After bad experiences at MedVet Hilliard, decided to take my baby to Norton, a place where they know bunnies better. My bunny, Pema, was cared for like she was their own. Everyone, especially Dr. Logan, made me feel so much more comfortable and she genuinely felt for me. We unfortunately had to put Pema down due to her condition, but Dr. Logan helped me to feel no guilt in the process and helped ease my anxiety. Thank you Dr. Logan and staff for the wonderful care you’ve brought to all your patients, including my beautiful Pema.

I bring my pet rabbits here for general wellness checks. I haven’t had any major health concerns for them, so it has been really straight forward. They are knowledgeable and very sweet towards my rabbits. Vaccines, bloodwork, and/or optional care is not forced on you.

I highly recommend this vet. They are so kind and caring, while also being so professional. It's a judgment free zone, and also educational. I've learned a lot about pet care through Norton's staff. They provide cost estimates before proceeding with care, so you can determine how best to proceed. And every person there is knowledgeable to ensure you have all the information needed to care for your pet. They have helped and advised me through several emergencies, so I always know who to call when my pets need help. Dr. Logan is especially fantastic with rabbits. If you're in the Ohio area, I highly recommend taking rabbits here. The Norton staff truly are the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Very friendly and professional staff. I am always welcomed with a smile and they are very accommodating when I call ahead to make sure the lobby is safe for my dog.When my dog broke a tooth they managed to get me in on very short notice, and even got him booked for a surgery the very next day.I was very happy that Frank didn't have to wait long to get relief from his pain. Highly recommend going here.

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago because my Yorkie caught fleas. Firsts plus to me was when my dogs flea issue was getting worse and needed an urgent visit, they kept me on the lookout and reached back immediately after an earlier opening was available. The Vet and her assistants were nothing but professional, caring, and attentive to my every need even though they were booked and extremely busy. Always making sure we were okay as we waited. During the examinations the vet was gentle and answered ALL of my questions, you can tell they really care about every pet under their care and it was apparent with how they do things. When prescribing treatment they didn’t just give me one expensive options, they gave me multiple choices and went through every pro/con of each treatment with realistic expectations, as opposed to recommending the most expensive choice and a multitude of unnecessary tests. They’re very no nonsense professionals and I respect that. With all that said I’m definitely taking my fur baby here again. If you’re looking for a place that cares and listens to your concerns this is the one.

To start, 10/10- this vet is amazing. This is a very bittersweet post. I began taking my senior pug, Jupiter Jane, to this office a few months ago due to a lingering cough that turned bad pretty quick. Found out she had a collapsed trachea and she was put on medication. She did well, and then she wasn't. She stopped responding to medication and went downhill quickly. This office was amazing with scheduling and responding to inquiries, whether by phone or through their app. We made the decision to transition across the Rainbow Bridge this past Monday. This office was incredible and caring when it came time for our appointment. They gave us plenty of time to be with her before, during and after. Dr. Logan even followed up with us to check on us and reassure that we made the best decision. I don't know if or when I'll get another animal, but I cannot recommend this office enough and will absolutely return to them in the future if I become a pet parent again.

This vet was great a few years ago but has never been the same post-Covid. I’ve brought my dog here for years and they don’t follow-up half the time with test results and it can take weeks to get appointments. They are also bad about switching who you are seeing for no apparent reason. Don’t bother calling with any questions even if you are asking to get something concerning tested. They will just ignore you and always blame it on “staffing.” I’ve got a high maintenance breed so it’s not like I’m only there once a year. Disappointing.

We have been going to Norton Road Vet ( Dr Logan) for 20 years or more. Dr Logan is an excellent veterinarian, who is caring and compassionate about all her furry patients and their human families. The other Dr's, vet techs and the staff are a fabulous group of people!

