We shop at Kirwen’s every week, mainly for meats and deli. They have a wide selection of convenient foods in their deli. My favorites are the tuna salad, taco salad, and veggie pizza. Friendly service and fair prices.

I work there. I work in a deli, It's family atmosphere and the customers are spectacular. They are patient. The comments with mom and pop the family store and get wonderful customer service and leave knowing they got great srvice.

Id complain that this store is too expensive, but then Id realize that i'm used to city living and this is a small village where it's harder to stock up on goods. The store has a surreal turner classic movie/spaghetti western decor going on and i liked it. Customer Service was commendable and very polite. Only negative but not really a negative due to circumstances is the high prices. Id recommend the butcher and the fresh fruit/vegetables here.

This is one of the best grocery stores around. The have most everything you need at reasonable prices. The best feature of the store is the deli and meat department. There are also good baked goods. The service is fast and friendly it is much better than going to the large chain stores. The bargains here are as good as anywhere.

The greatest family owned store in town. Extremely friendly staff and organized store. The employees are all helpful with small town appeal. Best fresh beef around. Love the deli, so many options. My favorite local store.

Cashier's are always unfriendly. They never say hello or have a nice day or anything. Everything is priced high. The fact that they have decent meat and it's somewhat convenient is the only reason I go in. Better of driving into Fremont if you're buying more then a few emergency items

Good little town market. Quite a wide selection for a town of 2000 people. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some things are a little pricey, but not too high for convenience. They always have a large variety of sales that change weekly. Linked with Great Scott brand items (Our Family brand).

To the folks that complain about "pricing", please note, this is a small town, family grocer. The meats, well they're TOP QUALITY, sourced from actual people like me, that raise our own beef. It's not your sub-par Wally world or Kroger's type that live their lives in feed lots. Nope, ours grows up, knowing a good, well treated, pasture life, and it shows in the taste and overall high quality of the beef.Then there's the deli. WHOOOOOWEEEEEE! THEYVE GOT IT ALL! They make the best salads, dips, spreads, etc. Heck, I spend at least a half hour getting 45 of everything ❣️ I just love the things I will NEVER find at your big city stores. They don't know, and don't care about the recipes......albeit, I could do without seein that gagtastic HEADCHEESE Everytime I'm standing there🤢 but, it's an ole favorite to many, I bet . And that's just it, this ole store of mine, has been in my home town, forever, and they always have what I, you, need. And better yet, it's BEYOND HIGH QUALITY! Because they take care of their "family", just like you do, always wanting the best!Thanks Kirwens, for bringing the best to OUR HOMETOWN ❤️

Unfriendly cashiers. Don't bother wasting your time and if you have wic forget about it. The cashier's will make snide and rude comments to you if you have to use it. Professionalism isn't required for kirwens employees.

I love the store. It's Good down home Americana. They save the locals from having to run into town. The little higher price offsets the gas and time if you had to go to Fremont

For a very small grocery store this place is awesome . And the prices are not bad . Small portions of pre cut fruits and meats are great. Super friendly helpful staff. Deli counter is great with really good deli meats and cheese too.

Pretty regular visits to Kerwens. They pretty well have everything I use and the prices are comparable to most other grocery stores. The deli has a good variety and fresh cut meats. Rotisserie chicken is very good.

Kirwen's is my favorite local grocery store. This is a full service grocery store with fresh fruit and vegetables and meat and deli counter. Store made food is in the case as well as a "to go" quick grab case for foods you want for an on the go lunch or dinner. They have some organic options spread throughout the store.

A friendly home town store. They were open all through the Covid 19 quarantine pandemic, and DID NOT RAISE THEIR PRICES to take advantage of the needs of the townspeople. The meat cost went up marginally, however that was felt across the nation. If their cost goes up, it's good business sense, that the customer cost will go up. There again, it wasn't breaking the bank to get a head. I'll continue to be a patron!

I love Kirwens. They have a wonderful deli section. This includes all different types of sliced meats and chéeses. They also have daily soups and rotessori chicken baked right there. They are very friendly and have excellent service. They also have great sales weekly.

They have a great homemade chicken breast salad!!! I ate it twice a day with club crackers every day while I was in Gibsonburg nursing home.
