Short version:They tried over charging me by about $250, and when I complained they decided to only over charge me by about $60 instead. Total rip off, never coming back here, and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this pharmacy!Full story:After finding out the wrong insurance was billed for my prescription I called Rite Aid to have it billed to my new insurance company and they tried to charge me $280 for a prescription that I found online for $39!When we complained they were able to get it down to $90, which was still ridiculous, but I had already opened and used the prescribed cream and didn’t have the option of buying it elsewhere at that point.Now I keep getting texts from them that my refill is ready (like I would come back), and it says that my copay is only $28.66 for this prescription!!Also just a side note: The ladies at the front of the store working the register are always super nice, the 1 star is in no way a reflection of them and their performance. This is strictly about the pharmacy.

1 hour ago I would have given this location a 4 or 5 star rating but I received a text on the 10th that my prescription was ready and when I went too pick it up tonight (17th) I was told that it had been too long so they would have to refill my refill. All of the other times it took me to long they would send a reminder text with a date telling me how much longer it would be ready (usually around 14 days not 7). That didn't happen they could have at least me know it was no longer available or sent me a reminder text as they have every other time. I just wasted my time and gas because they couldn't do something so simple as sending a text

Love this place all employees have always been exceptional. The only reason I did not give it five stars is on prescription medication’s you need to find any discounts yourself and let them know at time of order. My last prescription location would find them for you at check-out.

Horrible the pharmacist could careless about you. I asked her a question she didn't even care to walk away from her computer for a second she's very rude. It's sad because I'm going through something horrible on my skin she couldn't even help I just left with the same subscription that's not helping. Thank you for making me feel more alone.

Bought Squirt Guns for my Kittens for Training.. mostly because they were 50-60% off. I help a friend's mom who's 78 years old & figured it'd be more fun with the squirt Guns 😂. She's actually afraid to shoot them even tho it's water typical Grandma lol 🤷‍♀️ Like to spoil, not big on discipline bc they'll be mad at her lol it's adorable actually 💙

The worst ONLINE photo department I have ever dealt with! I send photos through out the country to all of my relatives regularly. Who ever created Rite Aid's website should be ashamed. Before I can create an account to keep track of my photos, I HAVE to apply for a wellness card??? After asking for my SENSITIVE INFORMATION it did not even process my order. I attempted this twice. Then I uploaded 50 photos. ALL 3 TIMES the website crashed! This also happened a few months ago when I attempted to send a calendar. My relatives have an account with RITE AID in Garrettsville which they are locked out of. They are unable to retrieve their password through an email address. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Such a shame because the staff is so nice :(

Be very careful when filling your prescriptions at this pharmacy. Check their prices!! I am a senior citizen and as all Medicare seniors know, money is tight on a fixed budget. I filled a 30 day prescription at this pharmacy for the generic drug Atorvastatin (which is a generic for Lipitor). They charged me $128.34! I have since discovered the exact same drug is available at any Walmart Pharmacy for UNDER $10 (for a 30 day supply).
