Chuck was very friendly, happy to help, and all around made me feel valued as a customer. Keep up the good work! The pharmacy, however, needs some work in this area which is why I use a different pharmacy instead.

I have been going to this location to fill my prescriptions for at least 10 years. Never had a problem and they are always polite and I'm polite to them. They do need help answering their telphones but that's the companys fault. I believe many of the issues could be resolved if people could get through. That's assuming they tried to call head..The drive through window has been busted multiple times so why would they open it?They need to hire more people Sometimes that's not always as easy as it sounds.Working with the public is a stressful job not to mention dealing with their medications!The last couple times I was thereI heard and saw crazy customers screaming at The pharmacist and technicians. My daughter was there, and some woman was trying to fight. another woman asking her to go outside,! That store needs security! When you scream at an employee why would they want to help you? Policies are put in place but NOT by the employees. They definitely need security and CVS should provide that.

I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy for over a year and repeatedly have issues with my prescription being filled properly. When I went tonight to pick up, it was again filled incorrectly. When I questioned the technician, she got the pharmacist, Jeff. His response was "I didn't work last night and didn't fill this". When the technician pulled the script and saw it was in fact filled incorrectly, he again said..."I didn't work last night". I then said, there always seems to be problems when I get this filled... He responded "Then don't come here. What can I say". He began arguing with me when I said all I want is for someone to take responsibility for your store". At my request, he then got the store manager, who was extremely helpful as was the technician, who, by the way, was able to correct the prescription and have it filled correctly. I left the store extremely upset and appalled that I was treated with such disrespect as a customer. The pharmacist should certainly not be employed with CVS as his customer service is horrible and does not represent the CVS brand professionally nor ethically.

I LOVE the people at this location! They are happy and friendly. I just adore the girls at the checkout, they are so fun and sweet! They never suggest I go to the auto checkout and we always bond over hair color or nail polish!

This location seems to always have friendly employees, and there's never a line. As long as you know what you're getting, you can be in and out in less than 5 mins!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! The employees are so rude even to other pharmacies. They get mad as soon as you ask a question about your meds. The hang up on you. They are always under staffed and get mad at you for it. Go to any other one. Please save yourself the mental stress

I like going to this CVS to pick up. All my prescriptions always find their pharmacies staff delightful and helpful. Although this location does get very busy, and it has a drive. Thru which is convenient. But when they're which I don't mind. Because I rather go through the drive through the most days.

Never once have I had even a semi-positive experience with the pharmacy. If something is incorrect with my prescription it’s an automatic 2+ hour wait for ANYTHING also accompanied with a nasty attitude. Had my prescriptions sent here for location convenience, but I quickly found out I’d rather drive a distance to get things done properly without a nasty attitude.

I go to this CVS all the time for little things I need in between grocery shopping trips. They always have what I need, and it's always quick.I've also used their pharmacy for myself and my kids for quite a few years. They're usually pretty quick when it comes to filling prescriptions, but they have their days, as does every pharmacy, when they're slammed and things can take a little longer.My only hang-up about the pharmacy, is that when it's time to refill one specific prescription of mine, they won't have it in stock, which will annoy the sh*t out of me! Lol! Sooo I just have to remember to call and have them order it a few days before I run out.

I've worked at a CVS for 5+ years and in pharmacy 10+ years. This place is a hot mess. No idea what corporate is thinking keeping this place open. I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years and today was the last straw, I will no longer be using CVS as a pharmacy. I've NEVER had a positive experience here. The Kroger down the street has better hours and better customer service. CVS's pharmacists are always rude and will talk bad about you when you're literally right in front of them. When you call them, expect to be on hold for 20-30 minutes before even being acknowledged. Again, corporate needs to reevaluate this location.

The staff was very helpful. I thought I had signed up for the Care Pass to get the free $10 & discount off CVS products, but I don't know what I did. The cashier was super patient & walked me through the perks. She even outlined the number I had to call to cancel if I wanted because I was so out of it due to my cold. Great Service!!

I want absolutely nothing to do with this place. The store itself is fine, no issues there. But the Pharmacy is absolute hot garbage. They are slow, lazy, and disrespectful. They could not care less about you as a customer. They are so disorganized and just generally grumpy. Don't waste your time here.

