The staff at Countryside Veterinary are the best. We recently had to have one of our senior dogs put to sleep. This was one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make, but it was the best thing for our dog, as his quality of life was declining.The staff was so empathetic and supportive. They even sent us a sympathy card signed by the entire staff.Thank you for the support and sympathy and all you do for our pet family.

Would recommend! They are very caring and will take the time to find the cause if your pets are not well. They care about them and you and they get you in right at your appointment time. They will also accomodate to add yout to the cancel list, so that if someone cancels you can get an earlier appointment. It doesn't always work out but it's nice that they offer this. Very happy with the care they provide. They recommended Liberla for the arthritis one of my pups has and it has been a game changer for her.

Just went there to get my Jack Russell nails trimmed. 3 months ago it was $18. This time it was $29. My Sadie wasn't even in there 1 minute. When I made the appointment they never even informed me of the $11 Increase

Dr. Tirrell was thorough, competent, and kind. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The practice gave me an appointment the same day I called them, even as a new patient! All of the staff I interacted with were kind and I didn’t wait long at all for service. Overall a great experience!

I called yesterday because my cat badly lost a fight, and they were able to get him in NEXT DAY and for everything they did they only charged me $200. The cat had to undergo anesthesia, get multiple shots, and a whole process for his wounds. I am VERY grateful for this vet, I’ve driven an hour to see them on multiple occasions, and not just for emergencies. They’re always super nice to me and my pets, and they’re always very timely.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I found a lump on my poor kittys face and noticed he had stopped eating. We had called almost 15 vets including our two usuals and were turned away due to them all being booked. This hospital got him in within 2 hours (he wasn’t a current patient) and he was treated and back home with us within another 2! The care was tremendous and the staff was very friendly not to mention fair pricing. I have 10 cats and they will be going nowhere else from now on. I can’t thank this hospital enough.

Service was nice, but they told me my pet with a mass in her belly and what having trouble breathing would be fine with medication instead of being honest with me and telling me that her illness was terminal. I truly believe they just wanted to get money out of me by forcing medication for a terminal illness. I ended up going somewhere else 2 days later and they were honest with me about the severity of her illness and didn’t suggest any medication, they also gave me more information and comfort then Countryside.

Countryside (both Garrettsville and Middlefield) are the only vet offices I trust with any of my pets. Everyone is very responsive and address my pets needs as quickly as possible.Also, huge shout-out to Pam for always being awesome when I call!

Started taking pets to Kinsman and we moved so Garretsville is closer. I must say BOTH places give amazing care to our fur babies and my bearded dragons. Only place I take them now and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a good vet service. I will mention I have an English bulldog with spinabifida and they even see him and are glad to have him in their office!! Great pricing as well and work within the 3 branches of offices to make sure your baby gets seen in the day you call if emergency sickness arises. Thanks to both offices for the great care!!! 👍👍👍😊🐾🐾

So my family had a dog dumped on us by a certain individual about a year ago. While trying to track down the vet records on the dog so we could get her updated and take her to a groomer we found out that the dog had previously been seen at Countryside in Garrettsville. We also found out that the previous owner bounced a check there. When trying to make an appointment for the dog my mother and stepdad were told that the vet couldn't see the dog unless we paid the balance owed by the previous owner. It is a disgusting business practice that the vet would try to stick us with a bill that is not ours. I'd recommend not going to this vet or their Middlefield location either.

It’s getting a little too pricey.. looking for other options for preventative care. They don’t have what’s needed to fully treat sick animals, this may have changed with the new clinic. I hope. One plus, they will price match online heartworm prevention. Sams club pharmacy offers at a super price though.

For the third visit I've waited in the parking lot for over an hour what happened to this business I have noticed waiting with my dog outside that the people inside spend to much time in the front lobby b.s.i with each other these people never came out never called me it's now nine o'clock p.m. bad business glad my dog wasn't seriously hurt but wait they haven't fixed her problem yet!!!!! And never will

Garrettsville location is horrible, they cancel appointments after we show up and also over charge for things that are unneeded by pets. Middlefield is not like this.
