Food wasn’t the greatest… this is all I got in my chicken strip basket. My boyfriend got a large onion ring which looks like a small pictured. Stuff was great other than they are very stressed due to being short staffed.

DQ Glouster never misses the mark. My usual order is a chicken strip basket. The gravy cup is almost always so full that if I move one muscle in the wrong direction, I will spill the savory goodness everywhere. The chicken is ALWAYS piping hot and very obviously freshly fried. And the toast is "buttered" from edge to edge (it's definitely not real butter, but that's to be expected). The service is always great too.

Great staff, super friendly, great food. We have been going pretty much daily for lunch so I can say for certain that it's a consistently good place, never have any complaints. I've went during the day and in the evening and you get the same great service any time of day.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly, this was actually the first place I ever took my little one to dine in a while ago and it was amazing. Nice high chairs, great booths, very comfortable.

The Best! I am was born in Nelsonville and my parents were from Glouster. My parents Harold Williams ( Dink ) and Carolyn Sue Price Williams are buried there in Maplewood Cemetery and my grandparents Blanche Rose Clark Price and Lawrence Price. My fathers parents are buried in Hollister Cemetery Dallas Williams and Stella Roberts Williams. I go to Glouster often and I always stop at DQ for Ice Cream. There staff is always so friendly and exceptional service.

Quick drive thru even with a line. Got all of our orders correct. Friendly staff. This is a Grill N Chill location so they have food as well as the ice cream. Kids liked their kids meals a lot.

The food was pretty good this round, the hot dog the kid got wasn't even green because that's how I remember their hotdogs being when I was a kid. Not this time. The burger I got was missing a slice of cheese but I soposse you'll have that from time to time. The fry's could have been a little more crispy but seems like if you want crispy fry's you have to cook them yourself, at home. All and all it was a nice stop and we got our bellies full...Thanks DQ...

The staff was very friendly and kind. They have no problem giving you lots of extra sauce of your choice. They also are very fast and getting an order out I got a 6-piece chicken tender basket with fries toast and drink and I had it super quick. And of course the food was very very good although, I would say they should cook the fries a bit longer some of them were a little soggy but the other half was crisp so you really can't complain that much overall great experience and clean restaurant clean bathrooms.

This is a well run dairy queen with fast and friendly service. Easy stop alone US 13. If you are traveling through the area it is a great place to stop by for a break. Really good on a hot day too!Parking: Easy parking and can also enjoy take out in the city park across the street

Great food! Very friendly employees. It was pretty busy, asked for extra toast in place of French fries. Didn't happen but it was all good. I understand every business is under staffed right now. GREAT EMPLOYEES!

Aside from the occasional rude employees that I seem to run into every so often (which I’m deducting one star for that), the food is always quick and delicious. Presentation is definitely to my liking. Now if they could hire friendlier people that don’t stand around on their phones or point fingers at people and talk about them, I’ll gladly give this restaurant five stars.

A good place to go to locally if your looking for something fast and good tasting, the staff on both shifts at times have issues remembering to wear gloves after handling money, but is usually friendly. The prices are a little steep possibly corporate's force of hand on this local business. The food is almost always of high quality however, and they have a good rate of order accuracy.

Me and my wife like to ride down there on the motorcycle taking back roads the whole way from our place in laurelville down through Logan out 93 through new straitsville. It's always a nice relaxing ride on the motorcycle with the curvy back highways that there's not a lot of traffic on. We usually notice a couple of other motorcycles but not too many. I'm surprised there's not a lot more motorcycles taking these routes because it is a nice relaxing ride. Going there and getting a ice cream cone or something to eat is just an excuse for the ride it's just a destination to ride to and turn around and ride back. The prices are getting quite a bit higher. Since we weren't really that hungry we got a chicken tenders basket which comes with french fries and split it and that is how I definitely got reminded that I do not like their ranch sauce. It tastes about like mushroom soup out of the can instead of good ranch dressing! We split the chicken tenders split the fries and it comes with a drink so we kind of split the drink and got a shake to split while going down the road on the motorcycle. If you're out looking for a place to go riding the roads down in here definitely offer a nice place to cruise on the bike but be careful of any back roads because of gravel as well as objects on the road and dead animals on the road! I had to dodge data animals chunks of firewood laying in the road pieces of bark that must have fell off of a logging truck and quite a bit of gravel and dust at intersections. Other than that this review is probably more about taking a nice ride on the motorcycle than it is dairy Queen! If the prices keep going up we will just eat less or cruise on down further and find a little home cooking restaurant or something to take a break in from our ride! I used to live in the area. Go make up your own mind!

Dairy Queen isn't like McDonalds and I wouldn't categorize it as a fast food restaurant. When you place an order they don't have hamburger patties and chicken ready to go sitting in a warmer. They cook it as it is ordered and I think this is something that some people don't understand. So there is going to be a wait if you order food or the person ahead of you in the drive-thru orders food. Unless they have the food order pull to the side, which they sometimes do. I only know this because it was my first job as a teen. Besides that I have never had any issues here, they get my orders correct the first time, everything is good and the atmosphere is friendly and clean.

When we arrived a sewer cleaning truck was parked at the entrance The smell was awful. When we went inside the smell inside was the same. The young lady behind the counter indicated that they had had a grease trap back up. Our assessment was that it was a sewer backup and it made it impossible to stay there and order food or eat it.

The fact that the food is redipped into the grease (to make it seem hot and fresh) and served, even after I say I'd be happy to wait on fresh, &r udeness of the staff on special requests (such as a flat lid on a milkshake for a younger child).

Ordered the biscuit and gravy dunkers online. Went to pick it up and was told "we don't have the dunkers anymore". They offered french toast sticks as a replacement which is far from the same thing. They still have biscuits and gravy which is only a dollar more than the dunkers, but they only offered a half order to replace the dunkers which isn't a comparable price. They didn't even put the gravy on the side so I can dunk them. They also forgot my drink.

It's not so much the store's fault as it is DQ corporate, but it seems that nobody at the store knows how to use the app and the app constantly fails to work correctly even when I am standing at the counter with a manager. Why would I use an app that only adds frustration and grief to the process. The free mini blizzard is NOT worth the trouble EVERY time I use the app.
