Did not have a good experience the last time I was here. There was a lady that I have never seen before working and she was not friendly at all! Then I had to take my receipt back in because there were 3 issues with prices. First 2 issues was wrong price and the third was with sale/digital coupon. She tried to tell me that I could not use a digital coupon on DG app with an in store promotion at the same time. I ended up having to take a picture of the clearly stated sale tag. After I proved that you can and showed her price difference in tag and receipt she completely changed her attitude and was as nice as could be. Even commented on how much money I got back from paying the wrong price. First bad experience I have had here though. I like the regular staff I am used to seeing much more.

Have never had a bad experience and the prices vs selection can't be beat. The setup for the checkout reminds me of a gas station instead of a grocery store. I stopped buying groceries there because it feels odd to have a cart full of food and no place to put anything for the ONE cashier to ring it out; meanwhile 10 people are waiting behind you with just a few items. I'm sure that I am NOT the first or only person who feels this way. Family Dollar does the same thing. It just feels like they dont want people to buy more than a few items at a time.

McArthur OH store was out of everything. Even though they were restocking, it was a inconvenience. Most employee s are very nice.

Store is not kept clean. Merchandise left laying on the floor. Customer service representative are busy having personal conversations with each other and seem to be very annoyed when a customer asked for assistance

Slow, slow, slow waiting to cash out. Teller also lied to us saying she was the only one there, then another woman came out of the back, she said, "I thought you were at the bank?". Second lady said she never said she was going and on top of that. IT WAS SUNDAY! Banks aren't even open.
