Grissom Mills bread is so unfresh the day you buy it worst bread I ever had just terrible has no taste and it's always stale definitely their brand bread whatever they got sucks and I say again sucks you need to do something about the bread you can't even make good french toast out of it duck food

This is my local Save-A-Lot that I do most of my food shopping. For a few weeks, they did not have any of the staples like milk or meat because I was told by a store associate that one of the higher-ups was beefing with suppliers, causing an artificial shortage on those items. Also they're always advertising that they're hiring, but what they're paying is a joke. And then one in the front doors broke down so we had to manually push it open to get into the store. Definitely not the best location, but the closest source of the basics for me.

It's a good store but we found all the open freezers to create quite the cold environment in the store. I was fine wearing a coat as normal. My mother was a bit chilled though lol

This store is always clean. Even when they are stocking or anything inside, the employees are very friendly and helpful. Great store!

I used to do all of my grocery shopping at the Streetsboro store, until it was closed in April 2021. I'm getting used to the Garrettsville store now, as I have been there a few times. I really like that they keep a few items in stock, that could only be had at Streetsboro every once in a while. Other than this, the store is clean, the employees are helpful & nice & it's a great place to shop for groceries.

Just had a horrible experience today. I walked in and grabbed basket planning on only buying a few items. Well ofcourse I bought more than I planned..I went up to the register and the cashier angi was working i heard stories about how rude she was from multiple people but I just thought maybe she just had bad days..but I learned today what they were talking about..I put my groceries on the belt and went to put the basket away trying to be helpful to her and she screamed at me saying miss I need that basket!!! I'm thinking they were cleaning them again so i asked oh do you need to clean it? She said no I'm using it and I'm like oh can I use the cart because my basket was over flowing and she said YOU COME WITH A BASKET YOU LEAVE WITH A BASKET so loud and rude customers were looking and staring it was embarrassing..I called the manager and told her what happened. I use to work at this save alot years ago and I couldn't imagine acting that way.

I love that place, their employees are extra nice and very polite. Thier prices are good and they are close to home.!! I feel more then welcome when I shop there.

It's alright not alot of name brand to choose from and overall limited was gonna get bananas with my groceries but they were all overly ripe customer service there was adequate.

I didn't really get much my friends mom needed to go but they have a pretty large selection of stuff for really good prices. The store was real clean and organized.

John in the Meat Department did a great job meeting the high demand for the steaks that were on sale. People were waiting in line. He was extremely professional and efficient.

What you need at great prices. The meat is always good and the employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. A clean and tidy establishment is what every small town needs. Bravo.

This save a lot by far the best grocery store around. Every employee is so helpful and friendly. Will not go anywhere else unless absolutely have to.

There is a white haired lady who works in the morning. Every time come to the register she starts talking to her co-workers. I have to wait for her to end her conversation. It happens every single time I come in and she is working. I'm starting to think she does it on purpose.

It's ok. It's not great but they have good prices on certain items and the store is clean. Watch the produce. It wasn't as good as I hoped it was.

Not a friendly staff. Only one that spoke was a gentleman named Norm. He offered me help the cashier's laughed when I ask about cases of water. Then didn't bwant to go and back and get. (Rude)

Prices are great, and basic stuff is available. Don't look for exotic items. You'll have to go elsewhere for those.
