Have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. My wife is in need of consistent pharmaceutical services. They continually fail to complete her scripts on time and without notice. Discounts that my wife has in place for her diabetic insulin are misused and makes it very difficult on my wife not Rite Aid. Failure to secure refill authorization from her doctor who they do not get. Not having life saving standard prescriptions available when needed and shorting her prescriptions with out a word about it and then finding out they didn't even have it to complete. My wife's health and wellbeing is so important to me that we will be taking all of scripts elsewhere. Even if I half to drive 50 miles each way everytime I need her scripts filled and knowing that they will be accurate, properly filed and paid for and available when we need them. Good bye Rite Aid.

I really wish there was another pharmacy in Genoa. This not only the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to, but by FAR the slowest. I'm not going to go into all the details of all the issues I've had. It would probably take me as long as it does waiting in their drive through line to explain everything. If you see more than 2 people in the line you're better off just leaving, because you're looking at about an hour wait.

All of the employees that I have met are very helpful and friendly. I am glad that Genoa has a good drug store close by.

I just stopped in really quick to grab soda. Upon arrival, I entered and found the soda. 9$!?! Wow over priced, but 3 for 12. So I said fine, that's a heck of a deal. So I grab my soda and proceeded to the front. I didn't have a reward number at the time, and the gentleman tried to help me get one. Sadly it did not work. This amazing gentleman used his Manger powers to ring up the discount price. They have amazing service thank you so much

The pharmacy is ALWAYS very understaffed and hours are always changing and REALLY BACKLOGGED. STAFF will not tell you that it will take days to fill or lie about not getting a prescription. My kid is on antidepressants and CAN NOT WAIT DAYS! IM TRANSFERRING TO MEIJERS. People's meds are so important so y wouldn't they tell you or doctor that wait time is days on end. Now longer cuz weekend. Do not go there!

I used to have nothing but good things to say about this location, but the lack of personnel in the pharmacy is becoming ridiculous. Currently sitting in the pharmacy drive thru because the counter isn't open, and spent over fifteen minutes watching the line not move. I don't have the spare time to sit in line for an hour, but my hands are tied because I need my medications.

Absolute worst customer service possible! We have been with them for 1 year, now Transferring to cvs. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for 4 days. Pharmacist told me it's not a matter of life or death. (It's a Herniated disc )

I had called the this evening around the store tonight around 8:30 to ask for an item the person that answered the states the manager was out and she was unloan and as he would have the manager call me back. No call so I went to the store the manager was worthless and excepted me to no the sku number! She somehow disappeared and I never saw her again! She was more interested in my coat than what I actually needed! I will definitely go to this store in the morning from now on! Those ladies really know how to help people.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever the staff is extremely rude and they never have your prescriptions done in timely manner. They have also several times given me the wrong prescription will not be using them anymore and strongly suggest you use a different pharmacy
