All 3 of my current dogs are Geauga Mama Dogs and Pups alumns. Wow did this group do an amazing job getting my pups healthy and properly socialized and ready for a family! They take excellent care of all the dogs and pups they help and some of them come in so very sick and/or scared. It’s absolutely amazing how this big group of volunteers open their homes to these puppies to get them out of bad situations and into loving fur-ever homes!

Geauga Mama is doing great work! Keeping puppies for a short stay until they are ready to go to adoption shelters. They play a really important role in giving dogs good lives!

Just celebrated our one year gottacha day with our sweet boy Milo!!! He has been such a great addition to our family! So thankful for this organization and all of the volunteers! My daughter and I have plans to foster in the summers when she is a little older. Milo is the handsome boy on the left!!

I have had my eyes out for a dog for a while. I have been a cat person for the last twenty years since I put Ozzie down. Frequently I would search locally for a dog. I saw Ali's post on Nextdoor, her description and picture of Brody sold me. I couldn't be happier with Geauga Mama Dogs and Pups, Ali his foster mom and the man himself Brody. He and the cat are learning to live together. Life is good, adopt!

Jennifer Klock is awesome foster parent and great to work with,we adopted two puppy’s from her and they are great,the first puppy and now a 2year old dog maverick just brings joy to the house and just this year sully a 7 month old just keeps this house going and both dog are always happy to see us and others,thank you,and for Jennifer and time I called her was always very helpful and caring thank you again for helping.rated a+ with everything

Apparently couldn't not prove myself worthy of a puppy through your organization. I'm happy for anyone that has successfully been able to adopt from here. Will look else where to find a family dog to live with our family. I'm most definitely a adopt not shop person and organization like this make that difficult which leads people to places where they can just spend hundreds and add another dog to the system when it doesn't work out. Make sure you have every single record if you tell them you have or had a dog.

This rescue made my adoption 5 year ago as easy as my adoption recently with a new addition to our family. They seem to work really hard with the shelters and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this rescue.

I have volunteered for this rescue for 3 years. I have never encountered a group of people who are more dedicated and who work so well together. Animal rescue is grueling work and everyone in this rescue gives their all every day to save as many pregnant mama dogs and puppies as possible and to ensure that they go to loving forever homes.

Such a lovely rescue & foster group! Made up entirely of volunteers, I’m not sure how they manage to coordinate our-of-state rescues, recruit fosters, post on social media — basically just handle the whole organization. It’s incredible. I’ve been fostering with them over a year and it was super easy to get started. They’re based all over NEO and super helpful. 10/10 !!!

Sweet fosters and even sweeter pups! You can feel confident you're getting well loved and cared for puppies. I think it's best to check out their Facebook page to see available doggos and get instructions on how to contact if interested. They're a great non-profit in the community and and awesome opportunity to adopt not shop!

I've fostered for Geauga Moms and pups for seven years. I've fostered 180 animals, mostly pregnant dogs and their puppies and numerous puppies. Ohio is very fortunate to have this excellent volunteer group. Such excellence and experience !!.

I have been a foster for this group for over 5 years. This group is made up of volunteers that will go above and beyond for ANY animal in need, especially mom dogs and their puppies by opening their homes as we do not have a physical location. These mama dogs and pups are discarded, abandonded or owner surrender and frequently in very poor health. Each Mama dog foster focuses on making sure she has a safe place to deliver and raise their babies for the first 6-7 weeks as well as addressing any medical concerns, socialization and vaccinations. Every puppy foster works to address and health issues, socialize and vaccinate each puppy to get the ready for adoption through one of our partner APL's. The need is never-ending. Since I started fostering, the number of Mama dogs and puppies almost doubles each and every year. I am so very thankful for the dedication, love, support and commitment to the four foots that wouldn't have a chance otherwise. ❤️ 🐾❤️. We can't save them all but we sure will try!

We have adopted 2 pups from this group ( through APL in Lorain) and could not be happier. The fosters work tirelessly to save as many Mamas and puppies that would not have had a chance- Our puppies were well socialized and used to being in a home setting so a win win for us!

Was told I was getting a puppy around 6 months old. Quite and sweet. Got her home, she's wild. Take her to my vet and she's 1 1/2 years old with many medical issues, and not all of her required shots. I'm 71 and just wanted another dog to love after I lost my 16 year old. I've spent a fortune and she's still pretty wild. So disappointing that a rescue place would lie about such things. And only can return without refund
