Our goto for chicken supplies [and live chicks]Staff is always busy doing something, yet always manages to be there when customers need assistance.Probably some of the more pleasant staff out of the 3 stores I frequent.[Which, I can say, keep up the good work on chick cleanliness and care in all of your stores.]I have never lost a chick from FF&H. Now, the other guys; not mentioning names. But it's TSC. I have only gotten chick's from them twice in my adult life and lost a few every time. So have stuck with FFH for all my needs from dog food to livestock needs.[Pictured is most of our flock enjoying free-range. And Niles our jake, one out of two turkeys and 8 chicks we picked up so far this year.]

What are clean nice store very similar to something like tractor supply reasonable prices large variety of different products you can get your dog supplies cat supplies chicken duck supplies horse the list goes on Lot of great outdoor idea things here ranging from fire pits to grills to smokers by your outdoor shrubs Lawn Mowers, Kayaks log splitters fruit trees if you in the area must stop by to see, the one disadvantage that happens sometimes not every time that I'm there is that their check processing machine will not recognize my bank issue checks and it pisses me off

It's a hidden gem. Better than THE Tractor place. I miss having a tack and general store for my animals. I miss feed and supply stores like we have down in Texas.

I've been buying feed here for years. Today I asked the manager if they had any hay in stock yet. He very rudely said no, they didn't sell hay. I asked if this was a new policy because I'd bought it here in the past and the sign out front said they did. Again, very rudely, he stated that they didn't sell it and they never had has long as he'd been working here.I'll be looking for a new feed supplier

Came into this store yesterday to buy some gifts for family and the customer service was AMAZING! Way better than any other store I’ve shopped at. My cashier, Sydney really made the atmosphere friendly, warm and welcoming. Will be here again

Friendly staff.They had the tube for my tire up on one of the higher shelves. An employee asked if I needed assistance not 30 seconds after I headed towards the customer service desk. A+They brought over a ladder and I had my tube and was on my way several minutes later.Thank you for the prompt service!

Very cool store first time I've ever been there and they have a great selection of Dog Food and everything you could basically think of for outdoors around your house or farm. Good prices and friendly workers who seem to truly care about their jobs. Definitely will be back and hope to see more stores popping up in different areas. A lot of specials so keep an eye open for all the specials and discounts they are offering.

I bought a sprayer pump here that turned out to be complete junk. Failed after only about 4 hours of run time. They had no interest whatsoever in helping me with this problem. The manager refused to talk to me. I ended up buying a replacement on Amazon, because the customer service is better. Sad. I would prefer to do business with local stores whenever possible, but it's hard when they won't back the products they sell at all.

They completely stopped carrying feed my kids used on their projects, they are never stocked for anything you need unless it’s pet food. The employees wouldn’t hold birds over for me then turned around and held birds for someone else. It’s a shame because it used to be a good store.

They offer a variety of supplies for both domestic and farm animals and their prices are reasonable on most items. Generally, their sale prices are very good. A few of the stuff were very nice and attentive but several simply ignored me as I was walking up and down row after row to find something only to discover that they temporarily quit carrying it. Overall it was clean and we'll organized.

I tend to shop here for all of my pet needs for my dogs. With strong chicken allergies, I have to thoroughly read labels to avoid any chicken meal, or chicken fat additives, which most dog foods have to hold the shape of the kibble together. Because a wide variety of foods are offered here, I never walk away empty handed. I've also found great holiday gifts here for my farmer friends. I've also made numerous purchases that meet my gardening needs. It always proves to be a good shopping experience.

I love the small town feel of this store and we live closer to the Oregon store but choose to come here. Matt the manager at BG location is the BEST and has helped us tremendously assisting us with lawn machinery. We only go to this store because of Matt. He is a rare gem these days and truly wants to help your needs. Thanks Matt!

Great place. Way better than TSC I think. Good staff, helpful. Decent enough prices. I like that they put on little events. You can bring your dog into the store. My lab likes to scare the rabbits. They have a good tool selection and this place is just run better than TSC, much cleaner and better organized.
