Fast Unloading! Turn off Highway turn on McCormick, 2nd entrance go around building alongside proceed to inbound truck sign. Guys accepted paperwork, I untarped and unstrapped and was immediately out within 1 hr.

This store and leadership is a true testament of why you support local businesses. Their prices were lower then Lowes and their staff were extremely knowledgeable. They asked questions and sold me what I needed, not just what I wanted. This saved me time and a lot of money.I was trying to find a way to unfreeze my water pipes for my RV in sub freezing weather. Not only did the educate me, they helped cut the insulation to size and make sure it would fit in my car.This is proff their leadership has built a culture that makes helps employees and customers enjoy going to Thomas Do-it-best. For this, I am a customer that will go out of my way to go to their store.

This is have to buy last resort. Very high prices here. Unlike other do it best, there is zero customer programs here. We can hope Home Depot or Lowe's will show up here.

I rented a 14 ft trailer to take my tractor in to get tires put on. The trailer shook so bad. I felt like I had shaken baby syndrome coupled with motion sickness. My 6 yo dog who's never gotten car sick since we've had him as a pup, vomited 2 times in 30 miles just getting home from picking up the trailer. The guy was friendly until I voiced a complaint. Then he was full of excuses. Hard to say what it may have done to my transmission. Can't be good. And it's nearly $100 a day. I'll never go back. Renters be ware....

I love Thomas Do It Center! They are a great family owned hometown hardware store. If you are looking for something specific and they don’t have it they will special order for you. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you. They have specials around holidays, do giveaways, and make it easy to find ads. Keep up the great work!!!

Great staff, always willing to help with my DIY projects! They always load my items even when I insist I can do it myself. lol Often they will have better and less costly solutions to my projects because they ask questions and are genuinely interested in what I’m doing.

Glad I came here today. Had an emergency water problem in my camper and they came to my rescue ! They had what I needed to fix the problem. Thought I'd have to go far away to a camper supply but the Do It Center saved the day !Thank you !

The staff is, in general, not helpful. Dustin helped me order two very expensive doors, and they were hinged on the wrong side. They will not take them back. That is $3,000 wasted. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Garbage website. I can't even look up the sku number or items listed on a quote I was given. I called and spoke with customer service to try to figure out what a specific item was, they said the number listed under the sku section wasn't even a sku. When I said exactly what the description was they only had a vague idea what it was but couldn't give me any info on it.
