I discovered after several phone calls and personal visits that most animal "hospitals " aren't what they claim to be. Georgetown Animal Hospital is the exception. Our cat, Georgie, was wounded, in pain and not eating. None of the others were interested or willing to see her until days later. Georgetown Animal Hospital took her in just a few hours after I called them and treated her. They're caring, professional and informative about her treatment. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks.

Saddened by the lack of support and care this vet office gave to our family dog Remington. We ended up taking him to Batavia animal hospital and they tried to hide their shock that he wasn’t put on prednisone right away. We were able to have the vet appointment, blood work and biopsy in one appointment not three like this vet office wanted. Our dog doesn’t do well in the car and taking him to many appointments is very stressful for him. I hope they do better for others because we have lost some precious time going to this vet office first. To the vet office… feel free to comment on this post and try to explain the last name is Watson if you want to pull your records to learn from this.

Last week I had an issue with Georgetown animal hospital. The doctor called me ask me to bring my dog in so we can fix the problem and and I told her I would and that I apologize for what I had said to the girls if I had yelled at them I apologize I'm sorry I haven't going there for a year-and-a-half ladies doctor and the girls treat her good I was out of line on the posted on made we all get out of hand sometimes it is a good veterinarian hospital the fact that the doctor called me and wanted to fix the problem I appreciate that more than anything and I want to thank her very much I wanted it today and took Laney and got her nails done and it was great and I'm so happy that we got this problem fixed sincerely Linda Laney Phipps

They treated Nugget like part of the family!!! I love that they decided to keep her overnight after getting fixed because I live an hr away and idk what I would've done otherwise. She is healing beautifully!! The scar on her tummy is so clean and done wonderfully!!

So thankful for Georgetown Animal Hospital! We were at Lake Waynoka for the weekend and our pup stumbled upon a yellow jackets nest in the ground and got stung so many times. Within 15 mins he went into anaphylactic shock. We didn’t have any Benadryl on hand and were over an hour from the nearest emergency vet. Georgetown was closest to us and thankfully open on Saturdays. We rushed him there and they took the best care of him. I was a very scared mama, so I’m extremely grateful for the amazing care they gave him. They talked us through everything they were doing, how to take care of him once we got home, and even followed up later in the day/after hours to check on him. Thank you Georgetown Animal Hospital 🙏🏼

The staff is kind and patient with this nervous mom. They showed their skill when they identified a previously unidentified life threatening illness. Dr Gish and staff jumped in with both feet and brought her through it. Roxie and I appreciate them.

I have been taking my puppy River here for her puppy shots. They keep me informed throughout the entire appointment. Very informative about the pros of spaying but did not push the surgery. The tech Journey is so sweet. They gave easy at home solutions to Rivers yeast in her ears. This will 100% be Rivers regular vet. They are the best!

Dr. Gish is amazing! The whole staff there is amazing! I cannot say enough about this group of people!My two German shepherds have been a hand full. If it could happen to a dog, it has happened to mine!Our Hope is currently being treated for IVDD. On February 6 she lost her ability to walk, she is currently walking! And during this process she developed other issues and Dr. Gish handled like a caring professional.Our Halligan had his own issues with a neuter and Dr. Gish handled it. I will never take my dogs anywhere else.You can see that they truly care for the animals. I was there for several hours with Hope and those girls and Dr. Gish were non stop with Hope and the other animals.What a blessing to have a caring, knowledgeable, group of people in our community.I am forever grateful! Thank you!

Moving from another state I was scared that my babies wouldn't getting the same attentive care as they did before but everytime I go there I feel they like they have been taking care of them their whole life. I am sad that we still have to sit in the car and wait. They aways talk about everything they need. They give lower cost options and they don't push anything on you.

Dr chalker is hands down the best, and friendliest veterinarian I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Her bedside manner won us over our first EMERGENCY visit. Her and her team saved my 18 lbs terrier after a 79 lbs pit bull ripped her throat open. They go above and beyond to make every visit a pleasant experience.

Dr. Gish and her team is simply the best we've ever encountered when it comes to pet care!!! We recently moved here and our beloved cat, Max had a run in with our garage door (closed on him due to improper height of the motion sensors). We couldn't find anyone to see him right away (even our own vet in Bethel would not see him). Dr. Gish got him in within the hour to begin treatment.When she couldn't reach us due to a mix up in our phone number, she sent a tech out to our house to get a response. She also called several times (after hours) from her personal cell to check on him after treatment.This is WAY over the top service and shows the level of compassion and commitment to amazing pet care.They now have us as customers for life. Thank you Dr. Gish and Team for taking such good care of our family!!Thanks them, Max is well on his way to a full recovery. :)

Dr. Gish and Dr. Chalker are EXCELLENT, and I trust them completely with my dogs and cats. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. My one single negative comment is that they NEVER run on time. I have been going here for more than a decade, and in all these years of appointments, I have never walked into the exam room with my pet at the actual time of my appointment. Never in 13 years! This is disappointing that they don't think my time is valuable. Once I waited an hour and 10 minutes to be seen but most of the time it is 30-40 minutes after the appointment time. So I highly recommend them for excellent care, but at the same time, be prepared to "wait" in the "waiting room" for a.... very long time.

Pulled in the parking lot, within 2 minutes someone was to the car to take my cats inside! Less than 10 minutes inside, and they were brought back out with their surgery day planned! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable!

Took my dog there that was really really sick they did no blood work no urine nothing just said he had dry eye because his eyes were really swollen this was on Dec. 2nd he gradually kept getting worse and worse so on the 8th they recommended antibiotics that still no help finally went to Bethel Community vet. on Dec. 17th and they did all the test on him but it was to late by then had to rush him to red Bank animal hospital yesterday and had to put him to sleep 😭.I noticed in there respons they say they don't do anything without authorization however never was it told that our dog needed blood work they never ask about a urine or stool sample.They can try to pass the blame to me all they want however it comes down to us loosing a part of the family due to there negligence................

Staff & vet are very nice and helpful. I was looking for a vet with more affordable pricing. This place is about the same as my other vet which is close to my home. I don't particularly care for having to wait outside due to covid.
