Dont get me wrong they have a very wide selection of nice merchandise. The ONLY reason I hate going here is because every single time I try to find someone to help me with finding items or questions it's a case of pointing and saying it's over on isle yadayada or they act as if they do not hear me. Gets me agitated to the point if I can not find it on my own I will go somewhere else to find it or order it online.

They need to take better care of their live animals. It was horrific.The baby chicken cages were so dirty and wet the bottom looked black and soaked. Said something because they were actually struggling to breathe from the ammonia smell, I could hardly take it standing above them. The employee I spoke with had noticed it and the beginning of her shift but did nothing about it until I complained, at the end of her shift. Who knows if they ever got changed.I know the employees have certain things they need to do but when you walk past an animal that cannot do anything about the situation and do nothing to help that animal, it's disgusting. I saw 5 employees walk past the pens and nothing. WOW!!!!! This was April 23, 2024, about 3 PM. Really please take better care of the animals.To make it even worse there were only 2 pens with chickens. How hard would it have been to get them a clean one at least!!!!!!!! There were probably 10-15, empty pens around them.

This location isn't as well managed as the ashland ky location. The store and lot could benefit from some tiding up. The staff is better and friendlier more willing to help than when I visited last year.

A little pricey for the quality. The plants were 3/4 dead and the sales associates joked about not watering them since they arrived 2 months ago. Was very disappointed with the way the store in general has gone down in the past couple of years. It used to be a great place to get feeds, seeds, and garden stuff. Probably won't waste my time again.

It must have been a bad day when I was there 1 was a boy that helped me load my stuff into the truck. And a lady that was all smiles but she was already helping some people. I had to get a big bag of duck food and a big bag of dog food and could not find anyone to help me I finally am having to face the fact that I am getting to old to do things by myself. Asking for help is hard thing for me to do. You use to have friendly and helpful employees I want to know what happened to them all there was only 1 check out open and when you got close enough to hear her talking she was complaining about having to page some one to make popcorn this was on Friday the 17 of March around 4 I think.Sincerely Martha.

Good prices, but items are hard to find. Asiles are too narrow for their electric carts. People are helpful if you can find them. Update. Gun barn staff very helpful.

Very friendly people! I love going during Christmas time and seeing all the toys. I can always find something for him. They are the only place we buy trash bags, its a great deal on them! They always have a variety of different things too!

Love this place. Affordable animal feed. Best price on bird suet around. Staff is always nice. Large Variety of merchandise. Public restrooms are Not always the cleanest but better than others I've seen.

Visited this store 3-13-21.I wanted to be excited about this location, I really did. But. It failed to impress. On a positive note, the workers were very kind and helpful.The store seemed very unorganized and a bit of a mess. The isles were crowded and difficult to navigate.It was hard to find things.The animals section was just sad. There were several dead chicks in the bins; some of which appeared to have been there for several days. I did bring that to the department manager's attention and she had it taken care of quickly. That should have been my first clue not to buy chicks there though. (We bought thirteen different ones. Three died by the next day.)Checking out was a pain. Again, lanes are crowded and just messy. Several items didn't ring up correctly.It was just overall an annoying time there.We will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive an hour to the next location.

I am beyond pleased with my experience here today! I placed an order online last week, and had some questions before i could pick the item up. Well, the store manager (Melinda Mollohan),was super helpful and just went above and beyond customer service. Pickup was very quick and easy- employee offered help loading the item even. Very friendly employees (for the most part)- great customer service- great deals!

Big store, lots of cool stuff. I liked the yard stuff that included, hammock chairs/ beds. Cute yard ornaments that seem original. They r carrying the new floating mats too. Prices are reasonable. There live chicks and turkeys too. The staff ask several times if we needed help, so friendly people. They have in style clothes for men and woman. Little bit of everything hard to find.

The best alternative to have to go to Walmart. I don't know if you're like me but I don't like going to Walmart if I don't have to. I can usually find whatever I was looking for in Walmart here instead. Plus depending on what it is it's cheaper and I also don't have to worry about running into somebody that I don't want to be bothered with like you do when you're in Walmart.
