The Rite Aid located 713 N State St Girard has got to have the worst pharmacy workers. I understand there is a shortage of people everywhere and with the way things are these days a lot of people are short tempered. I used the link sent to me in a text today to prepay for my meds and then all my husband had to do was go thru the drive thru after a long day to pick them up. I got a confirmation text thanking me for using pay and go also that my order was ready to be picked up. Well when my husband got to the drive thru he gave her my info so we got the correct order. She then gave him a total owed but when he told her I had already prepaid and his account had been charged she gave him an attitude. She went and got the pharmacist to handle the situation and once again was told that it didn't go thru but he could pay for it with cash or another card which we didn't have either of. So he said there was nothing further he could do and it was because it was handled by a third party. So now we have to wait for a refund before we can get my meds. I know all about policies I've worked retail but I also know that when the customer is calmly asking questions to the answers you're giving there is no where in any employee handbook that says you turn on that customer as if they did a horrible thing.

This pharmacy is the best one in Champion. They have a great rewards program and fabulous prices. They sell plenty of Champion school gear for sale near the counter. It is all very nice and good quality. The workers there are amazing and super helpful. They are friendly and kind every time you walk in. The bathroom is always clean and smells pleasant. The drive through pharmacy is very quick and you get exactly what you need. The parking is always great here and you never have to walk far to get in. I have gotten pictures printed here and they came out pretty well. It does take quite some time though if you don’t order before hand.

They are always stocked, very clean and no matter which store I go to the staff is always spectacular. They have great products too and different brands to choose from. High quality but not a high price. I love that you get cash back or bonus Rewards it's like Christmas sometimes.

The store has really improved in the customer service area and a s well as the store's aesthetics. very clean and lots of a variety of snacks and household items. The clerk was warm, friendly and polite.

This is my go to store. The staff is amazing and friendly! I love walking through the doors and seeing all of my favorite employees! They deserve a raise for being loyal employees for so long!

This store is in an incredibly convenient location for me but I mostly keep coming back because from checkout to pharmacy associates everyone at this store is kind and helpful. Very nice store all around.

Did a COVID test, first off there is no sign when you arrive: we and the vehicle in front, entered the wrong drive up line. Go to the left lane, against the building. Secondly, what the video states for how to do the test and what the lady told me to do were not the same. The video says swap the nostrils continuously for I think ten seconds. The lady said to swab around twice and hold for 15 seconds. She then counted quickly to 15 which lasted 8 to 10 seconds. Not sure how important those differences are, but one must wonder.

Because of the opioid crisis they will not use common sense and compassion. I am about to take my mother to the ER for the second time today. Would not fill her meds despite having clearance and knowing she is having back surgery in less than a week. Sad and sorry people working there.

Don't go there for covid19 test, test went great.no problem there. But one week later you'll get a text, sorry for the delay ,still no results. They say 2-5days,that a pipe dream. So if you need a negative result to move on with your life, because nobody wants anything to do with ya when you test positive. Find some place else

Wasn’t friendly, didn’t give much explanation. Considering people are sick and easily confused. Did not follow any verification of person. Except verbally. Soon as we done. She was done with us. Get this. You do the test yourself. How do we know you inserted the swab far enough. We went and read the directions. I know we did not do the swirling of swab according to directions. Very disappointed. I have a immune deficiency person in my house. I guess I’ll put this in the GOD ‘s hands.

This is an excellent Rite Aid. It was completely remodeled in 2014 or 2015, can't remember which? The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable too.
