Bought a vape cartridge, can’t get it to hit, Leaf relief in Youngstown Ohio told me they can’t refund or replace and told me to contact Standard Wellness the manufacturer. The only way to contact is online and each time I try to submit I get a notification that the page is voided. What a rip off!

If you're thinking about working here, just don't. Management is extremely unprofessional and will lie to make themselves look better. Can't afford to give raises to the employees that have worked there for a good period of time because they penny pinch. Greenhouse "MAC" is the same strain as the indoor "Alien Star Fighter" so you think you're getting a different strain. They just put a different name on it for marketing which is absurd. Would never recommend to anyone.

I'm kind've on the fence about medical cannabis after I've had my card for two years. It took awhile for me to find a strain that works, for both flower & oil. I've already contacted the company that makes the flower that works for me. Standard makes the oil I've come to rely on. I've heard the reasoning on both sides. I still don't understand why a medical marijuana "patient" can't get what they need. I'm literally looking for alternative ways to deal with my problem. I barely drink, & don't do anything else. When they tell me that they can't keep the same product on the shelf, but come out with new products, I tend to read between the lines. The money that I earmarked for a particular product has now been used for other purposes. Even if they come out with "my" product, I won't be able to purchase it now.

I really like the Standard Wellness products the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don’t like the packaging at all. Too much product and Keif lost in the seams of the bag and product gets smashed easily. Every other product that I’ve come across on the market has a hard container glass or plastic. Changing your packaging would definitely bring you to 5 stars.