I’m absolutely disappointed in the work of the pharmacy employees. I was trying to pick up the prescript medicine for my child for 4 days. The first day they told me they have to order them, the second day - that the doctor should specify the quantity (which they could tell me about the first day!), the third - I should call the insurance company (I had to go back home and as it found out the insurance had no problem with my prescription. The pharmacy employee had missed some information!). The fourth day I came they told me the lunch time is starting and when I asked to give me the medicine they told me that they will called a security because I have to respect their time! I had to go home and come back again the fifth time!!!! It’s so sad that they don’t respect other’s people time 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Waited for Instant Print 5min for one pic. Asked older blonde lady with glasses how long it usually takes. Said "Depends On How Many Orders Are Ahead". Checks computer & no orders not even mine as I'm holding the receipt. "Try It Again". Another 5min nothing but still get a receipt. Ty to the other employee Fr@ncee for informing me they've been having issues with Instant Print & helping get our order otherwise we'd have waited who knows how long. 5⭐️ for her.

Went to pick up my daughter's prescription and was told it wouldn't be there until after 3 that day, when I went back I was told "oh it'll be here tomorrow". We went back a couple days later and we were told "we don't have that in stock, we have to special order it." Why wasn't it ordered already the first 3 times I asked for it? Also, it's hydrocortisone cream? A very common medication. Thankfully, Kroger pharmacy came through. Just go there instead.

They never have three of my prescriptions in on time even though I call days ahead to prevent this problem. The pharmacist is always polite, but the support staff are anything but supportive. I will definitely not return to this wretched place again.

Well this is something which I really do not want to write but i need to because of the nature of the store. First off If I could give 5 stars the the pharmacist I would be more than happy to do it. She is kind compassionate and knows her stuff and on the hand full of time I have worked with her was very impressed at her can do nature. But its not always her I deal with. In fact the great majority of the time its the techs who answer the phones, check me out and what not. These individuals are the reason for the one star review. They are very rude, condescending, will do the minimum required and act as if I am wasting their time to call in and ask questions. Which to me translates to shut up pay us and take your damned pills.

One of worst CVS stores in the City of Columbus. The pharmacy closes earlier than normal, hours on Google for Sundays does not line up with the store and when you tell the management, the response is “well Google isn’t our store so not our issue”. God aweful.

I have been on hold for two hours 😩 still on hold making this review, I started calling around 6:30pm it's almost 9:00 they are about to close and my problem hasn't been resolved. I can't wait to pay my visit first thing in the morning 🤗 well hello cvs. Smh

Will not be ordering pictures from this location again. The woman (manager?) that helped me was extremely rude and acted like it was a chore to get my photo packet. Also had other people’s pictures mixed in with mine. This location is closest to my house, but I will absolutely go elsewhere in the future

The retail customer service is great, there are probably 2 clerks that I remember by face and every time they are pleasant and great me with a big Hello and smile when I reach the door. However my 1 star is in reference to the Pharmacy, each time I come to pick up a script or need to call in the pharmacy reps are not happy to assist, and speak with a passive aggressive tone or an attitude. I'll be taking all of my monthly prescriptions elsewhere to be filled. Hopefully I can find a pharmacy that is customer-centric and are eager to help especially when the meds are $700 each refill.

I've been going to this CVS for years. Obviously they are doing something right.I wanted to share that today one of their employees saved me from being scammed. When I explained that I was there to make a payment to my electric company with a Money Pak card she told me I should call the company. I did and she was correct. Someone with the caller ID AEP tried to scam me and I would have lost $200 if she wasn't paying attention. So thank you, thank you to her and CVS.

Easy to get scripts filled and not nearly as busy as the awful CVS at West Broad and Murray Hill...I don't need 24 hour store and unlike other reviews on here I pay attention to hours of operation...some reviews have given the location lower amount because they are not 24/7...get a life sad people and check hours of operation at THE STORE! Good place to get you in and out!

Everytime i walk in im greeted with a smile and the pharmacists are very nice and helpful and usually pretty quick when filling prescription....less than 5 minutes to my surprise and always use good rx to help me out since i dont have insurance atm...very good experience :)

Asked to talk to the Pharmacist about a new prescription and told to Google the medicine. I'm glad I felt the meds were a bit cold or never would of known to refrigerate them.

CVS is my only pharmacy. They are always so super helpful and have never messed up on my prescriptions. I love the updated app that allows me to purchase my pickup before I arrive.
