I hope I'm not saying the wrong name, I think the manager I'm speaking of name is Eric, please forgive me if I'm wrong. I would like to give more stars but only allowed 5. The manager went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday. Time got ahead of us and I waited till the last minute to order a cake the day before her party and shortly before acmes closing time. I called and talked to the manager on 4/5/24 and he helped pick out the design and color of the cake. Because I couldn't see what I ordered because it was over the phone, I was quite nervous today when I picked the cake up. To my surprise, he did not disappoint and the cake turned out beautiful 😍!!!!! He made our day perfect!!!! (Who wants to have a Birthday party without cake..) I will be forever greatful and now a loyal customer. Not to mention the great customer service given.That alone is hard to find.Thanks once again,for making great memories in a world full of let downs!!!!

Great grocery store for all your needs. Friendly staff and very clean. Bathrooms we're clean and easily located inside. The selection of bulk and organic foods were nice. The beer and wine selection was very large with lots of local brands available. Overall, a great place to shop.

On a Saturday at 11:00 a.m., several areas were empty and still needed to be stocked. Many of the shelves needed to have inventory pulled forward. It's almost like there wasn't enough staff. Not to mention, two check out lines open and there were four to six customers in each line. I went to this Acme because I thought it would be better in Cuyahoga Falls but I was wrong. I will say that the staff that I did see were very nice and the store was clean.

Like the store in general, but the cashiers & CSR leave a lot to be desired. You need to check to see if all your products make it in the bag. I had to come back the next day to get an item that was left out and, and obviously wasn't very happy about that huge inconvenience, so I didn't say anything to the CSR, but I heard a sarcastic "you're welcome " as I left. I know it's tough to get good help these days, I guess going forward, I will be using self check out and will make sure I get all my items. I believe the Portage Lakes store still actually puts your bags in your cart and they are much more courteous too.

The Acme in green has awesome selection of fresh greens at decent prices. The rest of the groceries however. I will only buy if it’s on sale. Prices are a little out of my range.

Wow I just bought a no thrills old fashion Acme branded pies and I have to say that is the worst excuse for an apple I've tasted in my 60 years on this planet. A hostess snack Apple Pies puts this to shame. Just go to Gardner Pie if you want a real pie.I also thought I would try your sushi and you should just stop trying, because after one piece I threw the whole thing out. I am going across the street to Giant Eagle.

Very clean and well kept, exceptional choices for a generic grocery store.Had a lot of excess choices I wouldn't expect or need from a generic grocery store, and hid the regular fare behind several aisles and displays of overpriced goods, which received the brunt of the "fluff" treatment.Everything was a little extra pricey compared to what I'm used to.

I typically like Acme. Deli was spotless with 2 friendly staff members. Check out with Lori was efficient and she agreed that 6 days til expiration was worth checking with the manager on a vegie dip I wanted. The manager Mike was a different story.... Remember to check expiration dates on products. I came in special for Marzetti Lite Dill Dip. Todays date is March 11. It expires on March 17. Typically you have 3 months. Mike refused to discount the product or check for added product in the back. Mike was not concerned if he lost my business and when I stated that I didn't think his responce was fair and that as consumers we have more power these days to post on social media. He invited me to go right ahead, and bid me to have a nice day. With so much competition why shop here? An inexperienced manager made a poor call today. I wont return. Its the principle!

The shelves were neat and well stocked. The associates were friendly and helpful. Very short wait at register. Self checkouts were available. There were plenty of registers with a live cashier and grocery bagger to check customers out. Which I greatly appreciate. They were friendly and efficient. They also assisted in loading the groceries into my car.

Held a bridal shower in the community room. The price is right (free), you just have to call the store and check for availability. Just be prepared to do some cleaning before your event. The floor needed swept and the tables needed a good scrubbing. Remember, you get what you pay for. The location was perfect and easy to get into and out of.

I'm so grateful to the manager and employees for being there for us shoppers on Xmas Eve until 6 pm. Special thanks for keeping your Google business hours accurate, especially on a holiday. The store was closing in 20 minutes but my cashier Chase was pleasant and courteous. I even forgot something and he turned his light off for just a minute so I could run and grab it. It's little gestures like these that make this busy and rushed world a better place.

Ran in for a few sale items. Disappointed to see expiration date on many of the items were less than 6-8months. Watermelon did not ring up with correct price and needed assistance at self checkout.(day 5 of sale and this shouldn't be happening) Employee was super friendly and kind when she came over to change it to the sale price

Pros: They sell Pav's ice cream from next door in the frozen section, which is awesome. The store is nice and clean, in an upscale area, and definitely doesn't serve the "Walmart" crowd.Cons: You pay for the experience of not being amongst the "Walmart " crowd; the prices are ever so slightly higher to shop here for regular items. You also need their (free) membership card to use the self checkouts. Minor inconvenience.

I go to ACME because they have more products I use on sale. I’ve noticed this new ad that now has some limits on items or must buy certain amounts. I have shopped there many years and this hasn’t been the case. I have quit going to stores for those reasons, limits on items. The sales get people in and then the majority buys more than just the sale items. That’s the case with me.

Just had to stop in and grab the mother-in-law some root beer so we weren't there very long but it's always a clean store staff are always very courteous and helpful and you always see everybody's work and nobody's ever lean in if you can lean you can clean and they do clean it's a very clean store
