The manager, Doug, is always very polite and helpful and fun to talk to. He's currently got a good staff of people who are also very personable and polite.Any issues with this store upon which I would comment negatively are due to corporate, so I'm not even going to mention them.The constant beeping from the smoke detector, or whatever it is, is the only complaint I have.

Very nice and helpful employees. Always the best of attitude and direction when you ask them for whatever you are looking for. I appreciate all of the right individuals, or the training of them. Whoever may be doing the hiring here, the others need to be learning from them.

Dollar General is a conundrum. They offer super good deals on many consumer products, and then mislabel their packaging to try to deceive you in the next. Be wary, as a consumer buyer. This is a great place to get laundry detergent and toilet paper, and a horrible place to get food. I gave it four stars because we go here so often for laundry detergent at an unbeatable price. And that’s about all I have to say about that.

Shop here often. Best thing to happen, having this store near the lake instead of going uptown. Good prices and sales. It's good for the tourists when they start coming to GOTL!

Not a bad store, 4 star because never had problem with staff they are always nice, products are cheap but you get what you.pay for, nice place to go if you need to grab a few things quick

Staff was polite. Only thing that I can see wrong was the store wasn't very clean. In addition all of the staff sits on store merchandise right outside of front door for smoke breaks.

Store is usually clean, staffed with the same people not a store with a high turnover rate, and always have what I'm there for!! Just wish it would get the new D.G. treatment!
