or customer service
