Horrible customer service at the pharmacy drive through. Waited over 10 minutes for the two cars in front of me to conclude their pickups. I finally get to the window and they put up signs that they were closed for lunch. Not saying the pharmacy staff shouldn't have a break, but management needs to find a more efficient way of letting customers know they won't be taken care of due to the break.

The four stars are strictly for the pharmacies customer service. They are so helpful and professional. There are little technical issues and small delays on prescriptions, but I appreciate the level of customer service and help they provide for my health.

Trying to get a flu shot here was a 45 minute process after making an appointment and filling out paperwork online. I had to refill our paper work upon arriving. The pharmacy staff appeared incredibly flustered with 4 people in line. If you’re in need of a vaccination I would not choose this Walgreens. Drive a little further to a different spot.

They treat the customer bad. They have a bad attitude they getting mad from nowhere it’s hard to explain people they work at the pharmacy but the store association is good I don’t recommend anyone go to this pharmacy.

I would give this Walgreens pharmacy a zero stars if I could. I think they need new management or staff there. My sister had her medication sent to them on Monday and usually it only takes a day for the prescription to be ready but nope, a medication that she urgently needs won’t be ready until two more days. It’s not even that but they don’t even answer phone calls and are not available even in person. We have been put on hold for hours on the phone. So my sister decided to drive there only to have no help at all because no one was working! Very disappointed about a pharmacy running like that. Please do better for your customers because waiting more than a day for medication to be ready can cost someone’s life.

We went to pick up our photo prints at this location and the guy told me that since my pictures were professionally taken I had to show him proof that I owned the rights to my owns pictures that I spent $200. Though I found this stupid and ridiculous I went through all my emails (we had them taken in early October) I finally found the receipt that showed we bought the media rights. Even though he could see on my phone that wasn't good enough for him, said they needed a copy! Why do I have to go through a stupid process that is only costing me $10 for 4 pictures? Didn't even walk out with my pictures because I didn't want to hook my phone up to his device, ended up ordering photos paper off Amazon and I'll print my own pictures at home. Walgreens lost my business!

Decided to post a review here for anyone who is thinking of getting at a vaccine at Walgreens. I got my first dose today at this location. The pharmacy staff was so nice and professional. I was nervous since I hate needles but the pharmacist giving vaccines was really nice and made me feel comfortable. I don’t remember her name but she had bangs, shoulder length sandy brown hair and wore glasses. I picked up a few things and Chaz, the store associate that rung me up was great and we even had a quick convo about the day! This is my first time going into this Walgreens since moving to this side of town and I definitely plan to go there more often.

Worst pharmacy. I never leave reviews but this place is so frustrating. No one answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for an hour. So I went to the location and waited in the drive thru just for no one to be there at 4pm where it hasn’t even closed yet. Then went around the drive thru again just for them to tell me it will be ready tomorrow when it was sent to them two days ago. Send ur prescriptions to a different pharmacy to save yourself stress and time!

Getting 3 wisdom teeth pulled at 8am tomorrow. Dropped a couple of prescriptions off at noon today on my way to West Jefferson. Told them i would be back to pickup between 4 and 5pm. Returned at 5pm and was told they only filled 1 because the other was a script for pain medicine that was dated more than 2 weeks ago and they needed to talk to my dentist. Is this a thing? Of course at this point my dentist is closed. Why not call him earlier? Very annoyed I'll have to have my ride to the dentist drive clear out to Galloway tomorrow after these extractions.

So I stopped in here recently and noticed that there were many people who weren't wearing any masks yet they have signs up saying it's required. I said something to the store manager who said to me that they have been told by corporate that they cannot enforce the mask rule in the store. I am confused by that as Walgreens is a health services company. A Pharmacy but also a Urgent Care type of clinic in this location as well. You would think that htye would be enforcing it for the simple fact that they offer health care services but they will not say a thing. Needless to say I am not going back to this location at all as that just seems hypocritical.

