Honestly how hard is it to mix a blizzard? I got the new peanut butter cookie dough party and over 3/4s was just vanilla ice cream….its like they dumped the toppings on top and sent it…and there was long blonde hair in my chicken strips. Cold on top of it like its been sitting. I keep giving this place chances and its for nothing. Im now done coming here….this is ridiculous that every single time this store messes up some part of my order….every single time without fail….i spent $22 on 2 blizzards and chicken strips…the food is ice cold and the blizzard was so far from what is advertised….

FILTHY. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. To start off we waited in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes for 2 blizzards. By the time we got our blizzards they were half melted. I took mine home to eat later and when I got to the last couple bites I found that there was a nickel in the bottom of my cup. Not only is this filthy, but I could’ve swallowed it. I called the manager the next day and explained what happened. She first asked if I had proof that this happened. She essentially called me a liar and said I would have to bring in the nickel, the blizzard cup and my receipt so they could check the security cameras because there’s no way that this could’ve happened. If I did all of this then “potentially” I could get a free blizzard. She wasn’t apologetic whatsoever. I will never come back to this location. Disgusting.

We waited 15 mins before getting helped while 3 employees sat outside gossiping an smoking right by the door ,all females. Once placing our order the tenders was over cooked an fries was cold and we had to ask where are food was cuz again we waited 17 mins before we got it. The people working inside was worried bout the 1 person in drive thru.. as we was leaving the woman was still on there now 45 minute smoke break and once inside no one washed there hands or anything so gross. This is terrible untop of the place being dirty a mess. As someone who's been in hospitality management 20 years this is a awful disgrace and we are out over $40 because there was no point to trying to get help fixing it when we couldn't get proper help to begin with.

Worst root beer float I've ever had. Completely flat soda with way too much foam. I was denied a refund as well.Also, stop serving the ice cream before the hot food. Ice cream takes seconds to prepare, and the hot food can take several minutes. I've been coming here for 30 years and the standards have dropped significantly. It's like no one cares anymore.

I was so disgusted with everything. The young man waiting on me was wearing a filthy dirty tshirt that looked like he hadn’t washed it in weeks The girl putting on my blizzard lid had dirty hands and fingernails. They slapped the lids on and ice cream was everywhere. They never wiped off the sides. Then when I got home to take my blizzards out of the holder there were ants crawling all over the drink carrier! Everything about the experience was gross! Disgusting 🤮

Food is usually wrong or missing items. In the summer, the ice cream machines run out of ice cream🤦‍♂️. This establishment really needs to look into updating the equipment. Everyone is polite for the most part. The food is very inconsistent, some days it's really good other days it's not even warm. Not as good as it used to be. The tables are usually very dirty.

Watch your receipts!!! I went for a large milkshake and iced water at Garrettsville Dairy Queen and the young woman that took my order said that will be $8.39...I said my shake is only $5.39...it is an extra $2.99 for your ice water...I was very upset because I'm not usually charged for ice water...and they said management added the $2.99 for ice water...I said I don't want the ice water and I won't be back...they gave me free ice water and didn't charge me but how many people get charged for ice water but order so many meals and drinks they don't notice they are being charged for ice water...I think that upper management needs to put that ice water is $2.99 on their menu...buyer beware!!!

Very disappointed. Went through the drive thru around 7pm. Ordered a banana split, peanut butter parfait and 2 puppy cups. The banana split was with chocolate ice cream and the pbp was chocolate ice cream, peanut butter sauce added and peacans added. Got up to the window and both the bs and pbf were wrong. Sat there at the window for at least 15 minutes for them to remake it. Told them again what I wanted. The pbf had no peacans and no peanut butter sauce. Hardly any hot fudge sauce. I go out of my way to go there because usually I get what I ordered. They even tried to give me the wrong order. I started to go in and have them fix it yet again, but didn't have the time to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix it. Not impressed and wasted money because I ended up throwing it away.

I ordered the 4 piece Chicken Strip basket and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The chicken strips were dry and tasted as if they had been reheated. The 18 small fries that I got were beyond disgusting. They, too, tasted and looked as if they had been reheated. The bread was not toasted and was inedible. This has always been my favorite meal at DQ. The prices have gone up but the quality has gone way down. The meal cost me $6.69 but was a big waste of money. Never again will I purchase anything from this location! I received a reply as have others. Same reply but no offer to refund or replace the food that was ordered. Very poor way to run a business.

The food and service was good. They were so busy on Saturday because of the garage sale, but everything was fast and hot. I was there both days. One day I went inside and the next I went through the drive thru. The first day the girl was waiting on me was nice friendly and fast even though I knew she was tired. The next day I went through the drive thru and it was so fast and the food was perfect. The people are all great and both days the manager that was there Rochelle or Rachel I don’t remember exactly was really great!

