I transferred prescriptions here and had a good experience with the pharmacy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a perfect experience but far better than my previous pharmacy.

They have an entire stock of milk in the dairy section but none stocked on the shelf. When I used to work for Kroger you were not allowed to let the dairy section be under stocked

First thing, it's Goshen Kroger... not a Marketplace or super store! Employees are usually friendly and Lyle that works in the meat department ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help out the customers. This store doesn't have the wide range of different products but the products they do carry are always in stock. It's fast, convenient and I'll continue to give them my business. Plus they are one of the few stores that carry Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce!! Can't find that at Walmart.

Went to the store at 9:20pm on 3/17/24. Doors were locked. They are suppose to be open until 10pm. Very disappointing.

This location is old and it shows. Small, out dated and has a sour smell throughout. Only has about 80 parking spaces and a third of them are reserved. Not to mention the half a dozen cart racks taking up another 10% of the already limited parking spots. 2pm on a weekday and I had to carry 4 gallons of milk another hundred yards just to get to my car. Now I know why there was only 15-20 cars there.

This is my favorite Kroger! They aresomewhat limited in odd food but not like you'd think from a small location. The store is always clean, stocked and organized. The produce is beautiful and there is always someone working in there to answer questions. The meat department always has a great person behind the counter to assist. I love the cook in a bag salmon and the person bagging it up is always friendly and nice to talk to. It seems there is always someone in the dairy department to talk to also. They almost always have everything on my list and are willing to help me find it! The girls at the floral desk are super sweet too, when I buy clearance flowers they have helped me pick things that go well together. The checkouts are fast, they open more when the line gets a little long! My favorite cashier is Ruth, she is so sweet! I have also been helped to my car when I had too many carts to push myself by a friendly bagger. Great service!

Avoid ordering pickup from this location. They neglected to notify me of a delay until I arrived at the scheduled time. I was told they would call later in the day when it was ready. After receiving no call, I called back an hour before closing to find out it was ready. After picking my order up, I discovered many missing items I was charged for. I was told I would receive a call the next day when my missing items could be picked up. No call; not surprised. Called back to request a refund for the missing items. Was told I needed to come to the store to get money back for items they never gave me. I understand stuff happens, but please communicate to avoid turning one inconvenience into three. I'm not returning for the $10 they owe me. I consider it money well spent to avoid this location in the future.

The store is ok when the shelves are stocked but my complaint is the website and the phone recordings. The website says they’re open until 1, the phone recording says 11, I get there at 9:58 and while I was walking down the pet isle, an employee was yelling at me because the store was closed. They need to make up their minds and get all sources of information on the same page. Meijer is open until 12, I’ll drive the few extra miles.

Wouldn't adjust price of a product I had a digital coupon for. App was down so it wouldn't load to my card. Told sometimes it takes 45 minutes to load to my kroger card. Isn't true at all because why offer to add them in store if it takes that long. Unknowledgeable staff and no sense of customer service just sorry I can't help you and I'll pass it along to someone.

It's very difficult to locate items when the hanging aisle signs are not correct.Employees are still not familiar with the store's new layout. I spent twice the amount of time in the store just looking for items. Tiring and aggravating.I saw SO MANY customers AND employees with blank stares on their faces! It's from not being able to find needed products. Customers are asking customers if they know where items are located. I've been asked several times on my past two shopping trips. I was unable to complete my list because items were not on shelves or completely out of stock.I've been a customer at the store since it was a Thriftway! That's a long time.Most of the employees know me and I know them, which is good.Please ask the management to walk around the store and offer assistance to customers. It would have a direct impact on the elderly customers! Too many were walking through the store in a TIRED DAZE. Believe me, I was exhausted when I was finished shopping. I'm happy I don't need to shop for a couple weeks!Thank you.

