So much I can say about the staff there. They have gotten us through letting three of our Boxers cross The Rainbow Bridge. Our four year old Elsie, twelve year old Ratchet and two year old Gru. All of them left us because of health issues. Our puppies were with the staff from birth to passing. They're the most personal and compassionate people. Our puppies were their puppies.Thank-you to everyone for being our care takers of our puppies. We still have Webster for you to keep in good health.

Everyone was really nice. I didn't go in, due to COVID, but they informed me of everything they did and my kittens seem to be happy! Looking forward to many years with this Vets office!! Update after 2 years: still love this vet. The doctor knows my cats and their repeated issues. Visits are quick, and my cars definitely appreciate that.

they are great when you pay them for the vaccine for life. But forget an emergency! They tell call hotline don't really care about your dog! Don't ever trust your loved one to them! I am so disappointed I lost one baby because of them and then they didn't even care about my other baby

There was an emergency with my dog Oliver a couple weeks ago, and they are closer to me than any emergency vet, I brought him there and they helped calm him and make sure he was stable enough for the journey. Oliver had the surgery at the emergency vet in Copley but in his recovery began having complications to the point where it was more humane to let him cross the rainbow bridge. I just received the most touching poem and card from their staff, it was signed by so many people from their staff you could tell that they truly care about the animals they treat. My family vet sent me a card as well, but it was not nearly as heartfelt as the words from the wonderful staff at Garrettsville Animal Hospital. Thank you so much for your kind words and compassion.

The staff is professional, the place is as clean as any major human hospital. The doctor is amazing (and I am not easily amazed) and has an innate understanding of other species. And her compassion is without equal.

We love Dr. Marcia and the staff. They know who we are, and they pet and talk to my dogs when we walk in. Toby (80 lbs Boxador) and Chy (5 lbs Chiuauah) happily walk through that door. Dr. Marcia takes her time, listens and is pro active. They follow up with calls and when Toby was diagnosed with diabetes they would take my calls and help me patiently. So caring and just great! ❤

Was able to work us in on a Saturday when we had an injured feral cat that needed immediate attention. Unfortunately the best treatment was euthanasia (broken pelvis). They were very kind to us and the poor kitty.

I brought a stray I found in Hope's of getting him an exam so I could bring him home and everyone was so friendly, even tho I was a walk in. Got me in fast and treated my Cat like they would their own pet. Great place. Clean too
