I miss 24 hour Walmart. I just got done with a 14 hour shift I’m exhausted and I’m headed home. I wanted to stop and pick up my wife and daughter some flowers cause all I’m going to get to do is sleep a few hour and wake up and do it again and I just want them to know I care. But nope now I get to take a nap in my car just to do wait until you’re open. Yeah sure that’s my problem and it doesn’t justify you being open but it definitely lets me know you’re not for people anymore just profit. It’s not even like you close everything all down the lights are on and everything so what are you saving 2/3 people’s salary just to run one register?

To put it nicely, the cashier needs to find another job! The store is absolutely awesome, but the guy who checked us out was horrible. I give the store 5 stars, The cashier -0.

It was busy today in the grocery section. It was difficult to shop but not because of shoppers. The instacarts were out in full force. At one point theere were 2 in the same isle going in opposite directions. There were 5 shopping carts lined up because we couldn't get through the isle. I complained to 3 Walmart employees but customer service is not important to Walmart in Gallipolis. I will drive the 30 minutes to Jackson and spend my money at Kroger. Sam Walton would spin in his grave if he knew what this store was like.

It's a big box store that forgot about the customer long ago. Now we, the customers, must do all the work with self checkouts. Help small businesses out and go to a Mom and Pop shop if you can.

What can I say? If you have seen one, you've seen them all. This particular one serves a large geographic area with the population spread out in a rural setting. They do well to keep stocked to cover such a variety of needs.

Went to vision center in Walmart in gallopolis,I was very disappointed in the customer service, they was supposed to call my husband's prescription in for his glasses too Walmart in Jackson Ohio, it's been 5 days and still they hadn't called it inI had to call Walmart in Jackson to get them to call gallopolis, I hung on the phone for 21 mins gallopolis store, still they never got back on the phone.. Jackson store was great 😃Mason called straight over and got my husband's script now he can get his glassesDon't recommend eye vision store in gallopolis at all

Found everything I needed, quick in and out.... New visit today.... Get with it Walmart, You need to open more checkouts, it's close to Christmas and it's ridiculous when you only have five checkouts and there's 10 people in every freaking line waiting, Time to hire more people and give some more jobs We customers don't have all day to wait in line... And I sure as hack ain't giving in and going through the self checkout cuz that takes way jobs from people

So even though I'm a little biased because I do work at this walmart, today was my first time ordering online and having my ordered delivered, a perk of being a walmart plus member, it's free...anyways not only did I order from several different departments and received all of my items, they alerted me to the driver and his arrival which was quicker then I thought, he had no issue finding my very well hidden apt, It was raining so I extra tipped this young man Bobby, and rated him 5 star as well. Thank you for my first-time experience, I will definitely be doing this more often, especially on my days off. Highly recommend....

$0.76 zero sugar zero calories zero carbs speaking water with carrots flavors is a normal price for 34 oz bottles. This is a diabetics best friend. You get something sweet and there's no consequences for it. And it's cheaper than buying bottled water or Gatorade zero . Living it whilst it lasts

I'm disabled so it is important to have access to a scooter cart if I'm going to shop. There is always a scooter available and the employees always offer to bring one to me every time I go to this location! The store is always clean and organized and provides friendly and timely customer service.

Was terrific to hear the news about the customer who left $2,000. in an envelope in a shopping cart at this store and it was found by another customer and given to a manager and then returned to the customer who left it there. Great job guys. You rock!

Nice clean store,good prices, had many options. Only bad part is checking out. There's always a long line.The line is backed up into the clothing area. I had forgot something, but I didn't go back to get it because the line was too long. There was maybe 20 peopled behind me. The line is never ending and I'm sure some stand in line for maybe an hour. They need more cashiers to be open. Other than that it was a nice experience

DO NOT buy from Walmart online, period!!!!!! I returned a dress I bought online from a 3rd party to my local Walmart. First off, my Walmart couldn't reimburse me. Secondly, I was not fully reimbursed!!!! I am not happy with how my Walmarts customer service treated me, I was ignored by 3 other workers that came into the customer service area while I was waiting to be helped, and when it was finally my turn the worker did not do everything she could to help me. I will no longer buy from Walmart online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---------------------------------------------11/21/22Never go to customer service expecting to be waited on quickly. It is extremely rare that there is more than 1 worker. Other employees will come put stuff behind the counter, see how long the line is, and not do anything about it. Most of the workers there at Customer Service are slow and take their time doing what needs to be done. You always have to watch your items when they are being scanned at the register to make sure you aren't being overcharged because it is rare that the prices on the shelves are correct and heaven forbid you need help at self checkout. The workers act like you are ruining their day. I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart but now the only time I go there is if I can't find what I need somewhere else.---------------------------------------------5/19/23Gallipolis Walmart still only mainly has self checkouts open with only a couple of registers being open. My mother and I waited for over 15 minutes to pick up pictures and had to tell her name to the worker at least 3 times. Don't shop here if you want excellent customer service.