Decided to pick up a late supper here. Got to the drive-thru at 8:40. No problem, they are open 'till 9:00. There were about 6-7 vehicles ahead of me. Line was very slow and I did not get to the order speaker until a couple minutes before 9:00. I ordered a couple burgers and the lady said, "We're not serving food any more". I explained that I had been in line for 20 minutes and she repeated that they were not serving food any more. I asked to talk to the manager who said "We're not serving food any more". I explained that I had been waiting a long time and she relented and took the order. Food was ready about 2 minutes later and was fine. Not sure what the problem is with the drive through, but they need to do something about it, It has been terribly slow the last few times I have been there.

Don’t waste your time!I mobile ordered a couple blizzards and got to the menu only to find that the ice-cream machine was broken and they could not service any ice-cream. The absolute worst and dairy Queen I ever went to. I've never been so disrespected and so in humiliated in my life. I go to all kinds of dairy Queens I do all kinds of reviews. This place gave me five drinks and a four cup holder and it's built all over my vehicle. So I tell her at the window of a drive-thru I need some napkins and then I asked for very politely why would you put five drinks in a four cup holder she slams a window so I get out of the van and I ask for the phone number for the district manager they refuse to give it to me they threatened to call the police. I have never been so humiliated in my life. Totally totally the absolute worst absolutely worse I have almost 4 million views on all my reviews and this place I will never go again. This is the worst review I've have ever given. I go out six to seven days a week eat and try different restaurants all the time this has been the absolute worst customer service. The manager lied to me telling me that he was the district manager. It was just so just bad all bad I also drive a lot of Amish people and I didn't know a lot of Amish people so I've told a lot of them about this they're going to lose some business and I hope they enjoy it. I would never wish that on anybody but like I said this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.. if I could give them a negative two I would. I definitely called headquarters and reported the whole situation 👀👀🤔🤔😳😳😥😥😔😔 they really need to evaluate who they're talking to. Because just a regular person on the street can be anybody. I hope all my followers never go here 🙏🙌 I pray that they fix this situation and problem and lying about who you are is definitely not a good situation

I felt like there was some confusion/angst among the employees behind the register inside. Nice young man at the register, girl making sundaes not so much. She dribbled a little bit of chocolate syrup on my sundae - everyone knows DQ is always generous with the chocolate syrup - so I asked her nicely if she could put some more on & she did..but not happily. We got the other 3 items we ordered but after standing in front of the counter, I had to ask for the pup cup I ordered. It wasn't busy inside so not sure where the angst was coming from. Didn't seem to be a shortage of workers.

The food was good but the establishment itself was filthy. Windows were dirty. There was trash on the tables. None of the ketsup containers had been filled, most were empty. The staff was courteous but spoke crassly in front of customers. The place was good it just needs cleaned and a filter on some mouths.

I was on my excursion to my humble abode, before I crossed by this establishment. My tribe and I ordered our respective meals, our vibes high, unsuspecting of the doom that lied across our paths. Had we known what would have occurred, we would have rerouted to an alternate watering hole. I, being the sweet tooth of the group, ordered a chocolate chip blizzard, small in size. The place was mass hysteria! I thought I had found myself in Dante’s Inferno, the place was so miserable! After patiently waiting for eons, I had received the blizzard in question. While eating thy blizzard, I enjoyed it, I must admit, until I reached the bottom. Upon reaching the bottom, I had found what some may consider a sexy surprise, and others, a nightmare. What appeared to be a pubic hair was lying on the edge of my spoon! The horror! I immediately raced to the disposal bin and removed the bio hazard. Now, you think I would learn from my mistakes, but alas, I was hungry and (mistakably) hopeful. I returned the following day, and this time ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard, as well as a small fry. Once again, I was with my tribe. We all ordered relatively small meals, and were patient and understanding. 25 minutes later, we had received our respective meals. The fries in question made me sympathize with those stuck in the desert, it was so salty! I am glad this establishment is far from my home, hopefully it and it’s workers will stay far, far away.

This is the last time that I go to this DQ. This has happened numerous times, and I decided to try again, since it had been at least a year since I have been there. It was approximately 6:50PM on a Thursday night, and there were four people in front of me at the drive thru. Obviously, the person at the drive thru window ordered food. They never ask the customer to pull over to the side. I waited almost 15 minutes to get to the window, and then my blizzards were melted. This happens all of the time! The workers don't want to have to go outside to deliver the food, so they just let the person hold up the entire line, and it takes forever to get your food there. There were approximately 12-15 customers behind me, and they were trapped there because you can't get out of line there. I have had enough with this DQ!! This is inexcusable that they let the customers sit trapped in line because they don't want to have to go outside to deliver the food, plus it takes forever to get your food that you order there.

I’d give this place 0 If I could. I waited 35 minutes in line for my food and my burger was wrong. Told the girl she was very nice and they fixed my burger. However it was so old and cold the cheese didn’t even melt it had no flavor. My cheese curds were hard, and my pretzel sticks were so hard I would’ve broken a tooth on them. I thought McDonald’s was the worst fast food in Garrettsville, but no I’ll give that to DQ. My cotton candy blizzard wasn’t even good.
