I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Frobose and the staff here at Town and Country.After our family GSD experienced some lameness this spring I was concerned that given her age it could be any number of horrible degenerative conditions.T&C got us in as new patients due to a cancellation of a previous appointment. Now our doggo is up to date on her shots and received an X-ray to confirm a diagnosis of osteoarthritis in her hips.We were advised on all treatments and outcomes before any decisions were made.We've chosen to try an injectable treatment that will help alleviate the pain and allow for our pup to have the best possible senior years.We will return for continuing treatment of all future pets and fair animals.Thank you!

I just want to say, the lady who works at the front desk is so sweet. I enjoyed speaking with her.So I got my rabbit spayed. They didn't tell me to not feed her 12 hours before spay. I thought no biggie accidents happen. But they took her and did her spay. Brought her out and sent her home with absolutely no pain medication. I thought it was weird but also didn't want to question a vet at their job. My rabbit started to pee on herself and I called to mention that and then ask how to clean her up. Who ever answered the phone said to bathe her in dawn dish soap.. absolutely not. Bunnies can not get bathed like a dog, as it takes a long time for their fur to dry and can cause health issues. Their skin is also very thin and sensitive. I called another vet who specializes in exotics to ask some questions and they said she should have been sent home with something to help make her more comfortable, and to not bathe her with dawn dish soap. Also, the vet at town and country picked my rabbit up by her ears and then proceeded to poke and pinch at the incision where she was cut open hours earlier. Bunnies shouldn't be picked up by their ears, as it's painful and stressful to them. Maybe it was an off day for them, but why my bunny had to deal with it, idk. But I will not be taking her back.

Took my rabbit there to get neutered, sweet staff, took good care of him. Only complaint is pricing on the sheet they give you for microchip, blood work, and laser light therapy were incorrect, ended up getting charged 10 dollars more on each individual one then I had originally expected.Pam (i belive is her name)was super sweet and was willing to give helpful advice/input about rabbits. Thank you again!

I first came here with our female cat, 9 years old, for her rabies shot. We are new to the area. Our cat has always been a tough customer at the vet. She won’t even come out of the carrier and boy is she scary when she does. Which can be embarrassing. But T&C were such professionals. Even offered fantastic advice that we had never gotten in all our visits to other vets.This made all the difference when my cat got sick from kidney issues. I really felt like she was in loving hands. I also felt like I was in good hands. As any pet owner knows, conversations about what decisions you might have to make are very hard. Dr. Vicki did an excellent job in managing my expectations while also answering all my questions so that I felt that I was doing everything I could for my best pal.And in our case, everything Town and Country did for our cat worked. She made a speedy recovery. And I couldn’t be more grateful. I hope to have many more years with her, despite her poor social skills. But when the day comes, I would feel comfortable having that day with these fine folks.

My dog hurt his hip and they made time to see him even though it was time for them to close their doors and go home. They were so professional to figure out what was going on with my dog. I had received a reminder for my cat’s vaccine shot. I received this reminder in the middle of the quarantine summer of 2020. On top of the quarantine, I had just been laid off from my job. I finally found a new job and when I had recuperated what I had lost from being laid off, I scheduled her appointment. When I got in to the clinic, they immediately started shaming me for not bringing her in when they sent the reminder (remember during COVID lockdown). I told them my situation but they didn’t seem to care. I will be finding a new vet. I really liked this place before but I will not be shamed for going through a rough patch during COVID. I am a diligent pet parent and my cat is healthier than most other cats her age.
