I have been to this establishment a handful of times for the same doggo pictured here. Kenobi is a Pomksy and he has very thick hair that gets really rough to deal with when his winter coat starts falling out in the spring. I paid $140 to have him fully groomed, his paws groomed and $40 for an undercoat service. I managed to COMB all of this off him right after his appointment. You could clearly see on his rear where the fur was starting to come out and clump up with his regular fur, but it was not brushed out or taken care of at all. He’s very soft and smells wonderful, but I paid quite a bit for professional services only to have to complete the task on my own at home. The comb I used was $10 on Amazon and I’m certain they’d have it at a full service grooming facility, so I’m not sure why he was delivered in this state. We likely won’t be back considering the cost of this, which is a bummer because I really loved getting him pampered here and had hoped to make it a monthly treat for him. You can see the hair that came out was clumped together and came out very easily with the comb, so I don’t feel there was a valid reason not to do it (or if he had been misbehaving, to not do it and not charge for the service).

Love, love love.so do my pets.I brought Milo and Bently in this week. 1/2/24. As always, the cut was great, they are so soft and smelled great.Benny had an anal gland issue which the groomer expressed. He is so comfortable and relaxed now! They did a better job than the vet! I have 2 90+ pound dogs. Bath and Biscuits is a God-send. Their shampoos and such smell great and the lifted bathing and fruit areas save my back!!

My dog loves doggie daycare. The employees are the friendliest and genuinely care for the dogs. I would recommend it to anyone. It's fun to see the daycare dogs pics from the day posted on facebook.

Bath & Biscuit is amazing. I live in Florida now and came back for thanksgiving and Gracie needed a grooming. I called them and they took her right in. We have never had a bad experience here. Such caring and knowledgeable people. Thank you so much for taking her in so quickly. ❤️❤️

We have used Bath & Biscuits three times now. We are very happy with our dogs styles for paying a luxury price! Max is our poodle that has been coming to them since we moved into the area & Harper our 12 week old Aussie had a great 1st grooming visit. She has mastered the sit and stay yet but I can promise you she looks great! Thank you again for your service! ❤️🐾

Great doggy daycare and boarding. We have been taking our dog there for almost 3 years, since he was a puppy. It is his favorite place and he looks forward to his weekly playtime.

Took my dog Loki for his very first haircut he is seven months old. I let the owner know that this was his first time getting a haircut. The owner was very nice and personable. When I went to go pick up my dog the person who groom my dog didn't barely say two words to me, didn't give me a review on how my dog did, I paid extra to have his nails done and they were just cut not filed their extremely sharp. After getting them home and defluffing a little he had marks where possible clipper guard came off and his face cut was choppy. Part of his belly was trimmed Revealing one bald ball. The part that made me mad was the no update from the groomer.

We had been taking our dogs here for around 2 years. Most expensive place in the county by at least $20. I always tipped well on top. I go in for my scheduled appointment they tell me they are slammed. They say they will get to my dog when they can. I sympathize, and say I am not in any hurry, and this is all I need to get done today. I get a nasty phone call later as soon as my dog is done from some blonde girl that works there. That my dog needs to be picked up now, or I will get billed for boarding. I live 10 minutes away, and it never took me more than 10 minutes to come get my dog. I had 0 issue finding someone else to groom. I had never been rude, or disrespectful to anyone that worked here.

I give this place 0 stars! Horrible experience. They had my dog from 12pm and I didn’t get him until 5pm. Then they charge you $70 for a haircut. I originally had an appointment for 2pm. They called me and asked if I could bring him in at Noon. I said sure. The lady originally estimated 2-3 hours. 4 o’clock came around and I decided to stop by and see if he was ready yet and they haven’t even started him. But my dog needed a haircut so they called me at 4:46 saying he’s ready so I get there and pick him up. The place is hot, my dog was kept in a cage the whole time. And this is how they give me him with his tail cut. Defiantly not happy and will not be returning to this place. They knew the size of dog he is based on the online form you fill out. They know what size of dogs are before him.

They did an absolutely amazing job with my fur babies. It was great to find them as a lot of dog groomers do not want to groom Alaskan malamutes, and they did a fantastic job. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you so much team!

My Ragdoll Cat and I had a great first experience today. He was matted and needed a shave. They took great care of him and did a nice job. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have tried a couple other places before with not as great an experience. I am so happy to have found this place and we will definitely be back.

I have been taking my dog to bath and biscuits to be groomed for a few years now. When I first started taking him, they were charging me around $60 something for his full groom and then have been increasing the price every time I’ve gone since then. The time before this most recent was $100 and then this most recent time I went it jumped to $150. He is a 35 pound dog. When I asked for a price break down about why I was being charged so much I was told my dog was being difficult while receiving his groom, rolling around on the ground and apparently biting the groomer. I have had my dog since he was a puppy, he is now 3 1/2, I’ve never once witnessed him being aggressive with a person or any animal for that matter. He’s gotten his nails cut, received shots ect. I’ve given him baths, brushed him, used the blow dryer on him, even trimmed him up at home on my own and none of these things trigger him. I can see him being anxious while receiving his groom without me there but for him to apparently be aggressive towards another human, I just don’t believe I’m being told the full truth about what happened behind closed doors. Like I said I have been taking him there for years and if this apparently has been an issue no one has ever addressed it to me in the past. Also they told me that he takes too long to groom and in the amount of time it took to groom him they could have done 3 small dogs. My dog is medium sized dog, I’ve always been told it would take 1-2 hours to have him groomed. I received a text he was ready after an hour and 30 minutes. I don’t believe this is an extra amount of time to groom a dog of his size but apparently this length of time was an inconvenience to the staff.

I took my cat to get a Thera-Clean Microbubble salon visit. He absolutely loved it!!! I didn't know if he would like being in water, but he absolutely enjoyed it. He even fell asleep while being bathed!!! His fur feels so different now. It feels so soft and silky. I'll definitely recommend it if you want to treat your cat to a great salon experience.

We had a great experience with Bath & Biscuits. I’ll start off by saying- we were visiting family from out of town with our newborn- so things were a little chaotic. While we had extra help, we thought it would be a perfect time to have our 100lb St. Berdoodle groomed. I of course booked the wrong service (mom brain), and being out of town, did not have time to reschedule. The owner was soo kind and generously offered to squeeze him in, even though what we had originally booked would not have taken half as long. He was done much quicker than our usual groomers and looked amazing!! He even received an adorable bandana. We were very impressed and will be looking to coordinate another grooming the next time we are in town!

First time taking my dog to do the self wash service. Comes with a free nail trimming service which is why I decided to go. Left with a cute dog biscuit and a new toy 10/10 recommend! 🍉

Bath & Biscuits always does excellent work on my dogs! I have a husky mix and a blood hound/ Great Pyrenees mix and they always walk out looking and smelling fantastic! Sometimes they even get their nails painted :) Wonderful and caring staff who all show my dogs lots of love!

They were friendly & treated our dog like he was their own. We provided his previous groomer’s cutting instructions, he was bathed & cut perfectly! During an uncertain time and with various workarounds, there was no doubt a quality experience would still be had. I was not disappointed. Daisy is super soft and glowing! Today was my first experience with B&B. I have an English Cream Golden Doodle. They did a wonderful job with him. They went above and beyond for us! I took him to a different place before that is also a kennel -as they did a fine job on his groom -the 100 other dogs barking stressed my dog out (and me a little). It was nice to walk in to this cute place and not be stressed out. Thank you!