This store is awful and that’s why I try to stay away from it and make the drive to the Milford store on 28. I got two things of bacon and they rang up wrong and I received $3 back in which I should’ve received $8 according to customer service but yet the assistant manager Josh said no that $3 is what I should’ve received so him not even knowing policy is a shame because the staff then can’t do right. The customer service was a nightmare already and the kids they’ve working there don’t want to be there. Please Krogers get this store some training.

This Kroger store was far from desirable. They run on a skeleton crew. Had to wait forever at the deli and the girl taking my order looked and acted like she wanted to be there less than me.

I would have put a 0 but there isn't 1Before today I would have said 5 Star plusToday a Head Cashier named Nick loaded my 123 Rewards card.I had to tell him to SCAN the back for my Rewards.And he kinda like made a quirk like whatever Then I ask him to load another card and WOW he wasn't liking this ,so he hurried up and my card he said would load that the card needed replaced.I said no the card is Fine you didn't clear your screen.He said well that I would have to call card customer service I said no I will go to another register and he said Quote Good Luck.Well I had no Problem at all loading my card with another cashier.I told Manager Jan about it and she apologized.I will no longer have this employee do any of my transactions againThank You

They should just shut down this location. Kroger "fresh" is rare at this locationm, if it's even in stock. Customer service is nonexistent. I'll travel a few miles down the road to shop from now on.

Shelves well stocked, produce and meat departments well kept with plenty fresh Produce and meat on display. Poor staff supervision, teenage associates gathering in one area. Several teens socializing by the cash register I was checking out, needless to say the cashier made mistake on my bill. Going to the customer service another teen with pierced lip talking on the phone had no idea how to handle the mistake they made on my bill. Took forever to resolve a simple mistake they had made and I think she was expecting me to. Apologies for taking her time. In short, give yourself plenty time if you're shopping in this Kroger. The management needs to supervise closely, and train the teenage associates to be more customers friendly.

Last night after spending my time shoppingI go to register only to find only self checkout is available. I had a cart FULL. I left my items and left the store. This is Not fair to your customers. I Wil not do self checkout with multiple items.. You need to always have a cashier available

My young cashier (female), was quite angry and a bit rude. For the amount of people that shop here the store is quite small and selection is limited even with the shelves being empty. The area is expanding and your company needs to keep up with the growth of the community. Expanded produce would be nice.

Every time I've been in Kroger I've noticed excellent service, Laura has simply had one negative experience with the place so she'll write a terrible review? That disgusts me. I on the other hand are a average shopper at Kroger and have seen nothing but pure satisfaction from the other shoppers around me. The Employees are finely dressed and I must say quite nifty. I hope to apply their and successfully earn the job. I would love to work their, there are allot of my fellow towns people that are currently working their and I would love to endure in a crew position here in a few weeks. Thank you for the satisfaction and low prices Kroger keep it real!!

I went in to buy baby food today. When I got home I noticed that the rice cakes and the cereal bars were out of date by two months which I had already gave her that evening for supper. Then I started looking and 3 more items were out of date. All different items. Of all items in the store to make sure were date checked I would assume baby food would be at the top of the list. Very disappointing and luckily they were only two months out so I assume my little one should be ok.

Today you lost me and my sons business I was to stop by the bathroom before I shopped. The ladies bathroom said close so the men's bathroom says unisex so I knocked because I didn't feel right just going in so I peek in there's a man stand there I don't go in and he doesn't come out . People watch your kids the door doesn't lock.

I was shopping here the other night, I am also employed at a Kroger store in a different town. There was a woman in the bakery that was VERY rude to me. I tried to basically just ask her how her night was going seeing as she was there after close. I wanted to make her smile and she wanted nothing to do with the conversation I was attemtping to have with her. She said things like "Okay? What about it?" "Okay and?". I was very disappointed and just walked away.. I tried to let my disappointment be known to the lady working the self checkout but she seemed to care less about it as well. I wont be returning there.

ALWAYS out of creamer, sale items and constant empty shelves.I drive 3 extra miles to a different Kroger's whose shelves are constantly full and always have what I need.Very disappointing.