My daughter's guinea pig which to somewhat of my dismay she wanted but thankfully she got 1 piggy then not longer another and they very quickly became family. Unfortunately bear bear suffered a severe back break and we found norton rd vet. She had to be put down which devastated us. The docs and staff were great very attentive to my daughter and her piggy. We had bear cremated, the box and letters we got were awesome. I highly recommend them complete professional's. We are definitely clients for our other pets

Our furry friends have been going to Norton Road for 10+ years now. Norton has seen many of our animals grow old and help us as some moved on to the next life. We recently lost our dog last year to cancer and they were so compassionate. It's hard hearing bad news, but they were honest with us because their main goal was to ensure they were comfortable at the end of their life.I can't express how grateful we are to have a caring vet so close to home. ❤️

So far so good. Staff has given me differing information, like arrival time for surgery and expectation so maybe some better internal communication on how to address those questions but with the confirmation call the day before it wasn’t a big deal. I’ve never been to a vet that took my dogs out of the room for their vaccinations which I thought was weird but they confirmed with me that it was ok so again not a big deal.

If you really love your pet, take them somewhere else. My sweet boy now rest in heaven after being seen here. They are under qualified and only care about the money. Instead of referring you to a specialist they will tell you they can help your pet. They say to call them back if you need anything but when I called back they said they were fully booked for the day.

The staff here are the most compassionate people I have ever met. They've taken care of all of my pets since I moved to Columbus. Everyone is genuinely happy when we come in and really take the time to get to know us. They are patient with my pets when they're anxious and give lots of treats and cuddles. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my pets

My family LOVES this vet! We have had a couple great experiences with them. We had to have our dog put down unexpectedly. They let us sit with him and did not rush us even though they had closed! Everyone was so kind to us. Then not long after we found a dog in terrible shape that needed alot of care. We named him Buddy. Everyone was so good to us when it came to Buddy as well. Every time we are there we feel so good when we leave. We are so grateful for EVERYTHING they have done and continue to do for our family! We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a vets office that really care about their clients!

This place deserves 10 stars! My family and I had to say bye to our boy Harley. The staff were so kind and they even stayed late too. They are amazing!Soon after that I found Buddy. Buddy was a stray that I found mushroom hunting. When I found him he had no hair on his back half close to 70 or 80 ticks and his toenails were curled up. The way they went above and beyond to make buddy comfortable made me realize that third standards were different than any other hospital. If you're looking for a great animal Hospital to take your fur babies this is the one for you! Best wishes!

Only down side is price, like all vets. The care is amazing. Over $200 to put down my daughter's 4h gerbil. Same price as a small dog. I just don't get it. If you are going to charge by weight, do so by actual weight. Grams vs lbs. Far less meds, area for storage, etc. 😞

It was our first time going there! All the staff were very nice! We took our doggy to get an exam, rabies vaccine and his nails trimmed. All that was $103. I don't think that was to bad!!

We've been going to this Vet for over 8 years and we just love them. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. They're extremely communicative and anytime we've needed follow-up, been very timely. Yesterday's visit to pick up our dogs meds was just a reminder of how sweet and kind everyone is. The place is always extremely clean. And I love that they're open 7 days a week - it really helps when scheduling visits or picking up meds. It is a little pricier on some of the services than say if you went to a mobile pet care or a big chain pet service/vet, but the quality of care we've received has shown that it's worth it.

Staff was very congenial, however, I had a question after I left so I called back the same day, as I was told I could do. A day and a half later and I'm still waiting for a return phone call to answer that question. I also realize that I don't know if the stool sample that I brought in for my dog had any indications of worms, infection, etc. I was in fact charged for the stool sample analysis. I feel they were somewhat expensive especially considering I'm still needing information.

This is quite literally the best veterinary hospital I have ever taken my pets to. The staff are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the fact that they won't force your animals into submitting for something if they are stressed or scared. Norton Road Veterinary Hospital genuinely seems to care for my pets and I don't feel like I'm being treated as a number or being judged while I'm there (which is hard to find anywhere else!). I hope to always be able to bring my pets to them for their care!

If you care about your pet go somewhere else. I've taken my animals here for years and if you call with an issue you get some unhelpful receptionist who says we'll were booked today, you're going to have to go somewhere else. I've spent enough money here to put the vets grandkids through college. I expect better than that.

Been going here for a few years now. Always impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of all the staff, whether in person or over the phone. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Both of my animals feel comfortable being there.

I haven't been there yet, but the person I spoke to was great. She was patient & through when explaining prices. I don't like you don't get a discount when bringing multiple pets 4 annual visits, but the prices seem reasonable. I also love that they have an App & that they're open 7 days a week!
