i called a week before to get my 150 pound Shepard and smaller dog in to get nails done, we always have the Shepard muzzled and both large dogs have the pokey collar. we were told they need doctor records and brought. we needed to take the RV to get both dogs there. we were told when we got there that they could not see the Shepard because of his muzzle and that they would not even take them back if they had the pokey collar, BIG WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! they should of said this before we got there knowing we had big dogs , then i asked to use the phone to see if my vet could get him in who was accouple blocks away , SHE SAID NO , REALLY !!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE , Stupid policy's that put everyone in danger!!! and they would not let us come back to help, they don't know our dogs, we are going to continue going to Farm and Fleet they are great

The groomer was very nice and great with my dogs. She may need a little more experience to deliver precision grooming, but overall I was satisfied. The online scheduling was simple. The fact that for some reason the app "wasn't compatible with my device" but I could only get the first time grooming customer discount through the app was disappointing. No one at the store could help me, and one of the women who was called up to the register was quite flippant and dismissive of my situation. I didn't appreciate that attitude, but hey, at least Petco got their money, right? The only saving grace here was the groomer, Tamiyrah, whose sweet and patient demeanor with me and my dogs is what will keep me returning.

Alayna was our groomer who gave our dog Grizzly his bathing services. She was very knowledgeable and helpful since this was Grizzly's first ever visit to the groomers. We will definitely come back when he needs another visit!

The groomer was so good with Maggie. She absolutely hates getting her nails trimmed. Groomer kept her calm n talked to her during the trim. I can't recall her name, but she did an excellent job.

The groomer worked on our two dogs, a beagle and a miniature schnauzer. . Our beagle hates getting his nails cut. Our mini was a mess full of burs -- this was his first post Covid grooming. Both dogs looked great and had their nails nice and trim. Ivan, our groomer is good with handling the nervous dogs -- he's a dog whisperer!