I haven’t found 1 nice cashier or manager yet and have been visiting for over a year. The first-order Cashier sees my car with sodas and said I didn’t need bags if my car was close by. I was mad 😡 but said of course I need bags, then went back in and did some bodywash, he told me I could drop those in the bags that he already put my sodas in (which were in my car already). Everyone looks at you with suspiciousness 😒. Only one nice guy, he’s a team leader but I don’t recall his name. I tried to avoid this particular store as much as possible.

Called up there about getting my kids flu shots, they told me pharmacy could do two of them and the little clinic can do the youngest. They never told me over the phone they didn't accept caresource. I offered to pay out of pocket since I was already there, the little clinic lady and the pharmacist told me it would be best if I just call their doctor to make an appointment. I was told by both they don't accept government insurance for flu shots.

This pharmacy used to be so good. They went down hill so much it makes me want switch pharmacy’s. They are slow and don’t care how long you wait! They will walk by you many times without saying anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I bought some hearing aid batteries at the Walgreens in Upper Arlington. I wasn't sure they were the correct batteries, but the cashier said I could return the batteries at any Walgreens if they were the wrong ones. Well, they were the wrong batteries and when I tried to return them to the W Broad St store he said it was against store policy to return batteries sold from other Walgreens because their store might have different items. I checked the shelves and they carry the same exact battery pack. What an inconvenience. I won't be back.

Clean. Staff friendly except one of the pharmacists. He was rude and had zero customer service skills. If he doesn't want to work with people, he should consider a career change. Will be transferring prescriptions. Hope you guys hold some level of accountability for him.

I can't speak for the Pharmacy, but the Manager that took over in 2014 is rude, condescending, arrogant and pretentious. Her tone towards me was cruel and unjust. All I ever did was try to do my job. However, she and several others (not everyone) looked down upon me because my car was repossessed and I was forced to ride a bike to and from work. I NEVER called off and I ALWAYS did my job efficiently.On one specific incident, I was doing as the Asst. Manager instructed me to do (Before she came to that store). When she seen what I was doing, she scolded me like I was a child. Then turned around and did the same thing to items that I was already doing.....Later, when I brought her more items to have processed in the same manner since clearly I was no longer permitted to do it, she belittled me and scoffed at me in front of several co-workers. It was the most embarrassing and hurtful thing I've ever experienced.I hope that one day, you are belittled, shamed and embarrassed just as bad as you did to me, Lisa. You're nothing but a b*tch and you don't deserve your job position.

i went to Walgreens at 5690 W Broad StGalloway, OH 43119 at 2 pm today to pick up my prescriptions i ordered 8 days ago!!! It took them 8 days to refill!!! so there was a woman there at the pharmacy she said sorry we don’t have any one to scan your prescriptions now i was like can u give it to me its ready she said no its not my job come back after 4 hours until some one comes !! what the hell is that!! i left my work to get my prescription that i need asap where’s the workers !!! will i m gonna change the pharmacy to (CVS) i never seen something like that !! In my life!!Why are you open if u can’t help people!!!

The Walgreens pharmacy system is top notch. I get notifications via email, text, or the app letting me know when it's time to refill. All I have to do is respond, and they fill the prescription right away. It's usually ready the same day or the next day at the latest. If there's an issue, the store calls me directly to let me know and to work out any options. The pharmacy staff at this locaton is alway nice and responsive. During heavy traffic times, this location can be difficult to get in and out of.

I miss this Walgreens so much, I had to switch due to them not accepting molena insurance but these guys were prompt and very polite. When I did incounter a problem the pharmist took care of it and offered me a apology I miss u guys so much I used them for over 7 years and almost my whole family were on meds daily and had several different conditions they took alot of the burden off of me so I could focus more on my two disabled children thanks again u r very much appreciated.

The folks at Walgreens seem to be doing better then the CVS down the road, While this location has a pharmacy that closes along the time line of Kroger and other chains, they seem to have a handle on things and the store seems put together right and not an issue

I used to come here a lot and i would come here to get snacks and other things it’s really just a typical wallgreens you come in buy what you want and you should be out but I will say in some other stores the prices are lower

No one at the pharmacy, I arrive to pick up a prescription, they advise not ready! They madee wait 20 minutes to fill this prescription ...I was the only one waiting!!!
