Walked in to the store eager to spend money and zero greeting or interaction, walked further back and employees were sitting in a room chatting away. A girl finally came out and walked right past us 🙄we looked at a lot of stuff that had no price tags. Needless to say super disappointing first impression. Do you want business or are you doing so well you can afford to completely blow off customers who came willing to buy your products??. Very confused by this approach to “custom service”. No need to go back. They weren’t on Yelp or I would have definitely posted there too.

Great group! I switched over to Granville Milling just over a year ago because my other feed store kept running out of feed and wasn’t mixing my grains. Granville Milling worked with me on getting the right amount of feed to save me money and gave me the mix of grains my animals needed. This group is wonderful and if you ever see a review that is bad... I know this group did everything they could to make it right. People nowadays want to write a bad review any second they don’t get an arm and a leg from a business. This group is phenomenal and I would recommend them above any other milling or feed store in Ohio.

We walked down from W Broadway. They have the boots I wanted last winter! I'll probably need a pair this winter so I'll be back for some.Today we found some things that we "couldn't" live without (i.e. wife found something).Polite and friendly service makes me look forward to a return visit.

Always a fun place to visit, even if you don't have livestock. The shop area has a lot of unique and quality items wonderful for gifting. Staff is always helpful and attentive.

I ordered grain and they told me multiple times they would contact me when it came in & it should be less than a week. Stopped in a week later grain still wasn't there. They said it will be a couple more days. Never received a phone call. Went the following week and they transfer the grain to another store. Ridiculous.

the Granville mill is the best! the employees are the epitome of the small town spirit - always helpful and kind. my family has purchased our horse and dog food here for years and intend to continue forever
