Can't ever find an employee and that at all of them now! Put in self scans that don't accept cash so you can't even use them but no employees to cash you out! I refuse to use you scan! The prices don't ring up right and have to have an employee change it to the right price! Sad part is it's every dollar general store I've been in and in any state I've gone to! Horrible store!

It was close to where I was staying then and they always have great markdowns. Employees are friendly, but they don't really have knowledge about the stores adds or where products are located. (Not their fault) Corporate should make a better effort or maybe just an effort to train their employees. Other than that it's a good store to shop and save money at.

This was a new Dollar General to me . It was very nice much bigger than ours, this store was well stocked, aisles were clear so you could go up and down them. Each aisle was marked, I was trying to get item off top shelf actually had store employee ask me if she could help me. I was impressed. Every item I went for they had in stock. I will definitely go back. Big difference than the Dollar General close to me.

This is a bigger store than others. They seem to have a lot more product too. I will say when I go in the store seems a little 'cluttered' with L carts of inventory to put on the shelves but the aisles and shelves always seem clean and organized. Usually only one person in the store, sometimes two. I like stopping at this one.

Don't do a pickup order here. I scheduled it hours ago and when it came to time of pickup, the order still was not ready. Still had the "Received" status. Tried to call them like their site says and they don't answer. Just let it ring.

I absolutely love this store. I’m a little biased because I worked here for a little bit, however I know all of the workers there are so friendly and helpful. It was kind of a competition to see who could get the best reviews and the most stars so while I worked there we tried our hardest to show the best customer service (without annoying you) this is also one of the cleanest dollar generals I’ve been it. I still drive a lot further down the road to this location instead of the one ply a mile away.

This new dollar general is a really nice place they put in some work to make it look this good and to top it off it is not very far from my house which is a real good thing cause its every day may be two or three times a day we are making trips here they have all kind of stuff and very cheap there food selection is awesome they have what ever you like to eat and it is at a very low price so you can fill your stomach up for cheap and if you go thirsty they have you covered there also they have just about every kinda pop you could like to drink and they have juice so if pop is not your cup of tea then you have a good selection of juice but don't forget that they also have tea from unsweetened to extra extra sweet tea which is my favorite the sweeter the better and then they have the energy drinks which I also like them a lot got great price on one liters I like that a lot also they can sell you a cell phone with a cheap plan and they have pretty good phone selection so you can pick your favorite they have all kinds of batteries for what ever you have that needs batteries and they have toys for the kids you can have them jump rope or blowing bubbles or playing with hot wheels the choice is unlimited here so that is why I like this store!!!!

Dollar General was a great shopping experience. I'd never been before. And Dollar General offers more everyday essentials then the average everything's a dollar stores do. Cute holiday ideas as well.

Pretty sure most dollar generals are the same but this particular location I like a little more than the others in the area it's very relaxed the staff is very welcoming and professional the store is clean but it's almost like a home town corner store the way you're treated here like a friend more than just another customer.

Clean store. Not very well organized. One employee was exceptionally rude. We were waiting at the counter to check out. Didn't say a word or anything and she came out of the break room and said "oh I'm coming, I'm coming, you needy people." This was not said in a joking manner. The store had only been open for a few days. I believe her name was Shelby.

Worst customer service manager very rude blonde. I've been in customer service and I have never seen a manger so rude in my life. Blonde lady absolutely rude. Continue to run her mouth to other customers after she kicked my husband out after he waited in line 20minutes . I had a friend go in right after and heard her. She needs fired and I will be contacting higher management

I recently visited the store, and I was very unimpressed by the way the older blonde lady was treating the young man employee when arriving at work on 4/4/19. At 6pm. First of all I waited at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes before the lady even came back from smoking a cigarette ( you could smell it on her) . The boy employee who was showing up for work, came into three people waiting in line, no one was around and she was gone and nowhere to be seen. The young boy Didn’t know what to do so he took us three customers down to the open register to check us out. As he was in the middle of Trying to scan my items the rude lady came back and said to him “ what are you doing?” You can’t do that on that register without a code or something. Then tells the boys “ no no cancel that out and have them move back down to my register. The boy was saying sorry and he didn’t know what else to do because she was not at the counter. She rudely told him “ it’s okay” in a nasty voice! The boy seemed up set and so was I . I left that store thinking I should of stood up for that poor boy who was trying to get us customers checked out as fast as he could. I wanted to cry for the poor boy , it very sad to see a employee talk to another employee like that for the customers point of view. Thanks you for your time, and I hope you have a talk to her or something to apologize to that young man .Thanks!

I went to this store and found ALL the items that the Newtonsville store refuses to keep in stock. My items were LG retractable leashes, half and half, and a loaf of butternut bread. Can't understand why Newtonsville store has problems. I'm not going there anymore, it's not worth my time. MGMT is nice, but terrible at ordering stock.

The best DG I've experienced. Yes it's cluttered but why should that be a bother. Currently they are closed, all the DGs near Goshen OH are closed. Does anyone know why?

Since the opening of the store closer to Goshen this one has gone down hill.. dirty, boxes everywhere, can't fit thru the Isle with a cart. Employees are nice tho

Very nice. Decently clean. Prices match kroger/Wal-Mart and shelves were stocked unlike Wal-Mart. Good selection and employees are nice.

What a dump floor looked like it had never been swept, merchandise lying on the floor. Restock carts every where blocking aisles, yet some kid just standing behind the counter playing games on his phone.

Great. Only complaint is evening times you will stand in line awhile. Dont know if they need more evening help or what. But by far the cleanest dollar general I've been to.

It's okay here but I prefer the Dollar tree only because they got products that are actually a dollar. But if you go to Dollar general expect to bring more than a dollar. Like 2l at the Dollar tree are actually a dollar but only a few are at Dollar general.

If I could give zero stars I would... Whoever you have running this store now is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I SHOULDN'T have to walk in ur stock room to get someone to ring me out and not to mention the two stuck up girls that were working got an attitude with me even though I had to go get them to ring me out!!!!!!
